Chapter 10 - Keyboard Chaos and Leather-Clad Introductions

As soon as Wang Xian, under the ID "Prophet," replied to the now-infamous Keyboard Man thread with a single, cutting line—

Please slay him! ! !

—half the forum received a notification.

And they were baffled.

What did it mean?Was it a joke?A prophecy?A threat?

Curiosity turned to wildfire.

Bed Shake Knows Kidney Strength:

"Bro, I don't know why Prophet wants you dead, but you're in trouble."

There's a Sycamore Tree at My Door:

"Dude, write your will. If Prophet said you're done, you're done."

User 282931:

"I don't believe this Prophet hype. Tell me your coordinates—I'll protect you 😇."

Snow in May:

"Ughhh so jealous of hidden classes 😭😭."

Sakura:

"Can you post your skills? Pretty please?"

Buried Love Leng Shao:

"This Prophet's clearly just jealous."

Buried Love Guo Shao:

"Yeah, Leng Shao's right. Prophet got mid-tier energy fr."

Buried Love Clan (15+ similar replies):

"Agreed! Keyboard Man best man!"

Dragon Knight:

"CHEN BU MU CAO—who unsealed the Buried Love Brigade?!"

Evil Emperor:

"The seal is broken! I, the Evil Emperor, rise again!"

Fairy in the Clouds:

"Begone, Evil Emperor! I, the Sacred Fairy, reseal you once more!"

The thread devolved into chaos.

But amidst the madness, the top reply came from an ID called:

Lick Dogs Since Ancient Times

Lick Dogs Since Ancient Times:

"Let's talk about what 'Keyboard Man' actually is."

"Keyboard Man: a living meme.A digital demon born of forums, flaming, and low self-esteem.Their power lies not in sword or magic, but in keystrokes and toxicity."

"Internet trolls. Keyboard warriors. The kind who sniff controversy and swarm it like flies. Well, guess what? The system recognized their 'talent' and gave them a hidden class."

"To be fair… I'm a little jealous 😩. But also terrified 😰."

"The Prophet's warning shouldn't be ignored. This class? This guy? He's not a meme—he's a threat."

"If you see a Keyboard Man in the wild…Catch him. Kill him. Before the lag hits reality."

Wang Xian chuckled as he upvoted the reply.

"Accurate."

He had no personal grudge against the guy—well, not yet—but he knew how dangerous the Keyboard Man would become if left alone.

In his last life, it had taken dozens of elite professionals to track him down. Even then, the troll escaped. He wreaked havoc through PvP wars, system exploits, and psychological manipulation.

And when the national war began, no one could spare the resources to hunt him anymore.

That was a mistake.

Now, Wang Xian intended to prevent it—at the root.

Even if it's just slowing him down. It's worth it.

He closed the forum and stood.

The night forest was still, but the air was thick with tension. Shadows moved behind trees. Distant growls echoed like warnings.

To anyone else, it would've been terrifying.

To Wang Xian?

A few goblins and gloom? Just another night.

After a full night of grinding, his level hit 9.Fatigue started to creep in. He found a quiet glade to rest and lowered himself against a mossy boulder.

Just a short break. Then it's back to the grind.

That's when he heard it—

"Vrroooom—VROOOM!"Followed by a shrill cry:

"YOOOHOOO—!!!"

The engine roared louder, weaving between trees. Then came frantic shouting, full of adrenaline and panic.

And suddenly—

A motorcycle burst into the clearing.

Atop it was a young woman in tight black leather, wearing a helmet, kicking up leaves and dirt as she skidded to a perfect stop just meters from Wang Xian.

"UNCLE! GET ON! THERE'S A SNAKE BEHIND ME!"

Wang Xian blinked.

"…Uncle?"

She lifted the visor, revealing a flushed, anxious face—not older than 17 or 18. Her breath came fast.

"Seriously! It's coming! Hurry up!"

He raised an eyebrow. "Uncle, though?"

"Wha—You're older than me, aren't you?! Whatever, semantics—get on before we both die!"

She reached out to grab his sleeve, but Wang Xian calmly turned to look behind her.

From the forest, a writhing swarm of green-scaled snakes slithered into view. At least a dozen. Level 5. Long, fast, and persistent.

Green Scale Snakes. Non-venomous. Fast. Annoying.

He'd fought them before. Hated the hitboxes. Switched to goblins instead.

The girl tugged his arm. "If you're not getting on, I'm going! I'm not dying here with some weird forest guy!"

Wang Xian ignored her. Instead, he sent a team invitation through the system.

The girl paused. "Wait… what?"

He didn't reply. He just stood, hoisted his ugly mace, and calmly walked toward the snakes.

With a crack, the blunt weapon crushed the skull of the leading snake.

–110

One down.

The rest hissed, but Wang Xian didn't flinch. He moved smoothly—efficient, cold. Each swing dropped another.

–102–115–98

Within moments, half the swarm lay twitching in the grass.

Behind him, the girl watched, frozen, helmet still halfway on.

Then, she accepted the team invite.

[Team Formed – Member: ???]

Wang Xian grunted. "You're welcome."

"…That was awesome."

He didn't respond, just walked toward the next snake and slammed it out of the air.

She's a little loud... but she's got guts. That's rare these days.
