"Indeed," Lingerie suffered a hit from one master as she got distracted with William, "I was waiting for you…"
"I can tell," William got what she meant. Even if she used tons of techniques, arrays, and other offensive ways against her enemies, she still held a card up her sleeve just for William.
He knew she was smart enough to know she was a goner since she got cornered. No matter what scenario she thought of, she was going to die in the end.
So instead of dying alone, she decided to take William down with her. That'd make this exchange worthy in her eyes, as she'd take the life of the annoying master who brought her down like this.
But he'd realise soon enough he greatly underestimated her!
