Cherreads

Chapter 8 - Chapter 8 Is not the end, but the beginning.

Natasha's mother's first marriage was too intense, and her second marriage was safe, but unfortunately too plain. Her husband usually works in the city, and her wife is a sheriff in a nearby town. On holidays, the family of five goes out to travel. Life is not very good, but not bad.

"Should we create more opportunities for them?" Natasha said nonchalantly, tapping the middle-aged man and woman who were happily chatting in the distance with her chin.

Bella was shocked. This was a bit inconsistent with her values. She wanted to refuse, but she knew that her words were not very powerful.

Freedom of love, freedom of marriage, don't ask anything, asking is the pursuit of freedom!

She sighed: "It's up to you, I don't care anyway."

Natasha was also very melancholy: "Following my mother, I have transferred four times. By the way, how is your school?"

Bella rolled her eyes: "I am on the way to transfer now, what do you think? I will tell you when I get there."

The whispers of the girls still startled the middle-aged man and woman.

The man with a mustache stood up quickly. It seemed that he wanted to give Bella a hug.

However, the father and daughter had not seen each other for many years and their relationship was a little strange. In addition, he was introverted, so he could only use "Hi, Bella, are you okay?" to open the conversation.

"Hi, Charlie."

Bella's reaction was also very normal. The two did not look like father and daughter, but like passers-by with a slightly better relationship. However, Charlie did not notice anything unusual. This was the way they got along with each other before.

The father and daughter had a not-so-intense argument about this address. At that time, the father won. He asked his daughter to call him "Dad" in front of others, and it didn't matter what she called behind his back.

Bella didn't know about this, so she called him by his name according to the habit in her previous diary. Charlie thought that she must be very panicked at this time because she had suffered a plane crash, so he didn't care about this address.

The two sides really had nothing to say, so Swan and his daughter said goodbye to Natasha and her daughter. They also had to sign some guarantee documents that they would not leave the country and would not release news to the media at will.

"Goodbye, Charlie."

"Well, goodbye, Samantha."

Natasha made a phone call gesture to Bella, and the father and daughter turned and left.

A lot of various guarantees were signed, and Bella did not forget the survivors she had saved.

The group could not be established, so she left her MSN to many survivors, and everyone would contact each other whenever they had something to do.

Under Bella's initiative, they established a mutual aid association called the survivors of Flight 180. The original intention of this association was to help the families of the victims, and by the way, use the name of the association to hire lawyers to sue and seek compensation from the airline!

To be honest, Bella was not used to using MSN, but it was only 2000, and Facebook did not exist, so she could only make do with it.

It takes four hours to fly from Phoenix in the south to Seattle in the north, and then change to a small plane to fly north for an hour to Port Angeles, and then drive for an hour to Forks, but this is the route of the plane.

There is a problem of a forty-day safety period in my memory. Most likely, this American death god was influenced by democratic ideas, read the Bible, and remembered that forty days represents death.

This period of time is safe, but Bella still refuses to take a plane, preferring to kill time on the train rather than go to the airport.

The train is relatively slow, and Charlie did not complain. It is normal not to take a plane. Who would dare to take a plane after such a terrible plane crash happened to them? Sighing, he went to buy a ticket and took his daughter to the north by train.

After Swan and his daughter left, Natasha's family of five also left.

They had nothing to do with this matter in the first place. The FBI dragged them into it for political purposes.

They didn't need to ask the airline for compensation. Instead, Stark Industries gave them a check for $100,000 as a thank you and hush money. Even the husband, who looked a little gloomy, smiled after seeing the check. The family of five was very happy. This money was like picking it up for free.

The other survivors also left one after another. The brown-haired beauty Claire Redfield was picked up by her brother.

This was a very tall and strong young man with sharp eyes and bulging muscles full of deterrence.

"I will find some friends to help me continue to investigate this matter. According to my guess, this must be the effect of some kind of missile. There should be clues in the passenger list."

Chris Redfield is a strong soldier who is proficient in the use of various modern weapons and is good at most fighting skills. He believes that the plane crash must have been caused by some high-tech weapons.

His views are similar to those of the FBI, but some people have different ideas.

Professor John Grey left the hotel alone with his luggage.

At the corner, he stepped into a stretched Lincoln.

"Charles, old friend, thank you for coming to pick me up."

The bald, dark blue suited, wheelchair-bound mutant leader wore his signature gentle smile as he looked at his old colleague and old friend.

"The situation you described on the phone is really a bit strange. I must come and see it in person."

John Grey was very convinced of his old friend's ability and immediately asked, "Have you found any clues? If so, please tell me. It concerns the lives of hundreds of people."

Bald Professor Charles Xavier was a little at a loss for words. He spoke very slowly, "I searched the scene. It's definitely not Eric, and it's certainly not Jean who is still in school. It's not any mutant I know. I only detected a manic mental power. The thoughts in it are very chaotic. I have never seen it before.

I need to observe further." He thought for a while and said, "Perhaps Ororo's ability can find some clues. I will ask her to return to the United States as soon as possible."

Those who are good at using firearms like to consider problems from the perspective of weapons, while those who are good at using superpowers like to consider problems from the perspective of superpowers.

The Flight 180 incident is not the end, but the beginning.

Bella's journey to Forks was smooth.

Forks is located on the Olympic Peninsula in the northwest of Washington State. It is no longer known why the colonists gave this land such a name, whether it was because they loved sports or ancient Greek culture.

The peninsula is shrouded in dark clouds all year round, with continuous rain and only a few days of sunshine throughout the year. The rainfall here is extremely abundant.

Bella's mother was stimulated by the gloomy weather in the town, so she moved to the south with Bella, who was only a few months old.

After that, Bella would return to the town to live for a month every summer until she was fourteen years old.

It has been four years since she last came to Forks, and now the deafening drums of war sound again
