At the top of almost every major list? Empress Boa Hancock.
But beyond her, a new generation of creators had begun rising through the ranks.

The Straw Hat Pirates had arrived at Whiskey Peak. Ostensibly, it was a town for information gathering, but in truth, it was filled with bounty-hunting pirates. They'd gotten the Straw Hats drunk, leading to Zoro's insane feat of cutting down over a hundred enemies solo!
After the fight montage, the screen cut to Nami, looking visibly annoyed.
"Thankfully, I stayed sober. If I hadn't, they might've succeeded. But now… we're in big trouble."
Suddenly, a blue-haired beauty stepped into frame.
"Hello everyone. I'm the reason the Straw Hats are now being targeted by Crocodile of the Seven Warlords," said Vivi, marking her official debut on TikTok.
She had used a phone before, but to protect her identity, she never posted or even commented. She just scrolled quietly.
But now, her cover was blown. And by this time tomorrow, Crocodile would no doubt know about her—and he would send people to silence her.
That's when Luffy yanked the phone.
"CROCODILE, YOU BASTARD!" he roared into the lens. "How dare you go after Vivi! I'm gonna punch you into next week!"
One by one, the rest of the Straw Hats appeared in frame. Their faces were serious. No jokes. No grins. Just grim determination.
They had just left East Blue. They hadn't even reached the Grand Line proper. And now, they were about to pick a fight with a Warlord of the Sea?
Every normal pirate crew would've run.
But not them.
They had nowhere to retreat.
Before posting this, the Straw Hats had debated long and hard. There was no taking it back. This video was a declaration of war.
But for Vivi, for the justice they believed in, and for the 1 billion Berries reward that Nami had her eyes on…
They took the job.
The video closed with Nami on screen:
"This is the Straw Hat Pirates' road to greatness. Follow us—and let's take down the Kingdom Crusher, Warlord Crocodile, together!"
Zoro was supposed to give the closing line, but he waved it off. "Too much effort."
So, Nami took over.
The moment the video dropped, the entire platform exploded.
After Luffy's first viral declaration—"I'm gonna be the Pirate King!"—he had already built a loyal following.
Now, they were back. And the whole sea was watching.
> "Okay, I gotta say, Nami's figure? Easily Top 2 on the platform. Maybe Top 1."
> "A bunch of kids playing pirate. You'll know what real terror is once you hit the New World."
> "Are they seriously challenging Crocodile?! They're insane. That guy's a Warlord!"

The video flooded the comment section. Their follower count exploded past 100,000 in an instant.
Of course, a large chunk of that was just anti-fans waiting for them to crash and burn. Watching idiots charge into their own destruction? Premium content.

Meanwhile.
At the entrance to the Grand Line, gentle waves rocked a single Marine warship as it slowly pushed into choppier waters.
On deck stood Smoker, a cigar clenched in his teeth, smoke curling in the sea breeze.
He had just finished watching the Straw Hats' video. His expression was blank.
But when he heard the words "Whiskey Peak," a smirk tugged at the corner of his mouth.
"Hmph. So that's where you ran off to…"
Beside him, Tashigi lit up. "Mr. Smoker! Should I issue pursuit orders?"
Smoker exhaled another puff, turning toward the horizon.
"Yeah. Full speed ahead."
"I'm going to capture that idiot Luffy myself. I can't let anyone else find out that guy slipped through my fingers."
Tashigi paused.
She could feel it. This wasn't about justice.
This was personal.
She still remembered walking in on Smoker that day, in the middle of a video call with Captain Hina.
Because Luffy had appeared in a previous livestream, Hina had taken an interest—and somehow found out that he was Vice Admiral Garp's grandson.
That only fueled her curiosity.
And when Smoker admitted Luffy had escaped from him… Hina laughed at him for a full hour.
He was so furious that he tried to break his phone on the spot. But no matter how hard he crushed it, it didn't even crack.
Since then, Smoker had been glued to his phone, stalking the Straw Hats' TikTok page, waiting for a new post.
Now he finally had it.
He finally had a lead.
Tashigi gave a firm nod. "Understood. I'll send the command immediately."
She turned and dashed toward the communication room.
Moments later, the roar of the warship's engines echoed across the water. The massive ship surged forward, its propellers churning the sea into a trail of white foam.
The wind howled, the sails billowed, and Smoker stood tall on deck, eyes locked on the horizon.
Target: Straw Hat Luffy.
Pursuit: Full throttle.
