In a forest just outside a castle, 3 children are playing. They seem to be having fun by just passing a ball. The orange haired boy passed it to the orange haired girl. The blue haired boy responded "Hey come on, pass it to me". The orange haired girl replied "Okay Bobby" as she threw the ball to him. Bobby then throws it to the orange haired boy in which he said "Hey wait, that's too fast!" Because of that, he got hit in the face as the boll rolled away. "I'm sorry Ronnie" said Bobby after that. Ronnie replied "It's okay" although it seems they didn't realized the ball rolled away. The orange haired girl saw it and she chased after it. She followed the ball as it almost went outside the border of their kingdom.
A black haired girl grabbed it and said "Is this yours?" In a cold yet relaxing voice. She took it and nods yes as she is a bit nervous. The black haired girl noticed it and introduced herself to calm her down. "Hi I'm Maddie, what's your name?" She said in the warmest way she could. "My name is Lilliana but you can call me Lilly, nice to meet you." She replied. Maddie's expression changed upon hearing that name, however she just smiled. "What are you doing here at the border?" Lilly asked nervously. "Oh, I was digging something here that belonged to my mother" Maddie replied being more enthusiastic now. Lilly bent over to look, however she bent over too much and fell. Just as she nearly hit the ground, Maddie caught her as Maddie's eyes flashes for a split second. "Are you okay?" She asked in a worried tone. "Yeah I'm fine thanks to you" Lilly responded a bit embarrassed. Maddie found it cute and just smiled. Lilly upon seeing it made her more nervous so she immediately thought of something to say to get out of the situation. "I should get back, my friends are looking for me" she replied nervously. "Sure! Can we meet each other again like tomorrow?" Maddie responded excitedly as she's never been with someone she considers a friend.
Lilly thought over that for 3 seconds until she responded "Sure I'd love to". She's now less nervous around her as they said goodbye to each other. Lilly came back to play with Ronnie and Bobby. "Hey, me and Bobby were reading this book I found in the library! I think I know how we can make this game more fun!" Ronnie replied very excitedly. "I don't think it's a good idea though" Bobby responded a bit worried and nervous. "Come on Bobby, have some fun will ya?" He says that as he's trying to do some hand signs. Lilly asked what it was he's trying to do as that was happening. "If I cast this spell, it should make the ball more bouncier but it won't escape this range." Ronnie replied. Lilliy thought it wasn't a good idea and Bobby said "That's what I'm saying!" Because they both agreed to each other. Ronnie didn't agree with them and continued as he knows chants the spell. However he forgot it and mispronounced them all. "Hold on, those aren't the incantations!" Bobby said while he's now very worried. The spell fires at Lilly as she gets knocked unconscious. "Well you've done it this time Ronnie. Lilly! Are you okay!? Bobby responded as he's a bit mad at Ronnie while worried for Lilly. They both run towards her body. "Lilly! No, no, no this is all my fault! Mom! Dad!" Ronnie, now regretting what he's done, can't do anything but call for help.
10 years later, princess Liliana Virothorn of the Wolf Kingdom is still in a coma. The Kingdom doesn't know about all of this, however the royal family is very depressed about it. A man with long hair and has a mustache and beard can be seen calling someone. Another man approached him and coughs to get his attention. "Sorry, I'll call you again later" said by the hairy man as he hang out of the phone. "What is it Floyd?" He immediately said afterwards. "William, this can't go on forever. The public will soon know that the successor of the crown has gone MIA. You know what will happen when the publick knows right?" Floyd responded, definitely very worried. "I know, I know Floyd. We're doing everything we can to get her back." He replied trying to sound very assured. "Well, just in case this does not work, you must prepare your son to take the crown." Floyd responded definitely not convinced about what he said earlier. "I know, but Ronnie hasn't been the same ever since Lilly went in a coma. Even Valeria wouldn't talk to anyone. She just stays in that room all day long." William said very seemingly frustrated. "Well doing nothing won't do anything either now won't it William?" Floyd replied. "Hmm... I suppose you are right." William replied as he walks to the room because he has no more options left. They both went in his room and found Ronnie sleeping with a girl. William coughed to get his attention "You know if you're going to do that you should get yourself a mate" William said as he sees Ronnie wake up slowly. During that, Ronnie told the girl to get out of here. "What do you want?" Reagan replied grumpily. "Look, I know you and your mother haven't talked in a long time but we need both of you if we're going to save Lilly." William said trying to pursuade Ronnie. "She probably blames me for Lilly's condition right now." Ronnie responded trying to avoid this conversation. "Don't talk to your mother that way! She's not that kind of person! She blames herself for what happened to Lilly. You should be more supportive." He said calmy trying to settle the situation between the two. Ronnie wants to blame himself even though everybody is telling him not to. Now it is his fault for casting the spell, everybody knows that he didn't know any better so no one wanted to blame him. "Our next candidate is arriving any second, you should prepare yourself." William added to cheer up Ronnie a bit. "This is process is so slow. What if we never find her mate in time?" Ronnie complained because it does take a while to get in contact with anyone. William assured him that they will find the one.
Inside another castle in another kingdom, there is a black haired girl, fully unrobed sleeping on a large bed. Inside her heard, she dreams about events that happened in the past leading to the present. "Mom?" She said that in her dream. "Come on honey, talk to her." Her mom in the dream told that to her as she turns around and sees Lilly as a young kid. Once she saw her face again, she suddenly woke up. She says in her mind "That dream again?" While she noticed someone lying down with her. She pushed them off with a lot of force. "What are you doing here!?" She said being seriously shocked as she covers herself with her blanket. "What does it look like to you?" The green haired girl replied. "Invading my privacy, that's what it is. Now get out before I turn you into ashes." She replied and she will quite literally do that so Chloe left. "Gabriel! Come here please!" She yelled. "What do you need Queen Maddie?" He replied. He's behind the door as Maddie is still getting dressed. "I want to go to the Dark Moon Kingdom". She said confidently. "The wolves!? Why would you the Queen of Dragons want to go there!?" Gabriel responded, incredibly shocked by what she said earlier. "I think my mate is there." Maddie responded, again sounding confidently. Gabriel is still in disbelief from all of this. "Look, as much as I want you to find your mate, they can't possibly be the wolves. I mean we have been enemies for a long time. What would the public think of you? Plus you already have Chloe and your father wouldn't approve of it." Gabriel said all of that in response to what she just said. Maddie doesn't care about all of that of course now that she's Queen, she can do anything she wants. She doesn't care what the public thinks of her because of what her father left with the kingdom. It basically was corrupted and the people were left powerless. "I'll be going now" Maddie said in a cold voice and flew off with her wings.
Back to The Dark Moon Kingdom, William and Ronnie just finished talking to the guy that was their candidate earlier. "So it wasn't him either" William said disappointingly as he prepares for Ronnie to rant about it. "Damn it! We're never going to find her mate at this rate!" Ronnie said as he was about to punch something until he smelled a familiar scent. "You there! What are you doing here in jy sister's room!?" Ronnie said as he's about to put his rage onto them. "I-I was just-..." Suzie replies to her as Ronnie cuts him off afterwards. "You stupid bitch! I know you're after my sister, just give it up you stinking moron!" Ronnie scared her off as she left running. Suddenly the knights outside are panicking and one of them went to William. "Sir! There's a dragon that wants to see you!" William is very frustrated at this point but he just allows them to let them in hoping for some good news or something. Maddie enters the room to talk to William. "Hello, I'm Queen Madeline Rosethorn. You might've known my father back then Quentin Rosethorn." She said while being cautious. "So you're the daughter of that sick bastard." William responded as he had history with him. "Yes I am, I defeated him for the crown and trust me I hate him. I'm nothing like him." She responded to persuade them. "How can we trust anything you say?" Ronnie responded defensively. "If I were here to attack you then I wouldn't be here alone where you could easily kill me". Maddie responded confidently. William sighs and asked her what does she want from them. She said she wants to see his daughter. "No! I won't let her near my sister! Not a single hair will I let a dragon near her!" Ronnie commented after hearing that. "I'm afraid you have no choice, how's your thing going?" Maddie again said confidently. "Ronnie, I'm afraid she's right." William said desperately. "Are you seriously letting a dragon near her!? It would be ridiculous for her to be her mate! Not only are they both girls, but they're not even from the same race! It's unheard of father!" Ronnie responded as he's definitely worried about Lilly's security. "Ronnie, there's nothing else we can do I'm afraid". William replied as Maddie walked closer to Lilly's body. "My dragon it's... It's screaming! It's calling for her mate!" Maddie said as she gets closer and closer to her. She then kissed her lips as the night sky suddenly looked even more beautiful as the Moon, stars and clouds are aligned perfectly outside the window. In this moment, Lilly suddenly opened her eyes and kissed back at her.
