It's been days since Bella saw Nathan or heard anything from him, not that she was expecting to. She has been busy writing her new book. She started writing novels way back in highschool, although she started putting them out after her graduation from the university, she's gotten quite a number of followers on her platform. She goes by the name ' Oceania' , people don't know who the real author of their favorite novels is.
A famous film director once paid her 3 million to turn one of her novel to a film, which won awards. This obviously puts her in the spotlight but who the face of Oceania is, is still a mystery to the public. After updating her story, she decides to check some comments.
"Oh my god, my goddess is so awesome! I wish I can meet her in person" one fan wrote
"How do we know it's a female? Don't jump into conclusions!" Another wrote
"What? Are you so dumb? Can't you tell if a story is written by a man or a woman?. Are you calling my goddess a man?" One angry fan wrote.
"Guys, stop fighting. We don't even know how she looks like yet" another wrote
" I just know my goddess is very beautiful, I feel it" another wrote
Uhh if only she could show herself now but not yet, Let the mystery continue,she will wait for the authors yearly awards ceremony to reveal herself.
The door bell distracting her thoughts, getting up to come the open, she sees Aaron standing. Dressed in ripped blue jeans, brown shirt and sunglasses. He looks like a superstar.
Ughh, here we go again with the flashy looks . If only he was a celebrity,He'll surely turn heads if only he went down that path. One thing Bella dislike about Aaron is his flashy outfits and extravagant lifestyle. Maybe because she grew up solely relying on herself, she's quite careful with spending although coming from a wealthy family and having inheritances to her name, all of which her father is withholding.
"What are you doing here" Frowning slightly she asked clearly displeased. Aaron noticing the change in her expression was not pleased.
He should be the one angry with her. The went to the party together but she decided to ditch me. If it wasn't for Claire, he would have thought she was missing or kidnapped. Claire was the one to tell him that Bella already left yet he couldn't reach her on the phone. The next morning, Claire texted him to come back to the hotel to discuss something and that's when he saw Bella coming down to the lobby, with her lipstick smudgd and hair ruffled. Only he knows how angry and shocked he was to see her in that state.
Seeing her standing there in her milk joggers and hair in a bun looking cute , his anger for the last few days disappeared .
"What do you mean what am I doing here? Can't I come see you anymore?. He asked smiling lightly.
Rolling her eyes slightly " I don't want to see anyone today" except that handsome face. Ughh why does she keep thinking about him?.
"Leave"
"C'mon, I came to take you out for lunch". Remembering she hasn't eaten anything that morning and it was already lunch time, she agreed.
"Where to?.
"Forest restaurant, I know you love the food there". Changing into a black hoodie and a black jeans with converse,she and Aaron left for Forest restaurant.
Forest restaurant is owned by the Rivers . It hosts celebrities, CEO and common people. One of the reasons why Forest restaurant is so popular is because the aesthetics used in the designs were enchanting, many come here to take pictures for social media, music stars shoot music videos and even film directors films there. Although it has so many social use, one has to book ahead of time before coming.

The god like man is sitting in the meeting room with the financial department, reviewing a project. Glancing around with his cold eyes, his aura so strong, his expression gloomy, clearly not liking what they are presenting, leaving everyone on edge . They were all so scared to even make a sudden noise.
"Are you telling me this is all you could come up with?" His cold voice rang out slamming the file on the table.
Noticing an headache coming, he close his eyes massaging his forehead. It's been days since we saw that little woman. Everyday, her face never leaving his mind. Thinking of how she nervous and cute she acted the other day, he chuckled lightly.
Everyone in the meeting room was shocked.
Wait did the boss just chuckled?.

Oliver was the only one not surprised, he's been noticing the change in his boss ever since he met Bella. Casting a knowing glance at the man sitting at the head of the table and looking at his colleagues expressions, he smiled.
Well , y'all have to get used to it.
Regaining himself, Nathan stood up and everyone got tensed.
"Fix it!. Meeting adjourned". After saying that, he left the room and everyone breathe a sigh of relief.
Running after his boss, " boss, the meeting with the Chinese investor is at 2:30pm" Oliver said. Checking his wristwatch and seeing that he has only 30 minutes to 2:30, " Let's go".
After eating, Bella and Aaron decided to head back. As she was stepping out of one of the rooms, she met Nathan. Dressed in a crisp tailored black suit, Nathan exhibits the charm that can turn many heads. He's obviously shocked to see Bella, the woman is his front is dressed in a black hoodie and and jeans , her hair tied in a ponytail, he felt his breath caught in his throat. How could she look so simple and yet so beautiful. Bella is also shocked to see him.The face she was so longing for is right here in her front looking back at her . She suddenly felt the urge to grab and hug him. Interrupting her thoughts, " Bella, let's go" Aaron said emerging from the room. Noticing Bella not moving, he came to stand beside her and noticed she was looking at Nathan Rivers. Casually placing his arm around her shoulder " Bels, do you know Mr Rivers?". Only people close to Bella call her Bels and Aaron using the nickname right now is to show Nathan that he and Bella were very close.
Nathan's expression immediately darkened like a storm, his eyes turning icy and cold and the temperature immediately turned chilly. Bella noticing the change immediately felt the urge to explain herself " uhm.. Nathan, sorry Mr Rivers... I..." But Nathan walked out of the building not sparing her another glance. Thinking he might have misunderstood,Bella immediately runs after him but Aaron grabs her wrist stopping her.
" Bella , how did you know Mr Rivers, why are you chasing after him" he bombarded her with questions. Bella feeling utterly wronged that Nathan didn't stop to listen to her, and angry at Aaron's interruptions turned frowning " leave me! This is all your fault. Stop bothering me!" She shouted her eyes turning red with tears. Not waiting for Aaron's reply, she runs out trying to catch up to Nathan.
Oliver looks at his boss raging face. Not daring to make any sudden noise. Is this the end of Bella and the boss story? Ugh and I was rooting for them. Entering the luxurious black Bugatti, Nathan is furious. It hasn't even been 2 weeks that we were together and she already is with someone " find out who that man with her is" his cold voice rang out.
"Yes boss".
Seeing that Bella was running towards the car, he turns to his boss " Boss, Miss Bella is coming over". Nathan suddenly turns and sees Bella running and sweating profusely towards his car, his expression softens. So she really cares. But when he sees Aaron coming outside too, his expression darkens " Drive!".
"But boss, she's..."
" Don't make me repeat myself".
Sighing and knowing he can't do anything, he drives away. Sorry Miss Bella but I can't afford to anger my boss.
