[Two Years Later]
Asher had turned two only a few days ago.
Just like before, he had learnt a lot of information about this world.
He learnt that only a few days after his birth, the lionhearts had a child.
This meant that she would most likely attend the Royal Academy in Leinburg at the time as Asher.
The second piece of information he learned was that two kingdoms were having arguments.
The Holy Empire and the Cambridge Kingdom were not on good relations with each other. There had been no talks or war or any invasions but things were not looking great.
The third major thing he learnt, was about himself. More specifically, he despised pretending to be a child. He had to act cute, cry a lot, and most importantly, "hug mommy".
Asher hadn't just been slacking during his time. He found out most of this information by sneaking out of his room and going over to a small wooden bookshelf in the living room. He would struggle to get the books out because, he was, well, two. Once he managed to open them, he found out that he could read and write the language of the new world without any issues at all. He checked his status but didn't find any skill relating to it at all and presumed it had to have been a reincarnation package 101.
Asher used appraisal on all of the parts of the books to get as much extra information as he could. This not only helped him gain more information but also increased the proficiency of the appraisal skill.

Asher had ranked up his appraisal skill twice and his weakling skill once!
He tried out his new skills after they had evolved and it was incredible.
First of all, the weakling skill didn't necessarily change much. He went from an extremely frail baby to a slightly frail toddler.
Appraisal on the other hand, provided more in-detail explanations about the things around him. He could look at what his mother was cooking, and it would tell him the exact recipe, what the finished product looked like, and what percentage she had finished. While this might not be the most practical use, it was still extremely beneficial to grow his analysis of this new world.
And.... As a reward for his skills evolving, he had gotten tokens! Asher was saving them up until his appraisal skill evolved again. And that just so happened to happen this morning.
He found out that when your skill increases from common- to common, you only get 50 tokens. But when a skill goes from common to common+, you get 100! He had saved up 400 tokens now and was excited to use them.

After looking at the options, Asher found it was a no-brainer.
He picked the option he wanted and waited. and waited. and waited. and wai- OKAY WHAT THE HELL. Asher lost his temper quickly as the system had a slightly transparent spinning gray wheel.
After an extremely long time of waiting, it loaded.

Asher was obviously excited, I mean, who wouldn't be? He had just earned such a good skill. I mean, for now of course is was not extremely effective but in the future? In ten years? he could have such a good skill.
The only issue was to actually use it, he had to actually get hurt.

Asher climbed up on the walls of his cradle.
He sat on the edge.
He jumped.
A loud thump happened as he hit the floor.
Asher screamed and started sobbing.
It was only a four-foot fall, but for a toddler it hurt extraordinarily.
His mother rushed into his room and used her healing skill on him.
It was like magic. Well, it was.
The pain went away almost instantly, all the damage he had done was gone.
Asher got angry at his mother but he couldn't just say, "I didn't want you to heal me, that wasn't an accident!" That's the kind of stuff that would get him put in a mental institute.
He quickly checked his skill status as his mother left the room.

For now, he was just happy enough to have acquired this new skill.

Asher saw this and was amazed.
I mean, who wouldn't be after getting such an overpowered skill? This was exactly what he needed to rise above other people. Plus, it could be applied to himself or a weapon? This was great!
He was annoyed that he had to wait a few years before he could really start increasing the proficiency and skill level of his abilities, but he had a major advantage.
And he would need it.

Back on Earth, a similar soul to Asher was walking across the street.
She was a 26 year old corporate worker who lived in the same small apartment building. While she was walking to her job one day, she saw a small blue pebble on the ground.
Of course, she saw it glow. Slowly she reached down, picked it up, and put it in her pocket.
Then, she walked across the sidewalk.
There was a blue flash in her pocket. She stopped walking, looked at her pocket, and the next thing she knew, there was a truck speeding directly at her.
