"Heh, well when you put it that way I'd rather not have myself disappear, however if this is the afterlife, shouldn't you let a man not be stuck in a 90 year old body?" Streusen said while he kept rubbing his back as it ached from age.
"Of course I can, you want to be back in your prime? Then it will be my pleasure!" I say as Streusens data popped up before me letting me see his age.
I then changed him from being in his 90's to instead being in his 40's which is considered the prime age of those from the world of One Piece.
His white hair returned to a deep black as his back straightened out all while his eyes began to sparkle.
"Mmmhmm! I haven't felt this young and limber in years! Oh! It's so good I could almost ring out in song!" He said as he began to bounce up and down as he began to hum to himself a song.
Seeing this Soma rubbed the back of his head, "Well I also don't really want to fade away into nothingness, so tell me shop owner, what kind of shop are you running exactly?" He asked me.
"I'm glad you asked, here in my shop we sell everything and anything one could desire, from the most mudane of thing to things that could destroy universes themselves, anything can be bought here for the right price." I say to him as he looked at me with a look of shock.
"Here take a look." I say pulling up a screen before them both to see.
I decided to show off a [System Killer] or otherwise known as a [Behemoth] which is a gigantic destroyer class warship from the universe of Endless Space.
In the footage it slowly turned towards a distant star before taking aim and firing.
The video then cuts to the furthest point in the solar system of the target as a giant if shot goes right pass the camera and within a few seconds hitting the star.
With that attack the star expanded rapidly before exploding and destroying all the planets in its wake.
Seeing this left both of them shocked as I grabbed the screen and took it away, "Like I said everything can be bought here for the right price."
"And unlike normal currency we use Store Credits and 1 single credit is akin to 1 ton of gold." I say which makes their eyes widen even more.
"1 Ton of Gold?!?!" They both couldn't help but shout out in surprise to which I nodded.
"It sounds like a lot but if someone could get something rare they can sell it and easily get several credits for it." I say to them both.
"But working here you won't need to worry about it, so long as a customer spends credits in the shop you can make them whatever they want as an extra service, along with making meals for everyone else who works here." I say to them.
Unless their food was made with extremely rare ingredients from across the Multiverse none of their dishes would be worth a single credit.
So the food they make is a bonus for anyone who comes into this shop along with everyone else working here, and really I'm looking forward to eating some delicious food from these two amazing chefs.
"Although, now that you are both here we have to select who is the head chef and who is the Sous Chef." I say looking at the both of them.
"Hmph! Isn't it obvious? I have well over 80 years of experience in the culinary arts so I'm most suited for the part! Besides back where I'm from I was the head chef of well over a bakers dozen worth of Sous Chefs!" He said with an air of confidence.
"While experience is great old man, talent and skill also take a factor in it all, so even if you have more experience I'm not gonna easily admit your better than me when it comes to cooking." Soma said as he reached behind him and pulled on a bandanna over his forehead.
"Is that a challenge brat?!" Streusen said as his eyes lit on fire hearing that.
"That's right! I want to see how good you really are and if you have the right to be my head chef!" He said with a big grin on his face.
"Well hearing this must be done the proper way between two professional chefs." I say as my eyes sparkled mischievously.
"Then I declare this a Food War!" I said to them both as sparks began to fly between the two professional chefs.
"Come with me to see the kitchen you will both be working out of." I said before leading them through the push open door behind the counter.
Though they though the kitchen would be small compared to the size of the shop, which wasn't much larger than the size of a convenience store.
However when they came in the kitchen was big enough to have many chefs all working together at the same time without getting in the way, it was at least on the level of a 5 star restaurant in size so all positions that could be in a kitchen could be filled.
But with the rather sparse amount of customers as a whole it wouldn't be quite right to fully staff the entire kitchen.
"These cupboards here hold any utensil you need, the fridge has a full range of ingredients from across the multiverse, and these cabinets have every known type of spice, all you need to do is thick of what you need before opening the door and what you require will appear." I said to them.
To demonstrate I didn't think of any ingredient while opening the fridge, but after closing it and thinking of milk I opened the fridge there was Milk inside, then cheese, then beef, everytime I opened and closed it a new ingredient was inside to signify what I said was true.
"Incredible, having something like this means I don't have to worry about the freshness of ingredients at all!" Soma said with a clear shine in his eyes.
"Well I will leave you both to it, the rules are simple you shall both make a dish for five people as those judging are me and your other colleagues."
"You have free reign to make anything you want but you will have a time limit of an hour to make enough for 5 people to eat." I said giving them the time limit in their cooking.
"An hour huh? Easy, you good with that old man?" Soma said clearly excited at the thought of doing a Food War.
"Bring it on brat! Let's see what your made of!"
And with that a Food war between two chefs from two different worlds had officially begun.

Now if your expecting me to be extremely and highly detailed about their cooking and what they are doing in the next chapter then I'm gonna have to disappoint you since I'm not that terribly as great of a cook to explain everything they are going to do.
