The Grayson household was starting to feel a bit like a circus—there were too many people, too many personalities, and not enough space. But they managed to make it work. For now.
It had been a few days since Obito created the "house extension" in the backyard, and Nolan couldn't help but grin at how much space they suddenly had. The Grayson mansion, as he liked to joke, was quickly turning into a reality.
"Alright," Nolan said, looking around the living room. "We need to talk about sleeping arrangements. Again."
Naruto, ever the optimist, jumped up from his seat. "What about a sleepover?" he suggested, clearly excited by the idea of crashing together in one giant pile. "We could have snacks and pillow fights!"
Sasuke rolled his eyes from his spot on the couch. "No way. I'm not sleeping on the floor with a bunch of clones running around."
"It's not that bad," Naruto insisted, looking hopeful. "And besides, we've got the new mansion to try out!"
"Is this what it's come to?" Mark muttered, rubbing his forehead. "We've gone from a cramped house to a mansion in just a few days."
"It's more of an extension, but sure," Nolan said, leaning against the wall. "Obito did a hell of a job with it."
Just then, Obito appeared in the doorway, grinning like a mischievous cat. "I'm glad you all like it. But now comes the fun part." He stepped aside, revealing a perfectly built extension, which looked exactly like a well-thought-out wing of the original house. It had an open living area, more rooms for everyone, and even a backyard that now looked like something from a luxury resort.
Mark stood up, his eyes wide. "Wait, you're saying this isn't just a patch job? This is a full-fledged wing?"
Obito shrugged nonchalantly. "Of course. With Kamui, I can manipulate space however I want."
Nolan looked pleased but also slightly overwhelmed. "Alright, I need to get used to this... But first, let's talk sleeping arrangements."
Naruto interrupted with a wide grin. "I'll take a big room! I can have my own ramen bar!"
Sasuke sighed, rubbing his temples. "You and your ramen... Can we please have some peace and quiet for once?"
Meanwhile, Minato, who had been quietly observing, chuckled and stood. "A mansion for all of us, huh?" He walked over to the window, gazing at the massive space outside. "I didn't think I'd ever see something like this."
"I think it's safe to say," Mark said with a grin, "that we're not just a family now, we're a mansion of superheroes."
Nolan stepped forward and clapped a hand on his son's shoulder. "That's the spirit. It's not just about how big the house is. It's about the people inside it."
Just then, Naruto's voice piped up again. "So, do we get to decorate it too? Like, I call dibs on the biggest room!"
"We'll see about that," Sasuke replied dryly, but there was a smile tugging at his lips. "I'm sure we can all share. You know, like a family."
As everyone dispersed to explore the new extension of their home, Nolan couldn't help but feel a strange sense of pride. It had only been a few days, but the Grayson family had grown closer than he ever thought possible. They weren't just dealing with the arrival of new family members or the strange events that followed; they were adapting and making it work, together.
In the kitchen, Gebbie entered, shaking her head with a resigned smile. "I don't even know where to start with this house. How did you manage to turn this place into a mansion?"
Nolan grinned, shrugging. "I have a lot of help." He glanced over at Obito, who was now busy chatting with Kakashi and Minato. "Apparently, a little bit of space manipulation goes a long way."
"Well, now we just need to figure out where everyone sleeps," Gebbie said, looking over at the new wing. "But at least we won't be tripping over each other anymore."
Naruto suddenly burst through the door, nearly colliding with a wall as he sprinted excitedly. "I FOUND MY ROOM! I CALL IT! THE RAMEN ROOM IS MINE!"
Sasuke was close behind, more reserved but still looking interested. "Do we get to choose rooms, or is there some weird family ritual?"
"Whatever works," Nolan said with a chuckle, rubbing his temples. "If you want the ramen room, Naruto, it's yours. But if you try to make it a ramen empire, we might have to talk."
Minato, who had been quietly listening to the chaos, smiled. "I can't believe how much this place has changed. From a tight little house to this... it's like something out of a dream."
"Yeah, we've got room for everything now," Mark said, glancing around. "It's almost too much space."
"You'll get used to it," Nolan said, taking a seat at the dining table. "Just don't let it go to your head, alright? We still have to figure out how to pay for all of this."
"Actually," Sasuke said, "Naruto will pay for everything with his ramen fortune." He flashed a smirk, looking over at his overly excited brother.
"That's right!" Naruto cheered. "I'll be the Ramen King! And I'll share all my ramen with everyone!"
Minato leaned back with a smile. "Well, I guess if it's ramen, we're all in good hands."
As everyone continued to talk, the realization slowly started to sink in: they were really a family. Sure, they had their quirks, their fights, and a lot of adjusting to do, but they were building something together. A home, a family, and a mansion that would always be there for them.
A mansion where they could finally settle down—at least until the next battle or strange event came their way.
But for now, they would just enjoy their new home, laughter filling the rooms as everyone began to settle in.
