Synopsis
After completing the Seven Singularities alongside Mash, we headed to the Temple of Time to stop what I now know as Goetia. I managed to defeat him — though for a moment, I feared I had lost Mash forever. She survived. As we tried to escape the collapsing Temple, Mash reached out to grab me — but missed. I fell. Into a portal? Another timeline? Another world entirely? I don't know. When I woke up, I was somewhere new. Humanity was once again on the brink of extinction, but this time, against enemies called the Rapture. And somehow... I was now "Commander." With all my experience as a Master of Chaldea, leading Servants through impossible battles, I'm not starting from zero. Now, I'm leading Nikkes — warriors who are humanity's last hope. Saving humanity once more... and searching for a way home. And maybe, along the way, I'll find a new family — with Rapi, Anis, Neon, and the others by my side. "Commander, are you done with today’s log?" "Yeah, just a few more minutes, Rapi. I'll be right there." ------ MC: Ritsuka Fujimaru Ship: Ritsuka X Harem

Chapter 1 - From the Old World to the New

In a space far removed from time, beyond dimensions, the battle for humanity had reached its end. The enemy was defeated—barely—and the temple was collapsing.

Someone was running through the fractured remains of that battlefield. A young man with black hair, fair skin, and sea-blue eyes. He wasn't wearing a standard uniform anymore. His outfit was torn, scorched, and marked by war. Debris rained from the sky—massive chunks of the crumbling Temple of Time.

[Insert image of Ritsuka]

Ritsuka Fujimaru sprinted forward, dodging the falling rubble. Every step was a battle in itself.

"Come on… one more step… just a little more," he gasped.

Suddenly, his Chaldea watch flickered to life, projecting a holographic image. A beautiful woman with brown hair, soft skin, and deep brown eyes appeared—Da Vinci.

[Insert image of Da Vinci]

"Ritsuka!" she called urgently. "The Rayshift sequence is starting! Hurry up—you can make it!"

"I'm trying!" he shouted back, pushing his body beyond its limits. "Almost there!"

But fate had other plans.

The ground beneath him gave way. He slipped.

"Shit!" he cursed, plummeting into the void.

As his vision spun, a single image pierced the chaos—a hand, reaching out. A hand clad in black armor, belonging to a girl with soft pink hair and eyes full of desperation.

[Insert image of Mash]

"Mash!" he shouted.

"Senpai! Grab my hand!" she cried out, straining toward him.

He reached. He missed.

Mash gasped. The command room at Chaldea erupted into panic. Da Vinci screamed as emergency protocols activated. The Rayshift misfired—colliding with the unstable energy of the collapsing Temple of Time.

And in that moment, two worlds never meant to touch were forcibly stitched together.

Ritsuka fell through the rift.

"…So this is the end, huh…"

That was his final thought before everything went dark.

---

When he opened his eyes again, everything had changed.

There was dirt. Smoke. Gunfire.

He lay on the ground, disoriented, as unfamiliar voices shouted around him.

"BA-01 down! BA-01 down! Please respond! We've been shot down—BA-01 down! …Useless piece of—!"

He heard footsteps, then someone grabbed him—gentle but firm.

A black-haired girl with sharp blue eyes and a ribbon tied neatly in her hair knelt beside him, her face twisted with concern.

[Insert image of Marian]

"Commander! I can't get through to the Ark!" she shouted.

Commander? he thought. What's an Ark?

Then she froze, looking down at him.

"Commander…? Oh no—he's going into cardiac arrest!"

But I'm not, Ritsuka thought in confusion.

She pressed her hand against his chest—light flickered from her palm—and a surge of energy jolted through him.

His eyes snapped open.

Buzz!

[AI Chip has successfully fused with the host soul.]

Marian leaned closer. "Commander, can you hear me? Smile if you can hear me."

Still dazed, Ritsuka nodded slowly and managed a weak grin. "I'm good… I think."

Marian sighed in relief. "Good. Okay—can you tell me what section of the Ark you're from?"

"…Ark?" he repeated, clearly confused.

Marian's face darkened.

He doesn't remember…? Amnesia? I don't have anything that can fix that… What do I do?

Ritsuka looked up at the girl, still trying to process everything. She was panicking—definitely—but not in the usual way. Her voice was calm but strained, mechanical, almost too precise. That's when his eyes twitched—just slightly—as something… shifted.

A strange hum rang softly in his mind.

Buzz!

Everything was just… there. Floating in front of his vision. Not as pop-up windows, but as details—clean, efficient, almost like a game HUD burned directly into his retinas.

Ritsuka blinked, his heart rate spiking.

What the hell…?

Marian crouched in front of him, shielding him with her body as she gripped her weapon tightly.

"Commander, are you okay?" she asked again, voice low and firm.

Ritsuka forced himself to nod. "Yeah... just a bit... dizzy."

But then he heard it—the low mechanical whirring, the metallic clanking of something not human approaching fast.

He turned, eyes widening as he caught sight of it.

Something was coming through the smoke—massive, armored, walking with a predatory weight. It looked almost like a machine, but the wrong kind: organic in parts, mechanical in others, stitched together in a way that screamed unnatural.

Marian's expression tightened. "Commander, get to cover! Now!"

She raised her weapon—smooth, fast, like a soldier born for this—and then added sharply, "This may sound sudden, but I'm under your command now!

You're going to give me orders. Can you do it?"

Ritsuka, still trying to process the information overload, thought grimly to himself:

I'll try.

Marian gave him a brief smile—tight, reassuring. "Good. Keep your head down, Commander. Don't worry... I'll protect you."

He ducked behind a piece of broken wreckage, heart pounding. What is happening?

First Chaldea. Then falling into some unknown world. Now killer robots...?

And then—

New information flooded into his vision:

[DURABILITY: 180]

Ritsuka's breath caught in his throat.

So now I can see enemy stats too?!

Ritsuka ducked lower behind the debris as the Rapture advanced, metal grinding against metal with every step.

Marian's voice came through—sharp, focused.

"Commander, focus. Breathe. I'll handle the first one!"

Without hesitation, she sprang into action. Her rifle roared, sending a flurry of bullets into the oncoming machine.

Every shot was precise, mechanical—like she had practised this a thousand times over.

Ritsuka watched in awe as Marian danced through the battlefield. It wasn't just strength. It was elegance.

With a final burst, she struck the Rapture's core directly. The machine let out a high-pitched screech before collapsing in a shower of sparks and smoke.

She turned back to him, breathing a little harder now. "Commander, can you walk?"

Ritsuka stood shakily but nodded. "Yeah... I'm good."

Marian smiled—relieved, but there was no time to rest.

Farther ahead, more mechanical shapes began to emerge from the mist.

"They're coming," Marian muttered grimly. "More of them. A lot more."

After a while, all the enemies were defeated as they just stood here.

Marian put her gun down, as she looked at Ritsuka. "All enemies down, Transitioning to non-combat state".

She said as she felt her leg. "Argh, My leg".

Ritsuka looked at her as he spoke. "Are you hurt?".

Marian looked at him as she spoke. "I guess you can say I am hurt or will malfunction, either way, my mobility is not affected".

Ritsuka kneeled as his Magic curtains went out; he touched her leg and started to heal her leg, as Marian eyed Widnet as she looked at him. "This should help".

She didn't know what to say or what he had just done as she looked at him. "Um, thank you, commander, I appreciate that". She continued to look at them as he spoke. "Let's keep moving the rendezvous point is close by."

After a while, they went, and she asked if Ritsuka was ok, which he said he was, but internally he was very confused. Then she asked if he wanted to be carried, which, after a bit of back and forth, Ritsuka chose to go with.

They fought another group, Rapture, as they arrived at the place. They looked around a bit.

Marian was the first to speak, as Ritsuka got off her back. "Huh, where is everyone, did the plans change after the transport ship crashed?".

Then they heard gunfire, and as they went to that place, they heard a conversation.

"How long are we going to wait here?".

"Until they come."

"We are seating ducks out here!".

"We wait until they come".

"Did you not see how hard they went down?!. You saw that explosion, what are the odds of them coming out alive?".

"We haven't received any confirmation of Death".

"What, so we are waiting here until we do?".

"This is the Rendezvous Point. Leaving here would throw a wretch in the work, Anis"

"This is Absurd! Rapi".

Ritsuka finally arrived in the area, and got a good look at the two girls, one had light brown hair, borderline light yellow, red eyes a gun on her back, a red tie, a military outfit, leggings and a cap

[Insert image of Rapi]

The other has brown hair and yellow eyes. Wearing a revealing outfit, a gun to her side and grenades.

[Insert image of Anis]

Marian cane to them as she spoke. "Everyone".

Anis jumped a bit. "Ah! You scared me".

Rapi just grunted as Marian looked at them. "I am Marian. The Commander is here with me".

Anis looked at her and Ritsuka as she spoke. "Are you serious? How did you survive the Explosion? I get it you're a Nikke, but instead, that one is a Human".

Ritsuka looked at her as he spoke. "Yeah, I am Human?". He then spoke in his mind. "I think so?".

Anis narrowed her eyes as she spoke. "There is something fishy about this, are you the commander?".

Ritsuka looked as he spoke. "Um, Yes".

He said, with all the confidence he had, which was zero, Ritsuka still didn't know what was happening.

Rapi then approached him as she spoke. "Give a second". Her eyes scanned him as she spoke. Commander Identification Code Red... The squad 04-F commander has changed.".

Anis looked at her friend in bit of a shock. "Rapi, how could you, we don't even know them".

Rapi looked at her as she spoke. "We can discuss this later, for now, more Rapture is coming our way".

Buzz

[Enemy Detected]

Ritsuka's eyes glowed blue as she spoke. "They are about a Dozen coming out the way".

Anis's scanners pick as she spoke. "How did you, you know what, ever".

Rapi looked at Ritsuka. "You are our commander, you give us an order, hope you can do it".

Ritsuka looked at them as he spoke. "I will try".

The ground trembled faintly. Dust scattered from the broken pavement as the rumble grew louder.

Ritsuka stepped forward, tension in his shoulders. Marian, Rapi, and Anis stood at his side—each of them poised, ready for battle, their weapons humming softly in anticipation.

The silhouettes of incoming Raptures flickered in the distant haze.

Buzz!

[Enemy Count: 12]

[Threat Level: Moderate – Mixed Infantry]

[Analysis: Small formation, likely scouts. Standard assault configuration.]

Ritsuka narrowed his eyes, the blue glow intensifying. His voice was quiet, unsure... but commanding.

"Anis, cover the left flank. Keep them from surrounding us. Marian, mid-line—don't let them break formation. Rapi, take point and thin their numbers before they get close. I'll provide support where needed."

There was a short silence.

Anis raised a brow. "Well damn. You do sound like a Commander."

Marian nodded firmly. "Understood."

Rapi simply shouldered her rifle. "Acknowledged."

Then the world exploded into motion.

Raptures charged through the smoke—metallic shrieks and warbling distortion crackling across the comms. Rapi dashed forward with sniper-like precision, her shots tearing through armor. Sparks flew as enemy cores shattered. Marian swept across the field, her assault rifle laying down suppressive fire in graceful arcs. Anis spun into a grenade toss, laughing wildly as an enemy detonated mid-leap.

Ritsuka moved behind them, acting instinctively—ducking, supporting, even calling out targets. Every action felt natural, like muscle memory etched into his soul. His hand glowed faintly as he cast small buffs—tiny golden circuits flickering into the Nikkes' gear.

[Skill Support: Minor ATK Buff Applied — All Units]

Marian noticed first. "Commander, you're augmenting us? What kind of human are you?"

"I... don't know," Ritsuka muttered under his breath. "I'm just doing what feels right."

Within minutes, the battlefield fell silent again. Metal corpses littered the ground, oil and coolant dripping into dust. The three Nikkes regrouped, barely winded.

Anis twirled her gun. "Not bad, not bad at all. Guess we got lucky with this Commander."

Rapi turned to Ritsuka. "We'll need to keep moving. There's a base nearby—outpost 09. We can regroup there, maybe get comms working again."

Ritsuka nodded, still catching his breath. "Right... lead the way."

Marian gave him a sidelong look. "You did well, Commander. Really."

He smiled faintly, unsure how to feel. Part of him still wondered if this was real... but another part had already decided—

If these girls were depending on him…

Then he'd be their Commander.

The group arrived at Outpost 09. They stayed there for a few minutes, catching their breath—or at least, Ritsuka did. The others, being Nikkes, didn't need to.

Anis looked up and muttered, "Well, that could've gone a lot worse."

Marian turned to Rapi, her tone questioning. "Indeed. But can you tell me… why did you suddenly decide to bring the Commander to the surface? Wait... I see."

Rapi met her gaze. "Yes. You've guessed it correctly. Our former Commander is dead."

Marian fell silent as Anis added, "He tried to shoot a Rapture while shielding a human woman. Yelled a lot of curses while doing it, too. But that pea-shooter of his couldn't even scratch the Rapture."

Marian's eyes narrowed. "Then you failed your mission as Nikkes."

Anis responded firmly. "Wrong. We'd do anything to protect our Commander—even if it meant sacrificing ourselves. But just because we're loyal doesn't mean we can stop everything."

Marian looked down. "I see."

Anis softened. "Jeez, sorry. I was just saying."

Then Rapi turned to Ritsuka. "Could you tell us your name?"

Ritsuka hesitated briefly. "Ritsuka Fujimaru."

Anis blinked and tapped into the Ark's database. A few seconds later, she cursed under her breath. "What the hell…?"

Rapi tilted her head. "What's wrong?"

"Give me a second," Anis muttered, eyes scanning data.

Suddenly, Anis raised her gun and pointed it at Ritsuka. He stepped back instinctively.

"Okay—who the hell are you?"

Marian's voice rang out, alarmed. "Anis! What are you doing?!"

Rapi stepped forward. "Have you lost your mind?"

Anis didn't lower her weapon. "You'd react the same way. Check the Ark's database—not just military, but civilian records too."

Rapi frowned, closed her eyes, and did a quick search. Then she opened them slowly and aimed her weapon too.

"There's no data. No files. No birth certificate. Nothing."

Her voice turned cold.

"Who are you?"
