Chapter 5 - The First Meeting

After an intense week of training, where Damian and his friends' bodies began to reflect an immense effort, Saturday finally arrived. The sun had barely risen when Damian, with renewed energy, invited them to his house. He had planned everything for the weekend. They needed some time together to discuss the next step.

The friends, as always, did not hesitate to accept the invitation. When they arrived, they entered Damian's simple house, and what they saw surprised them. Damian was standing in the hallway, an aura of confidence and strength emanating from him. But what really surprised them was the fact that Damian looked… different. His body was more defined, his shoulders were broader, and something even more remarkable: he had grown an inch. He was now 5'9".

"Wow, Damian, you've grown! What do you mean?" Jin was the first to comment, looking suspicious. "It's only been a day since training, how is that possible?" Damian smiled, his expression mixing confidence and a touch of surprise. "I think it was yesterday's training and, of course, the giant plate of food my mother made for me. It seems like my body is reacting well to it." He stretched, proud to see the results so quickly, but he knew that this was only the beginning. They went upstairs to Damian's room, where he was organizing the papers and notes about what they had discussed earlier. The room was a little messy, but it had a sense of purpose, with paper clippings of what was to come. "Let's get started, then," Damian said, closing the door behind him. His friends sat around the table, where Damian had set up the meeting. They knew this was an important moment. It was time to decide what their gang would be like, how they would act and, most importantly, how they would protect themselves from what was to come. "First of all," Damian began, "we need to decide who will lead. I know everyone has their opinions, but I think it's only fair that I be the leader. Not because of ego, but because everyone knows I will fight to the end to protect all of you."

Minho, Jin, and Seok exchanged quick glances, but there was no resistance. They had seen Damian's potential from the beginning and knew he had the mindset to be the leader. They nodded in unison.

"You're the leader, Damian," Seok said, smiling with an air of respect.

Damian nodded, accepting the responsibility. "Now, about the name of the gang. We don't want something simple, we need something that represents our strength and what we're building here." He paused, thoughtful, while his friends waited. "What if it was… 'Dark Shadow'?"

"Dark Shadow?" Jin repeated, considering the proposal. "I like it! It has a menacing sound and gives the impression that we are always in the shadows, ready to attack. It's good!"

Minho also approved. "It's a strong name. It makes sense. Sombra Negra is discreet, but also powerful."

Everyone agreed, and the gang had its name defined.

Damian then pulled out a notebook with the sketch of the logo he had created. It was simple, but symbolic: a shadow surrounded by a circle, representing not only the secrecy and stealth of the gang, but also the strength they were beginning to build.

With the name and logo defined, it was time to discuss strategies. Damian stood up and drew a map on the whiteboard on the wall. "We have to be smart. We'll start slowly, without attracting too much attention. We need to strengthen our presence in the school first, then, when we're ready, we'll start expanding outside of it." He pointed to the center of the school on the map. "Controlling the school is the first step. We'll dominate the hallways, the classrooms, and any delinquent who dares to challenge us."

Minho, always the most cautious, raised a question. "What about the adults? The ones who control the gangs outside the school? They won't leave us alone. It'll be hard to face big guys like them." Damian turned to him, his gaze steady. "For now, our mission is to train and earn respect. When we're stronger, we'll deal with the adults, but strategically. We don't want to come into conflict with them yet. We'll prepare our bodies and minds for when the time comes." The plan was forming, and each one knew what they needed to do. It was just the beginning, but the feeling that they were creating something big filled the air. They were no longer just students trying to survive. Now, they were a gang, with a mission, and with a leader who would guide them to reach new heights. The meeting ended with everyone feeling more united than ever. They had a clear path ahead of them, and despite the challenges, they were ready to face them.
