Damian was sitting, calmly smoking, with his tall and muscular body, wearing his school suit. Around him, the bodies of several defeated gangsters were scattered, all defeated by him and his three friends — Jin, Seok and Minho. The scene made it clear that he was no longer the weak boy he once was. The image of power and confidence contrasted with the harsh reality they lived.
The scene then cuts to the past, in the 9th grade of elementary school. Damian and his friends were still targets of gratuitous violence. They were beaten for no reason, being humiliated by delinquents inside the school. While the teachers, aware of what was happening, chose to turn a blind eye. Nothing was done. Fear and oppression reigned, and the only thing Damian and his friends could do was hold on, until the right moment came to change everything.
