Rav's eyes snapped back to him as they morphed into shook. His declaration stunned him to the core.
He had heard of such a thing before, but it was history to him, there was no proof that it could be done. Breaking a bond was akin to defying the goddess of love.
Yet it seemed like something like that was practiced and Logi knew of it.
He had underestimated him.
Logi tapped his forehead. "It's a simple tactic. You know me Rav, I possess knowledge no one has."
Rav swallowed a lump in his throat knowing Logi was not making jest. He could actually do it.
"You would be defying Elska."
Logi chuckled. "We defied the gods when we created this Court, how is this any different?" He pointed to him. "One winter Rav. One. Under the condition that within this period you do not interfere, keep your fucking distance."
Rav hesitated but if Logi could truly break the bond like he mentioned, he could save Isadora. She didn't have to lose her life or suffer the fate of being Kraven's mate.
