"My name is Yuchuan. I don't have many hobbies. As for dreams… I hope to become a ninja like the Hokage-sama."
Yuchuan's real dream was simply survival—but that sounded too bleak.
So he gave the standard academy answer: Become Hokage.
It was no different from Earth kids saying "I want to be a scientist!"
Plus, he'd worded it carefully—not "become Hokage", but "like the Hokage".
With Shimura Danzō eyeing him, buttering up Sarutobi Hiruzen was the smart play.
"I'LL be the one who becomes Hokage!" Uchiha Obito suddenly shot up, puffing his chest.
Nohara Rin tugged his sleeve, but he ignored her.
"Childish," Hatake Kakashi muttered.
He wasn't somethree-year-old—he was a maturefive-year-old!
If he wanted to be Hokage, he'd prove it through actions, not words.
Yuchuan eyed Obito, recalling a dark joke:

"What's so great about being Hokage?" Sarutobi Asuma stood slowly, voice low. "I'll surpass the Hokage."
The classroom went dead silent.
Everyone knewwho his father was.
Yuchuan's expression twitched.
As a "source material expert", he knew how delusional that claim was.
Asuma's talent was middling at best—barely notable among jōnin, let alone matching Hiruzen.
"Dreams are good," Yamamoto Eiichirō clapped, redirecting attention, "but they require hard work. Yuchuan, your seat is back row by the window."
Assigned to a three-student desk, Yuchuan took the last empty spot—but he didn't mind.
Back row by the window?Prime real estate.
His deskmate, a black-haired girl, met his gaze as he sat.
"Hi, I'm Yuchuan."
Spies had two paths:
Fade into the background
Become a social butterfly
His looks and cheat system barred Option 1.
(Pity he wasn't anAburame—free stealth mode.)
"I'm Shizune," the girl smiled. "Nice to meet you."
Yuchuan paused.
Shizune? Shouldn't she betraveling with Tsunadeby now?
In the original story, after losing her brother and lover, Tsunade developed hemophobia (fear of blood)—a death sentence for a medic-nin.
She'd then fled Konoha with Shizune, gambling across the nations.
So… is Tsunade still in the village?
Yuchuan scanned the room:
Front row: Kakashi, Rin, Obito
Left diagonal: Kurenai, Asuma, and an unknown boy
"Today's lesson: 'Konoha History'. Turn to page 13," Eiichirō announced.
Yuchuan flipped open the textbook, pausing at the table of contents:

Senju Hashirama
Senju Tobirama
Sarutobi Hiruzen
Wait.
Page one hit him with cognitive whiplash:
"The Sage established ninja teams, mandatingone medical-nin per squadfor balance."
…Wasn't thatTsunade's policy?
Either history was rewritten… or something was very wrong.
"Hashirama founded Konoha amid war," Eiichirō lectured, "and decreed that 'ninjas shall not drink or gamble on missions'—"
Yuchuan barely stifled a snort.
Alternative facts much?
Hashirama was notorious for booze and dice.
Then he spotted the author credit:
"By Sarutobi Hiruzen."
Ah.Professional historical revisionism.
He could already guess how Chapter 4 would read.
Lunchtime Intrigue
The bell rang. As Eiichirō left, the room erupted in chatter.
"Asuma—"
Kurenaihopped off her seat, dashing to Yuchuan before Asuma could speak.
Asuma's fists clenched white.
At this rate, he'd loseeverything—even his dignity!
"Yuchuan, settling in okay?" Kurenai asked after greeting Shizune.
"Yeah."
For a college student, elementary-level material was laughably easy.
(Back on Earth, he'dtutored kidsfor extra cash.)
"Here." Kurenai handed him a notebook. "My class notes from the past two months. Should help."
"Thanks," Yuchuan said sincerely.
"See you at lunch!" She waved, skipping off.
"You know each other?" Shizune eyed him curiously.
"Her father's my jōnin instructor," Yuchuan explained.
"Jōnin?!" Shizune's eyes bulged.
Normally, students only got assigned teams after graduation—this broke all conventions.
"Do you know Lady Tsunade?" Yuchuan seized the opening.
Shizune shook her head.
Another discrepancy.
In the original, Tsunade met Shizune's uncle, Dan, during a debate about medical-nin in squads—a policy now credited to the Sage.
Had his arrival changed history? Or was this world always different?
Yuchuan tabled the thought as lunch arrived.
Lunch with a Loli
Yuchuan closed his textbook to find Kurenai standing before him, ruby eyes glinting in sunlight.
Sarutobi Asuma'sjealous glare burned holes into his back.
"You two eat," Shizune said tactfully, joining Rin's group.
Kurenai plopped into Shizune's seat.
"You and Asuma… close?" Yuchuan asked, unpacking his bento.
"Not really. Just desk neighbors," Kurenai sighed. "But he won't leave me alone."
"I see."
Yuchuan bit into a fried shrimp.
As a self-proclaimedpure love warrior, he avoided NTR (allegedly).
But if they were just classmates? No moral dilemma here.
