Lilith Steeled herself.. She wasn't in the best shape. At all. but she had to do what she had to do..
She opened the door and saw 2 Enemies.. the Guardian, and the Guardian's Guardian… behind them, a Gate… her Freedom.
Lilith Looked at the Guardians Guardian, it was a Fallen Devil…
In front of Lilith stood a Dark Knight. About 2 meters tall, its figure was bulky and his armor was heavy just looking at it. it was fully black, adorned with golden ornaments. The Fallen Devil held an helbard, likewise black and adorned in gold. behind the visor, 2 green lights ignited..
Before Lilith could even study it. the Fallen Devil launched at her. its helbard was so fast that Lilith could not see it.
So she simply ducked her head. the helbard slashing right where her neck was supposed to be. Lilith sprinted forward, when fighting an enemy with a long ranged weapon like spears and helbard, getting close would normally be the best option.. but she wasn't so foolish as to think she could win easily against a Fallen Devil when she was a Dreamer..
Lilith barely dodged 2 more strikes and had to move further away… she decided to do something bold and greedy.. but it was her only option at the moment.
She summoned the [Champions Greatsword.] it was of the awakened rank and of the IV tier.. it was much too heavy for Lilith to wield and swing with the purpose to cut.. But she could use it to break the Fallen Devil's Balance and Armor.. possibly the bones beneath it too..
So she swung the Greatsword at the left knee of the Black Knight.. It hit and broke the Fallen Devil's leg.. the problem is that she was not fast enough to avoid its Helbards strike.. the right side of her hip was pierced.. and she had been blinded in her left eye.
Overall, it was still manageable if she pushed through the pain..
Lilith's Greatsword hit again and again the Left knee, she also took more and more hits. but she was at least fast enough to avoid serious injuries..
After a 3rd hit of the Greatsword, the Fallen Devil used the Halberd to stop the Greatsword's hit. thats when Lilith summoned the [Champion's Spear] and let go any sort of defence.
she used all her strength and pierced through the armor and flesh of the Fallen Devil's right thigh. the blow took every ounce of strength she had.
It pierced the armor through and pierced the floor, making the Fallen Devil unable to move..
Lilith summoned her Greatsword Back, and just as the Fallen Devil was taking the Spear out of his thigh, she swung, hitting the Halberd in its hand with full force.
Lilith 's muscles were burning, and she was tired.. mostly mentally, but she didn't show fear.. not that she could with her Flaw of course.
The Halberd broke, and after the Fallen Devil took out the Spear, it used it to attack her.. She swung her Greatsword from over her head.. the Black Knight went to pierce her head with the Spear.
The Fallen Devil was clearly much faster, it was a miracle how Lilith had survived so far.. but she had tricked the Black Knight.
Just as the spear was about to strike through her head, it disappeared in a fit of white sparks, startled by it, the knight showed a single moment of hesitation, and that was enough for Lilith to swing downward with her Greatsword. it hit the Black Knight right on his helmet at the very tip of the greatsword, all the weight of the strike was on it.
The Fallen Devil fell, the helmet crushed.. but it wasn't dead yet. just as it was starting to stand up, a spear pierced his visor, impaling whatever was underneath the Fallen Devil's helmet..

Lilith dropped on the floor exhausted.. which was a very stupid thing to do, considering she was yet to fight the Real guardian.. but she was injured and tired..
And most of all, she could see the condition of the Gate Guardian. it was in chains, it was chained and his equipment did not move from the floor.
based on her knowledge. something should have happened if she killed the Black Knight, but nothing happened. The robed Gate Guardian did not react at all.
Like she had grown used to, Lilith Gutted the Fallen Devil on the spot using the [Bastard Sword], which was not very efficient, but she managed.. and she harvested the 4 shiny Soul Shards.
She summoned the Medium Bag, and put the Fallen Devil's soul shards inside. the Medium bag had a space of 2² meters inside. since it was a spatial memory. but it was filled to the brim with Soul Shard. there must have been at least 1500 Souls Shards inside this bag.. There was nothing else inside, all the food, water and tools in the bag had long been used in her 6 months of harrowing descent down the stone stairs, and her endless killing spree.
Lilith had Killed at least 500 awakened creatures and 100 Fallen ones.. well, not like she actually counted. maybe it was less.
She rested for a few minutes before standing up, she walked toward the Gate Guardian. it was chained on it's ankle, wrists and neck, the chains were connected to the walls or the ceiling
Lilith was just a few meters away from the Gate Guardian, but it didn't do anything.. so she walked closer, and instead of fighting.
she simply did what felt more natural. she bit the robed figure's neck, and drank all its blood, until it was dead.

Lilith was shocked. but she didn't have time to check Anything. why? simple, The Gate activated.. and was also breaking down!?
Lilith swiftly grabbed a Book that was in the ground. it was probably a property of the 'Fallen Vampire' She tucked it in her [Medium Bag] before launching herself in the portal right before it closed.
The grave's stairs collapsed, and so did the Guardians room's ceiling. soon enough, the portal itself collapsed.. But Lilith was not there.
