Chapter 175: World Heroes Mission Aftermath

[Later, Italy, Scervino Estate, Europe]
Sigh...
Sighing within the confines of my bed, I stare at the night sky through my window. Ever since I've been born, I've only experienced pain.
Thanks to my quirks, I always suffer from seizures or extreme pain for a limited amount of time if it wasn't for Giulio Gandini with his [Neutralization] Quirk to help me. Currently, we are inside our Estate, watching the news of the Humarise terrorist threat as we listen to the news.
"… And thanks to the Pro Hero Gentle Man handing the key, the Heroes managed to learn of the location of the bomb. Heroes managed to save the world as a Pro Hero in Japan named Power Ranger used his many Quirks to open portals, alerting his allies to defuse the bombs."
"Yeah, John. The World Heroes Association actively informed the heroes of the bombs and sprang into action, stopping the terrorist attacks while saving people in the process."
"Right, Sussy. The bombs that were placed around the world by the Humarise Terrorist Organization have been thwarted as each leader Europe, Egypt, etc. They all expressed their joy to the heroes for performing an admirable job."
"With the terrorist organization down, we come to the next latest news. As most would be aware, the Crime Family Mafia or the villainous organization of the Gollini Family. Please viewers shield your eyes for the upcoming screen."
Viewing the news, I flinched seeing the screen changing. It showed, despite being blurred, the carnage of the Mafia Family gone, listening to the reporters express their own ideas of what happened.
"Just recently, a nearby worker informed the police of what he saw. Corpses belonging to the Gollini Family and places where the Gollini Family resided were raided and killed. It makes one wonder if it was an inner villain fight or if someone managed to wipe them off the face of the Earth – "
*Beep*
Turning off the TV, I sighed, revealing a light smile of relief at hearing the news. Seems like the heroes managed to save the day. At least we won't have to worry about Humarise releasing their chemical bomb.
*Knock*

Both Giulio and I turned our heads to our father entering inside, revealing another guest with a happy expression on his face, "My beloved daughter! I found the man who would help cure you of your Quirk! Please come in, Mr. Yuki."
The guest, dressed nicely and named Yuki, was a teenager he gently smiled, introducing himself, causing Giulio to frown in a respectful tone, "Hello, Madam Anna Scervino. I'm Ren Yuki, but my Hero name is the Mighty Morphin Hero: Power Ranger. And hello to Mr. Giulio Gandini."
Giulio kept a neutral expression around Mr. Yuki. He disdains both heroes and villains but kept silent for my sake, seeing my father is convinced that he can help me as I greeted him respectfully, curiously asking, "It's a pleasure meeting you, Mr. Yuki. But my father mentioned you have a way to cure me of my Quirk?"
He nodded as he began to explain to me, twirling his fingers. My eyes widened when I saw him manipulate fire, ice, water, wind, and many more, showing off his abilities.
He explained to me calmly, as he had a way of helping me. He mentioned he had the means to take away my Quirk and replace it with another, no longer burdening me with constant pain and seizures, transferring the Quirk.
My mind froze at the possibility, as did my butler, Giulio. Such a power… this [All for One] can steal my Quirk, and he has another to transfer [One for All] away from his body, storing it for later if I ever wish to have it back.
My mind pondered the idea as my father nodded his head, agreeing. Then there's a way to get rid of my Quirk and transfer it to another that won't harm me…
The idea is simply too unbelievable, but my father did a background check on Ren Yuki, explaining everything that's within his power. Getting the yes from my father, I gazed at Giulio, my butler, and… someone close to me who gave up his freedom to stay by my side, never to wander off.
I remember how Giulio first came to the Scervino Estate when I was young. I remember how our first meeting began with me having a seizure as he helped me regulate the Quirk that ruined my life.
The life I would have the joys of being like everyone else, but because of my Quirk, I would never experience what most have in their life. But a chance like this appeared, and if I could get rid of my Quirk, I would do it in a heartbeat.
While being labeled Quirkless would be frightening, the racist harassment given a Quirk that wouldn't harm me. But if I wanted one, I… I would want one that enables me to heal others.
Taking a deep breath, resolving my determination, I eyed gazing at Ren Yuki in a respectful tone, "Sigh, tell me, Mr. Yuki. I'm willing to go ahead and allow you to take my Quirk, but I'm hoping you have one that can heal people."
He merely smiled as he said in a calm tone, extending a hand out to me, "I can most certainly do, my lady."

Returning to my private room hotel paid by the Hero Association, I smiled, seeing tomorrow I would return to Japan. I managed to do a lot of what I needed in Europe, preparing myself for the Paranormal Liberation War.

Description: [Neutralization] allows the user to temporarily nullify a target's Quirk by touching them, which is activated from the right arm of the user. The activation of this Quirk is shown when the palm of the user's right hand glows a bright light blue. The more powerful a Quirk is, the longer and brighter the light emitted from the user's hand.
Description: [Overmodification] can amplify the Quirk of an individual if they are compatible with the user. This boosts the base abilities of the affected Quirk and can even grant brand-new ones to the user with enough contact. The method of receiving modifications is through physical contact, where the activation of the Quirk is shown through the change of the user's hair color to black and the sudden appearance of rose petals blooming.
The recipient's eyes briefly dilate in response to the exchange. The modifications are not a one-time effect and can be done multiple times, with seemingly no initial strain on the person receiving the modification. While the modifications can be unpredictable at first, they are generally powerful and can even make simple Quirks troublesome.
In addition to always being active, there is another unforeseen side-effect of this Quirk, with the user suffering seizures that are extremely painful to bear and require a cancellation Quirk to remedy. Without it or from excessive usage of her Quirk shown when the user's hair becomes pitch black, the user's body begins to head towards self-destruction and be overtaken by [Overmodification], with the Quirk overloading itself. This causes its range to increase exponentially, over-boosting compatible users to abominable levels and creating destructive plant life, such as thorny vines that lash at everything.

I've finally gotten hold of [Overmodification] and [Neutralization]! Thanks to my [OFA] Quirk, I can maintain control over [Overmodification] from going berserk along with [Neutralization] powered by [OFA] to keep it in check.
Now, having this moment, I began to use [Overmodification] on my [Neutralization] Quirk Factor stored in my arm. Upon doing so, I gained a notification showing up on my screen, grinning.
[Ding!]
[The use of [Overmodification] targeting [Neutralization] Quirk will force an awakening! Do you wish to proceed?]
Yes. Without hesitation, gazing at a nearby mirror, I saw my hair shined lightly.
But then began to turn pitch black as my hand containing the Quirk Factor of [Neutralization] began to shift and grow. I flinched, feeling the increased pain, but [OFA] minimizing the damage seemed to be working well.
The ever-growing power of [Overmodification] I felt all my Quirks and cells grow. I went beyond without limits as steam began to release from the pores of my skin, making me quickly go into the bathroom.
Rushing inside, I smiled, feeling the pain starting to subside. And in doing so, I began to see the Quirk of [Neutralization] change drastically with me smirking.

Seeing the Quirk [Neutralization] awakened renamed itself accordingly. But I wasn't done because I began to use my new [Overmodification] Quirk on my original Quirk that needed upgrading the most.
[All in One]. The Quirk that got me this far the most.

I didn't give it any thought as I nodded my head. There was no reason to disagree as I allowed [Overmodification] to upgrade my [All in One] as my hair turned pitch black again along with the pain.
The pain is unbearable but manageable. I have my healing Quirks active and my clones steadily healing me as I go through this change.
For what felt like minutes or hours, the steam from my body finally stopped. I panted tiredly as my eyes gazed at the changes that I liked the most.

I smirked, seeing the change as I began to check it on my Skill List. The results couldn't have made me any happier.

Description: This was [Neutralization], now over-modified as [All for None], allowing the user to negate Quirk Alphas within the Quirk Factor, effectively canceling any Quirk abilities by contacting them. If the user wishes, they can effectively erase the Quirk they're holding for good with intent.
Description: This was [All in One], now over-modified as [All Above], allowing the user to copy ANY Quirks without limit. The body won't suffer any lasting damages and can freely modify the body instantly to fit any number of Quirks into the body without worry. They still require contacting the target to obtain the Quirk.

Users with this form of adaptation that transcends anything can be known as the strongest beings in the world as they adapt and evolve to anything in their respective universe, including extraterrestrial threats or even higher beings.

Grinning at this, leaving the bathroom, I flopped down on my bed, muttering to myself happily at the changes done, "Ahh… now this? This is how one can become the strongest alive using Quirks. Having gotten their Quirks was the best decision I've gotten and done reaching this level of power."
Reaching this and obtaining such cheat-like power, I'm fully prepared for the Paranormal Liberation War. The villains won't know what hit them when everything has been said and done.
Waiting for the grand war to destroy hero society is coming. It's time to prepare for spring for war is coming and I'll be ready for when shit hits the fan… those 'villains' won't know what hit them no matter what tricks they have in store.
