Magnus's mother face turned beet red with rage as she stormed towards Magnus. "You think you can just leave us? You think you can just walk out of here without our permission?" she spat, her voice venomous.
His father's eyes blazed with fury as he grabbed Magnus's arm, his grip like a vice. "You're not going anywhere, boy," he growled. "You're our son, and you'll do as we say. You'll stay right here where it's safe."
Magnus tried to shake off his father's grip, but Cassius held tight. "Let me go!" Magnus shouted, struggling against his father's grasp.
His mother's eyes flashed with anger. "You'll never leave this house, Magnus," she hissed. "You'll never escape us. We're your parents, and we'll decide what's best for you."
Magnus's father grip tightened, and he pulled Magnus close, his face inches from his son's. "You'll do as we say, or you'll face the consequences," he snarled, his breath hot against Magnus's face.
Magnus felt a surge of fear mixed with defiance. He knew he had to get away, but his parents seemed determined to keep him trapped. He glared at them, his heart racing with determination. He would find a way out, no matter what it took.
(Aurora=Magnus's mother )
(Cassius=Magnus's father)
As Magnus's parents held him in their grip, Layla watched in horror, her eyes wide with fear. She tried to run to her brother's side, but Aurora was too quick. She grabbed Layla's arm, her nails digging deep into the little girl's skin.
"Come here, Layla," Aurora said, her voice cold and menacing. "You're not going anywhere."
Layla tried to wriggle free, but Aurora's grip was too strong. She dragged Layla away from Magnus, holding her tight as the little girl struggled and kicked.
"You'll pay for trying to escape with your brother," Aurora hissed, her eyes flashing with anger. "You'll do as I say, and you'll follow me. No more trying to help Magnus with his foolish plans."
Cassius watched, his face stern, as Aurora pulled Layla away. "You'll learn to obey us, Layla," he said, his voice firm. "You'll do what's best for this family."
Layla's eyes filled with tears as she looked at Magnus, who was being held tight by his father. She mouthed "I'm sorry" to her brother, but Aurora jerked her arm, pulling her away.
"Don't you dare look at him," Aurora snapped. "You'll forget about Magnus's foolishness and focus on being a good girl. Do you understand?"
Layla nodded, tears streaming down her face as she was dragged away from her brother. She knew she had to be strong for Magnus, but for now, she had to obey their parents. But she vowed to find a way to help her brother escape, no matter what it took.
Magnus's eyes widened in horror as he watched his mother drag Layla away, the little girl's small legs kicking futilely as she tried to break free. Magnus felt a pang of guilt and sadness wash over him, his heart heavy with the knowledge that his actions had put his sister in danger.
"Layla!" he cried out, trying to rush to her side, but his father's grip on his arm held him back.
"Don't you dare move," Cassius growled, his eyes flashing with anger. "You're not going anywhere until you've learned to obey us."
Magnus struggled against his father's hold, his eyes fixed on the spot where his mother had disappeared with Layla. He felt a wave of despair wash over him, knowing that he had put his sister in harm's way. He had to get her away from their parents, but how?
As he watched, Magnus felt a surge of determination rise up within him. He would find a way to protect Layla, no matter what it took. He would find a way to escape, and he would make sure his sister was safe.
With a newfound sense of purpose, Magnus turned his gaze to his father, his eyes burning with a fierce determination. "Let me go," he said, his voice low and steady."I'm going to kill you if you hurt her." I just want my sister."
Cassius 's let Magnus hands go and sneered at Magnus, his eyes glinting with a mixture of amusement and malice. "You think you can hurt me, Magnus?" he taunted, his voice dripping with condescension. "You think you have the strength, the courage, the determination to stand up to me?"
Magnus's face burned with anger and frustration as he clenched his fists, his nails digging into his palms. He took a step forward, his eyes flashing with defiance, but Cassius just laughed, the sound echoing through the room like a cold, mirthless bell.
"Oh, Magnus," Cassius said, his voice dripping with mockery. "You're so predictable. You think you're strong, but you're just a fragile little boy playing at being a man. You'll never be able to hurt me, Magnus. You'll never be able to stand up to me."
Magnus's anger boiled over, and he took another step forward, his fists clenched and ready to strike. But Cassius just smiled, his eyes glinting with anticipation.
"Go ahead, Magnus," he said, his voice low and taunting. "Try to hit me. Try to hurt me. I dare you."
Magnus's face twisted with rage, and he raised his fist, but Cassius just laughed again, the sound sending a shiver down Magnus's spine.
"You can't do it, can you, Magnus?" Cassius said, his voice dripping with contempt. "You're too scared, too weak. You'll never be able to stand up to me."
Magnus's anger and frustration boiled over, and he felt a surge of hatred towards his father. He knew he had to get away from him, to escape the toxic atmosphere that seemed to suffocate him.
So he took out a small knife which he put in his pocket for self defense and stab his father on the arm.Magnus's eyes blazed with fury as he lunged at Cassius, the knife glinting in the light. Cassius tried to dodge, but Magnus was too quick, and the blade sank deep into his arm.
Cassius let out a pained yelp as he stumbled backward, clutching at his wounded arm. "You...you little monster," he gasped, his face pale with shock.
Magnus stood frozen, the knife still clutched in his hand, his chest heaving with exertion. He hadn't meant to hurt Cassius that badly, but his anger and frustration had boiled over.
As Cassius crumpled to the ground, Magnus felt a wave of panic wash over him. What had he done? He took a step forward, the knife still clutched in his hand, and hesitated. Should he try to help Cassius or make a run for it?
Cassius's pained groans brought Magnus back to reality, and he knew he had to act fast. He ripped a piece of fabric from his shirt and tied it tightly around Cassius's wound, trying to stem the bleeding.
"I...I'm sorry," Magnus muttered, feeling a mix of emotions: guilt, anger, and fear. What would happen next? Would Cassius be okay? And what would Magnus's mother do when she found out?
As Magnus looked at Cassius, he saw the pain and shock etched on his face, and for a moment, he felt a pang of regret. But it was quickly replaced by a sense of determination. He had to get out of there, for himself and for Layla. He had to escape, no matter what it took.
