Chapter 173: World Heroes Mission Arc (4)

[Sunset, Otheon, Shanty Town – Ren's Hideout, Europe]

Exiting through the portal, Endeavor stepped inside, seeing All Might, Sir Nighteye, Mirio, Izuku, Bakugo, and Shoto. Coming through, he saw the state of the room, being in a Shanty Town rundown.
Narrowing his eyes, he began to speak up in a rough tone, eyeing the other heroes with his arms crossed, "Alright, Power Ranger, you said one of the scientists that made the bombs is here, right?"
Nodding his head, Ren led everyone to the other room, revealing himself to be Alan Kay being treated by Gentle Man and La Brava. Gentle Man introduced himself in a respectful tone, "Hello, fellow Heroes I'm Gentle Man, a sidekick under Power Ranger. He tasked me with escorting Alan Kay during the raid he escaped safely, kept hidden due to the police force colluding with Humarise."
The heroes frowned upon hearing the news as Mirio thanked Gentle Man with a smile for taking care of the important task, "Thanks for helping Gentle Man. Your assistance will ensure people will be saved."
Gentle Man smiled at this as Alan Kay was stunned seeing the heroes. Sir Nighteye raised his glasses and asked in a serious tone, "You must be Alan Kay, is that correct? Can you share with us everything you know about Humarise and where they located the Trigger Bombs?"
Alan Kay nodded his head as La Brava provided a laptop, inserting a microSD and handing some kind of device to All Might as he began to explain in a grim tone, "Let me start from the beginning. My name is Alan Kay. Along with former several other scientists, I was kidnapped by Humarise. To enact their plans, Humarise took our families hostage and forced us to manufacture Quirk Factor Triggering Bombs against our wills."
The hero's expression hardened listening to Alan's explanation as he continued explaining the dire situation, "The first terrorist attack using one of these devices was merely a ploy, to gather the world's top heroes in places where Humarise branches are located. The group is planning to use these horrible bombs to eradicate those pros."
The group's eyes widened upon hearing Flect Turn's plan to eradicate the heroes as Alan Kay clenched his hands into fists, continuing his explanation, "In an instant, the hero population will be decimated. After losing its top heroes, society would collapse. Using the vacuum of chaos afterward, Humarise will wipe out anyone with powers and build a world where only the Quirkless are allowed. That is the true goal of Flect Turn, the leader of Humarise. A madman."
Alan Kay turned his head up as he said in a hopeful tone, meeting the people who can stop Humarise, "I hope my voice will reach the heroes in time. Eddie Soul, another scientist here, lost his life helping me. He made the key I've included that will disarm the bombs at their base. The one you are holding in your hands."
All Might gazed at the key as Alan said in a serious tone the main location of Humarise Base, "Here, let me show you where the main base of Humarise is located. That's where you'll need to place the key to stop the bombs."
The heroes all nodded in understanding the seriousness of the situation as Alan Kay lay down on the bed, physically and mentally exhausted. Mirio asked, seeing the scientist's tiredness, "Hey, is he going to be, okay?"
Gentle Man spoke up, helping Alan Kay onto the bed, explaining in a calm tone, "Yeah. He was merely too exhausted from the stress of getting out alive from Humarise clutches."
There was a hushed silence that filled the room that only lasted a second as Endeavor spoke up in a serious tone, "We know their location all that's left is to hit their base of operations hard and fast. If we can neutralize their plans right away, then we do it immediately."
All Might nodded his head, agreeing with Endeavor's words as he responded in a serious tone, clenching his fist, "On that, I agree with you, Endeavor. Flect Turn must be stopped; the question remains: how long we have till the madman goes through with his plan to wipe the heroes out."
Sir Nighteye raised his glasses as he bluntly said, having all attention on him, explaining to the group, "As much as we have so long as we have the key. For now, Humarise is searching for Alan Kay with the police compromised, gathering a strike force of heroes would be nearly impossible without alarming the members."
Endeavor scowled, understanding the situation, his expression shifting into a glare as he said bluntly, "You mean we can't inform our sidekicks without tipping the enemy off? If we did, they'd probably unleash their plan fast if we brought a huge force attacking their base. How annoying."
The group nodded, agreeing with the sentiment, gazing at the key in his hand. He handed it over to Ren for safekeeping in a serious tone, "Power Ranger, keep the key safe within your [Sub-Space]. It's the only safest place I can think of to keep it out of the villain's hands, a place where no one but you has access to."
Agreeing to place it inside his [Sub-Space], Bakugo spoke up in a serious tone, "So what's the plan? Do we wait to gather forces stealthily or…"
Endeavor shifted his face to Bakugo as he bluntly said in a serious tone, clenching his fingers together, "With the situation at hand, the Chief of Police may be a member of Humarise is that right, Power Ranger?"
Eyes landed on him as he nodded his hand, explaining in a calm tone with his arms crossed, leaning on a wall, "Yeah… I can identify their titles, and the Chief of Police is one of them. Humarise… having several years, they managed to obtain enough resources and influence to pull this off. Who knows how many members are hiding or near the heroes that could tip them off."
The Heroes frowned, listening till All Might spoke up in a serious tone with a grin on his face, announcing to them, "With the situation like this, we can't afford to let the Humarise members gain any time. We must act now before they can do any more harm."
Understanding this, Ren grabs the laptop, beginning to send the data contents to the World Hero Association while informing the Pro Heroes of the bombs in Otheon, "I've just sent the information contained in Alan's files. But we need someone to stop the bombs within Otheon with their plans sent to the World Heroes Association who would be going to stop the main branch?"
Listening intently, Endeavor and Sir Nighteye both volunteered for the job. Sir Nighteye explained in a serious tone, "You can leave the bombs to us. There would be no doubt that the madman would have his members guard the bombs. We need someone strong to help take care of them and one to deal with the main branch."
Endeavor eyed his intern heroes, Shoto and Bakugo, as he bluntly said, "Both of you will be going with All Might to stop Humarise from releasing the bombs. I'll handle the disabling the bombs here."
Sir Nighteye followed up as he eyed his intern heroes, Mirio and Izuku he said in a serious tone, "Mirio, you're with me to help get rid of the grunts. Izuku, you'll be leaving with them. As the bomb won't affect you being Quirkless."
The intern's eyes widened but resolutely said, "Yes, sir!"
All Might turned his head to Ren as he produced a clone with Endeavor he explained in a serious tone, "Very well then, I'll send one of my clones with you guys. When you finish the bombs, they'll have you teleport into the main branch of Humarise to back us up or clean up the villains."

Endeavor scoffed as Nighteye nodded his head. The clone opened the portal to the nearest bomb in Otheon and the others.
All Might gazed at Bakugo, Ren, Shoto, and Izuku as he said in a serious tone, getting their attention and listening, "You four will be with me during this raid. We'll be the ones to stop the Humarise plan of destroying all Quirk Users. It's time for us to go beyond and go Plus Ultra to save the day!"
The four boys all nodded raising their fists into the air and announcing, "Plus Ultra!!"
All Might turned his attention to La Brava and Gentle Man as he said in a calm tone, "And as for you two will be guarding Alan Kay. There is no doubt trouble will be happening around Otheon soon, and thank you for your help in stopping the villains from destroying the world and harming our loved ones. For that, you have mine and our thanks."
Gentle Man and La Brava froze as All Might bowed, showing as a sign of respect. Gentle Man thought in a stunned tone, 'A-All Might bowed and thanked m-me…?! Choosing to side with the boss is the best decision ever!!!'
Regaining his composure, Gentle Man cleared his throat as he said in a determined tone, "I – Ahem! You're very welcome, All Might! I'll do my best to guard Sir Kay and keep the peace! Godspeed to you all!"

Opening a portal using [Wormhole], the strike force entered with each of them expressing a show of determination. They all thought at the same time determined, 'Those villains won't beat us! Why because we're here to save the day!!'
As the group left, they took the opportunity to inform the World Heroes Association of everything they had discovered and their intentions to stop it. Unaware the Humarise main members would be attacked wasting time searching for the key…

[Sunset, Otheon, Humarise Main HQ, Europe]
Pan up from the ground and close in on two Humarise Members at the outside entrance of the Main HQ. One was Beros an athletically built woman with short mint green hair and sharp eyes of the same color. She wears a gray sleeveless combat suit of a similar design to Rogone and Sidero's, though hers has a mask obscuring the lower part of her face.
Strapped to her back is a white quiver carrying the ammo for her bow. Accompany her suit are bulky, cream-colored boots, and a green hooded cape with a red arrow fletching pinned to the left side of the hood. On her right hand is a burgundy glove, and on her left, the index finger is wrapped in the same material.
The other is Sidero, a tall man with slicked-back brown and black hair, an extremely wide mouth, and large bulbous elbows. He wears a gray combat suit of a similar design to Rogone and Beros', though his version has sleeves going to his upper arm.
Accompanying his suit are cream-colored boots and a pale gold horned mask that obscures the upper half of his face. All his fingers, barring his thumbs, have black iron balls on his knuckles.
Sidero then asked Sidero, curiously gazing at the sky and muttering to her, "Hey."
Beros eyed the man as she replied blankly, "Yeah?"
Sidero then asked curiously, gazing at the sunset and muttering, "You ever wonder why we're here?"
Feeling a bit philosophical, Beros began to reply blankly, questioning her existence for being born with a Quirk, "It's one of life's great mysteries, isn't it? Why are we here? I mean, are we the product of some cosmic coincidence, or is there really a God watching everything? You know, with a plan for us and stuff. I don't know, man, but it keeps me up at night."
Both stare at each other in silence. Sidero asked the crazy, devoted Beroes, "...What?! I mean, why are we out here, in this private island location?"
Both then began to discuss with each other. One is more cautious than the other.
"Oh. Uh... yeah."
"What was all that stuff about God?"
"Uh...hm? Nothing."
"You wanna talk about it?"
"No."
"You sure?"
"Yeah."
*Wheeeee*
As the two discussed with each other to pass the time, they paused. Beros asked in an alarmed tone, "What's that sound it's coming – "
*BOOOOOM*
Not even given a second to retaliate, the strike team led by All Might dropped down, smashing his fist onto both their heads as he yelled, "[OHIO SMASH]!!!"
*BOOM*
A crater formed as he landed down, taking out both as he grinned, announcing his presence, "Hahaha! Have no fear, for I am here to save the day!!!"
Hovering down to All Might, Bakugo, Shoto, and Ren came down following him. It didn't take long for the Humarise Members to pale seeing the heroes come to save the day.
