Prologue (must read)

This is not the Mahabharat you know.

The world of warriors, kings, and gods is not as simple as the stories told in modern times. This is a world governed by logic, power, and the eternal balance of Dharma and Karma.

In this universe, mortals do not simply wave their hands and summon divine Astras like in television shows. Divine weapons require immense Prana Urja to manifest, and only those with the talent, discipline, and boundless reserves of Prana can even hope to wield them. The greatest warriors train their entire lives, pushing their bodies and minds beyond mortal limits, all to rise through the Nine Realms of Prana Cultivation and attain legendary status.

The Nine Realms of Prana Urja Cultivation:

1. Prana Jagran (Awakening of Prana) – The first step, where warriors awaken their Prana Urja and begin sensing its flow.

2. Prana Sthapan (Foundation of Prana) – Establishing control over one's internal energy, allowing minor enhancements.

3. Prana Dhara (Flow of Prana) – Learning to circulate Prana efficiently to strengthen the body and weapons.

4. Prana Sangrah (Accumulation of Prana) – A massive expansion in Prana reserves, enabling warriors to perform advanced techniques.

5. Prana Siddhi (Mastery over Prana) – The moment of transformation! At this stage, warriors awaken their Siddhi – a unique, innate skill or technique that defines their battle style.

6. Prana Adhipatya (Dominion over Prana) – Warriors begin controlling Prana on a battlefield scale, affecting the environment around them.

7. Prana Mahatva (Supremacy of Prana) – Stepping beyond mortal limits, wielding godlike strength and speed.

8. Atirathi (Supreme Warlord) – A one-man army, capable of decimating thousands on the battlefield single-handedly.

9. Maharathi (God of War) – The peak of mortal power! Those who reach this stage receive an Akashvani Title, granting them legendary status and unique buffs from the cosmic will of the world.

At the Prana Siddhi level, warriors unlock a Siddhi – their own signature skill or technique, which determines their combat prowess.

Siddhi Rankings (Lowest to Highest):

1. Shvet (White) – Basic-level Siddhi, useful but limited.

2. Pit (Yellow) – A solid foundation for most warriors.

3. Nil (Blue) – A powerful Siddhi that can change battle outcomes.

4. Shyam (Black) – Advanced techniques, often feared and respected.

5. Narang (Orange) – Siddhis of this level can devastate entire battlefields.

6. Rakta (Red) – Only elite warriors awaken these rare and overwhelming techniques.

7. Swarna (Gold) – The highest-tier Siddhi, wielded only by legends!

For example, Bhishma's Swarna Siddhi – "Overwhelming Arrows of Ganga" allows his arrows to carry the divine impact of the mighty river Ganga, making them nearly unstoppable. However, such immense power comes at a price – the Prana Urja consumption is extremely high, and not even Bhishma can use it freely without consequences.

This world follows a strict logic. Power is earned, not given. Even divine beings must follow cosmic laws.

However... there is always an exception.

A warrior unlike any other.

A soul chosen by the very fabric of the universe.

A man who defies all logic and reason, for he possesses a power that no one else in this world does.

His name was Umesh Kumar. A mortal from the modern world, reborn as Rudra, the Prince of Mahishmati.

And his gift?

The Dharma & Karma Returns System.

A system that grants critical hit rewards based on his actions. A system that multiplies his achievements by thousands, breaking the very balance of the world.

But can the strength alone change everything?

This is a world where power is respected, but lineage is worshipped. Despite the countless changes across time, human nature remains the same—the varna system, caste discrimination, and oppression of the weak still exist. No matter how strong someone is, if they are born into a lower status, they are looked down upon. Even great warriors like Karna suffered because of their birth.

Can Rudra change this system? Can he break the chains of tradition and rewrite history?

To the world, he is an anomaly.

To fate, he is a mistake.

To the gods, he is an enigma.

But to the author?

He is the ultimate bug.

And now... his legend begins.
