~Phantom Skull~
The sun was high and mostly everyone was out. Arvalis was inside Fairy Tail looking at the job board.
"Hmmm....nothing really good that says adventure." Arvalis sighs turning and walking away from the board.
"Everything okay Arvalis?" Erza asked a bit curious about the endeavor Arvalis was going through.
"Nothing on the job board screams out adventure. I want to go on a job that will challenge me." Arvalis makes way to the table Erza sits at and sat across from her.
"Hmm...that is a predicament." Erza says as she had nothing to say since she couldn't find a job that she wanted to do either.
"Oh cool. This job is offering a one of a kind gate key as a retrieval item?!" The voice of Lucy yelled out with glee.
"One of a kind gate key?" Arvalis questions.
"Oh that's right. You didn't know, but Lucy is a Celestial wizard that uses Gate Keys." Erza said
"That's cool." Arvalis said
"Hey Erza, wanna join in with me on this?" Lucy asks coming over
"Let's see what this job is about." Erza said as she saw the request.
"This wasn't on the board when I got in." Erza said as Arvalis noticed that she's right.
"Oh is that the Castle Raid quest?" Mirajane asked from the bar
"Yeah, it is." Lucy says turning around.
"I just put that up. I kind of figured you would go for it because of the reward...the job actually requires three people." Mirajane said
"Erza, and I...but who else?" Lucy turns to see Arvalis. "Arvalis would you like to come with us on this job?"
"Sure. You don't get to raid a castle everyday." Arvalis says
"Oh and one thing." Mirajane said as Erza and Arvalis stood up and looked over with Lucy.
"There is a Fairy Tail member that's already there on a different job. You could support her." Mira said
"Who's the member?" Erza asked
"Belle Phantasia." Mira said
"Oh I remember you mentioning about her. She came in two days ago." Arvalis says
"Yeah, that was her." Mira said
"So are we going?" Lucy asked as Erza and Arvalis stood up.
"Let's go." Arvalis and Erza then walked forward.
Walking out of the guild hall, Erza noticed he didn't have a long coat on he first arrived two days ago. She remembered she sort of slashed it up on him.
"Are you able to restore your own clothing?" Erza asked
"Oh yeah, your coat. You never got yourself anything new yet." Lucy said
"Maybe a new makeover." Erza said as there was a clothing shop ahead as they pushed him along inside.
When they went inside, Lucy and Erza saw Evergreen trying on different dresses particularly in green color as she noticed the trio.
"Hey Titania, hey Lucy." Evergreen walked right over and saw Arvalis
"Who's he?" She asked
"Arvalis Zendai" Arvalis answered
"Why hello Arvalis, I'm Evergreen from Fairy Tail. What brings you three here?" Evergreen asked looking at Arvalis and feels a bit flustered looking at Arvalis's tone body.
"We have the finest collections of outfits." Evergreen says
"I guess I could update my wardrobe." Arvalis gave in as Lucy and Erza helped him choose his outfit based on his personality and his magic.
He tried many different outfits until they came to a decision. He wore black harem pants with gold flame design, a black cropped sleeveless collared coat and a yellow cloth around his waist.
"I like this. This feels like....me...." Arvalis says
"I'm happy you found what you came in here for. I'll give you a two hundred discount so....that will be...Fourteen hundred Jewel." Evergreen looked at the three.
"Th-Th-That's a lot!" Arvalis said
"Is that seriously how much that is?" Erza asked
"Original is sixteen hundred." Evergreen said
"Jeez I didn't realize how much it would be here." Lucy said as a couple bills was put on the desk. The three looked down.
"Will that be enough?" Arvalis said straightforward as Evergreen looked at the bills. She counted it then rang him up and handed four hundred back.
"But you said it was fourteen hundred." Arvalis says
"I know... I'll give you another discount because this is your first time here in the store, but the next time your in here. It's full price." Evergreen strictly said
"I understand." Arvalis bows as he, Erza and Lucy then head out.
"Alright...so now to the castle." Arvalis said
"Yay! Time to get this job done!" Lucy became excited as the three of them head on out of the clothing shop and then eventually out of Magnolia.
They then made their way to the train where Erza got them tickets.
"We have to take the train to Reinford and then head north from there." Erza and the other two made their way to the right train and got on.
Meanwhile at Reinford town, in an abandoned looking church was a man by the name of Jose Porla. He use to be the guild master of Phantom Lord a long time ago, but now he runs a dark guild as his ancestor Geoffrey once did.
His dark guild is named Phantom Skull...a combination of his former guild Phantom Lord and Geoffrey's dark guild Blue Skull. There was four new members that took over as the new element four, but three one male and two females.
The two females wore cropped long sleeve collared coats and cargo shorts as well. The only male had a sleeveless yellow coat and black cargo shorts
This girl with the sky blue coat and black cargo shorts with hair is Kaze Theya the wind maker. The other girl is Mizu Theya, the Water maker with a marine blue sleeveless cropped collared coat and black cargo shorts. Arashi Theya, the only brother of the three is the thunder maker magic user of Phantom Skull. He wore a yellow sleeveless collared jacket and black cargo shorts.
"I have a mission for you three." Jose began as the three turned to their master.
"The Haunted Castle...I want you to raid it and obtain as much as you can and even go for the one of a kind celestial spirit key." Jose said
"A one of a kind key?" Arashi asked
"Indeed. You'll know it when you see it." Jose said
"I take it, it won't be easy?" Kaze asked
"Nothing is never easy dear sister." Mizu said
"Fairies are soon to be arriving here and I believe they're going after the castle as well." Arashi said
"Ever since I got out a few years ago, I don't want to go back to jail so try and be discreet you three." Jose said
The three then nodded. At the station, the train arrives as Lucy, Erza and Arvalis gets off.
"So this is Reinford." Arvalis says
"Yup. We can get a start on heading north now." Erza says as Lucy and Arvalis nods.
They walk for a bit as they gather some more supplies as Erza was pulling the cart. Lucy was looking around with Arvalis when Lucy happened to glance at very similar looking guild mark that she went over to Erza very quickly.
"Erza! Phantom Lord is here." Lucy says
"Phantom Lord?" Arvalis asked
"An old rival guild of Fairy Tail. But they were taken care of way back then. Over seven years ago. They've been disbanded for so long. Jose is they're guild master." Erza said as she catches a glimpse of Jose in the far distance as he turned slightly and caught wind of her and then at Lucy and at Arvalis.
"Well if it isn't Fairy Tail. Haven't seen any of you since I was put in jail, but I was let go after I did some time." Jose said
"So this is Phantom Lords ex-guild master?" Arvalis asked
"Yes. He is." Erza said
"No need to attack me. I turned over a new leaf calling my little merchant guild Phantom Skull." Jose said
"A part of me doesn't believe." Arvalis said
"Oh but it is. I renamed my ex element four as the Element three." Jose said
"Oh yeah! I'm all better!!" Yelled a familiar voice from behind Lucy and Arvalis as Natsu appears coming out of nowhere with Happy
"Natsu what are you doing here?!" Lucy yells
"Coming along with you all. You forgot about me." Natsu said
"Natsu, this was a three person mission, not a four person!" Lucy yells
"Well if it isn't the dragon slayer." Jose said as Natsu saw Jose
"You smell so familiar." Natsu using his sniffer to recognize Jose
"That's Jose Porla, ex-guild master of Phantom Lord and now proclaims as the guild master of a merchant guild named Phantom Skull." Lucy says
"Where is this so called Element three anyone?" Arvalis asked
"On a mission to the haunted castle to raid it." Jose answered as the four was shocked
"We gotta get a move on it." Arvalis said as the four turned and ran off north towards the haunted castle.
They left Reinford as Jose just watched with a smirk.
"Though I lost my inability to use my magic...I will get it back with that crimson gate key." He says with a smirk.
The group ran for quite some time where the Element three had some time to get ahead of them. After an hour of non stop running, they came up to the haunted forest where a caravan was left.
"Be careful everyone. There could be unknown monsters in this forest." Erza says
"I'll burn this forest down with my flames!" Natsu says
"Natsu cut it out! Even if this forest is creepy, no burning it down!" Lucy yells as the sound of electricity was heard and the flashes of it was seen.
Everyone moved in as Arashi, Mizu and Kaze were surrounded by Treant's. Arashi balled up his right hand and placed it on his left flat hand as electric magic was shown.
"Thunder make Hawk!" Arashi yells as Hawk made of electricity shot out towards the Treant's piercing then.
"Water make Serpent!" Mizu did the same stance as a water made serpent slithered around and went at the Treant's and collided into them destroying some of them.
"Wind make: Bug swarm" Kaze said doing the same stance then let out a swarm of wind made bugs at the rest of the Treant's destroying them.
"Woah, that's some powerful maker magic." Arvalis said as the others witnessed it.
"Yeah, but let's get to the castle first." Erza says as everyone nods and makes their way around the maker trio.
"The fairies are here brother." Kaze said
"Then do what you must Kaze." Arashi said as Kaze chuckled
"Wind Make: Horse rush!" Kaze did the stance as many wind made horses rushed around to the group.
Erza requipped two swords and sliced the wind made horses destroy them.
"What the?" Kaze was shocked as Erza slid and turned at the same time.
"You three go ahead!" Erza said as Arvalis, Lucy and Natsu nodded and went off towards the haunted castle
"Your fight is with me!" Erza says
"I'll gladly fight you! Wind make Spear!"
Several wind made spears shot towards Erza as she cut them up. Kaze came at her with her feet and hands covered in wind.
The two then went at each other.
