"Really, how can you be so happy to live in a simple place like this." Devon said as he sighed.
"You really don't know how to let things go, do you?" Dimitri asked from the side.
"No, I don't."
As they arrived at the gate they were stopped by guards.
"Stop, show some ID." the guard said sternly as he looked at the strange group next to the party.
"Don't worry, they're with me." The captain responded.
"Yes sir." The guard said as he moved to make space for the party to enter.
Devon, confused came closer to the captain and asked," Just who are you for them to be so respectful to you?"
The captain, kind of embarrassed said:" After travelling for so long I still forgot to introduce myself. My name is Martince and I'm the captain of the 13th strongest adventuring party in the Empire."
"Huh!?" All three were stunned.
"If you're so strong, why were you so polite?" Dimitri asked suspiciously.
"The truth is once you're strong enough you get scouted by the royal family to become one of the imperial soldiers."
"And is it a must to join them?" Devon asked.
"No, in fact, the six strongest parties were also recruited but they rejected the offer, saying they value their freedom more."
Devon silently nudged Dimitri," That sounds familiar."
Dimitri, ignoring Devon, asked," Can you help us register as adventures?"

Martince then said goodbye to his other two teammates and also asked them to go tell the family of the deceased person. He then led Dimitri and the others to the adventure's guild.
After entering the building, Dimitri saw the place packed to the brim. Some were looking for new quests to take while others were talking to old friends. At the counter there were 5 beautiful women, but not even Devon's heart was moved never mind Dimitri's, they couldn't even make up a percentage of Charlotte's beauty, so Dimitri paid no further attention to them. Martince took them to the only boy behind the counter, a boy that looks about sixteen or seventeen years old.
"Jona, help me register these three people." The captain said.
As Jona turned to the source of the voice, he suddenly froze. His gaze fixed on the girl behind the captain.
"Jona!" The captain said and snapped him out of his daze and leaned towards the boy.
"Let me tell you, she's dating the man next to her, I could see it in their eyes." The boy suddenly felt disheartened but remembered he had a job to do.
"You want me to register them?" He asked to make sure.
"Yes, they came from outside and don't have an ID."
"Ok." Jona said as he turned to the three, "Just follow my instructions and we'll be finished shortly. Can the first please step forward."
Devon then stepped forward.
"Okay, place your hand on this magic crystal and just answer my questions."
"Okay."
"First, What's your name?"
"Devon."
"Sex?"
"Male."
"What's your class?"
Devon thought about it and the only reasonable answer that came to mind was, "Magician."
"Okay, now the crystal is going to take the magic power emanating from your body and divide it between the classes of F-the lowest and SS-the highest." As he spoke the crystal suddenly broke.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to." Devon said immediately.
However, Jona was too stunned and could only mutter one word, "SSS-rank."
