UltSans

A towering figure at 6'8", UltSans is thin, almost unnaturally so, with pale white skin that contrasts sharply with his darkened hair and eyes.

However, beneath the shadowy hue, traces of his original golden-yellow hair and heterochromatic green and blue eyes remain—echoes of who he once was.

His messy hair[1] appears unkempt, wild yet deliberate, giving him a haunting yet charismatic presence.

He is always draped in a thick, dark jacket, the hood lined with dense fur that frames his face in a ghostly outline.

His dark jeans hang loosely over his frame, and his sport shoes, though worn, are sturdy, grounding him in the mortal world despite the aura of detachment that clings to him.

'Asriel/Sans'

Body: He has a skeletal form reminiscent of Sans, as his body was used as a vessel in the experiment.

Horns: A pair of horns protrudes from his head, lending him a demonic edge that hints at his complex origin.

Face: His face is a striking blend—half of it mirrors Asriel's features, while the other half carries the iconic, laid-back look of Sans.

Eyes: His pupils are predominantly green, though they can shift to blue. These are magical eyes that are always active; they can't be switched on or off, only intensified (boosted) or softened to reflect his inner state.

Attire: He wears a jacket that artfully combines elements of Asriel's traditional garb with Sans' style. Complementing his look is the Best Friends Locket, a cherished relic that ties him to his past.

'Chara'

A presence more than a being, 'Chara' is a faint red phantom, a hallucination, a whisper of something long lost.

Her form is barely visible—just the soft, eerie glow of crimson light that hints at a female shape.

Her legs fade into nothingness, dissolving into a wispy red trail that drifts like smoke.

Her hands flicker in and out of existence, appearing only when she wills them to—often to embrace Raziel from behind.

When she does, her phantom arms snake around his shoulders and chest, their touch weightless yet inescapable, like a lingering regret that never fully disappears.

'Frisk' (Lily) - The Judged Phantom

A broken soul, an absorbed remnant of a once-living human, Frisk is a vision of pain and eternal suffering.

Her left arm is severed halfway, the wound never healing, bleeding endlessly with exposed, jagged bone that is both sharp and scratched, as if clawed at by something unseen.

Her face is veiled by a white static glitch, the distortion primarily covering her eyes, obscuring any glimpse of her identity while leaving just enough of her face visible to unsettle those who dare to look.

Her body is restrained by red strings, thin yet unbreakable, wrapping around her like the threads of fate, preventing her from ever escaping her torment.

Behind her, an ominous faint yellow clock glows, its relentless ticking a cruel reminder of her eternal judgment, an endless cycle she cannot break free from.

'Frisk' (Lily) – Shatter of Judgement[2]

The face once obscured by white static is now fully revealed. The glitch has faded, no longer hiding what lies beneath—it never needed to. Lily's face is soaked in blood, her jaw barely intact, hanging unnaturally by tendons and fragments of bone. Her eyes are gone, hollow and dark, with only a single faded red pupil faintly glowing in the right socket—an eye that isn't real, but seems to pierce through everything, including UltSans' soul.

From the waist down, she no longer has form—her legs are entirely dissolved, replaced by a drifting, bleeding mist, fading red like evaporated life, leaking endlessly as if time itself has failed to let her die completely.

Her torso is torn wide open, the ribcage splayed outward in unnatural angles—each rib jutting out, twisted and bent, no longer protecting what lies within. Her organs are displaced, tangled around the ribs or floating loosely, like a massacre paused mid-moment, frozen in an eternal state of unraveling.

Her right arm is obliterated—not merely broken, but shattered into disconnected fragments, each piece held together by pulsating, torn veins acting like desperate bridges. The bones are cracked into fragments, floating, trembling in place, as if trying to remember the shape they once were.

Her left arm remains as it was: severed halfway, with the jagged bone jabbing out, sharp, splintered, and endlessly bleeding. The wound is raw and untouched by healing—a permanent echo of trauma, clawed open by something not entirely visible nor real.

Her head no longer rests firmly on her body—it's barely connected, the neck torn, slashed, and held together by just a few strands of nerve and vein. The head floats above, trembling as if it could fall apart at any moment, yet remains, suspended by force, guilt, or something deeper.

Behind her, the once faint yellow judgment clock has transformed. It now glows violently, no longer a passive reminder but an active curse. Its surface is shattered into sharp, fractured shards, each piece pulsing and vibrating, spreading waves of pressure and dread. The clock emits loud, tolling bell sounds, each chime like a verdict, each pulse making reality fracture, like time itself is breaking apart with her.

Each time the clock beats, it feels as though everything is splitting—not just space, but sanity, memory, identity. The world seems to pull away from itself, and UltSans can feel pieces of his own reality being yanked, piece by piece, soul by soul.

'Papyrus' (Cad) – The Green Smoke Phantom

Cad is not the real Papyrus, but a human who bore a striking resemblance to him.

To UltSans, he was more than just a lookalike—he became a symbol, a reminder, a brother. Over time, their bond solidified, and even in death, Cad lingers as a phantom of green hollow energy, forever tied to UltSans' fractured reality.

His entire form glows with an eerie green outline, pulsating like a heartbeat that no longer belongs to the living.

His body leaks green smoke constantly, drifting off of him like a spectral toxin, a cruel reminder of the virus that claimed his life.

Unlike traditional phantoms, his legs and feet do not exist, instead fading into an endless wispy green trail, as if he's slowly being erased but refuses to disappear completely.

His arms are shattered, floating in place but still connected by faint green energy strings, like a body held together by sheer will rather than flesh and bone.

His lower jaw is broken, floating near his chin, leaving his mouth always half-open, as if he were caught in the middle of a sentence he never got to say.

His eyes are nothing but hollow voids, deep and unreadable, yet carrying an unsettling presence.

Cad wears the 8th Roblox Awards outfit, the gray helmet sitting atop his spectral head, and a purple vest with cyan lines, its glow subtly distorted by the green mist that surrounds him.

He is a constant, unwavering presence—never truly gone, yet never fully there, bound by memories and the silent acknowledgment of his existence.

'Toriel' (White Phantom)

A completely white, ghoul-like figure, 'Toriel' remains in the same form as she was after the Genocide route—damaged, lifeless, yet eternally present. Her face is gone, completely erased, leaving a blank void where her features should be. Yet somehow, her presence is suffocating, like the weight of a mother's disappointment that never fades.

Her left arm is entirely missing, a wound that does not heal, a piece of her existence lost to violence. She does not walk, nor does she float—her movements are unnatural, teleporting without transition, like a broken frame in reality. When you try to move closer, she does not walk away, yet the distance between you shifts, as if space itself bends to keep her just beyond reach—or, at times, far closer than you intended.

She never speaks, never reacts, but her presence is a constant weight on UltSans' mind, a heavy, inescapable reminder of his own guilt.

'Papyrus' (White Phantom, The Real One)

The true Papyrus, yet not as he should be. A pure white phantom, he carries the exact appearance of his Genocide-route counterpart, except now, he is completely drained of color, as if life itself has been wiped from him. His scarf is gone, leaving him exposed and vulnerable in a way that feels deeply wrong.

His head is missing entirely, severed just like in his final moments in the Genocide timeline. Yet despite lacking a face, his presence is overwhelming, as if he is still watching, still staring into UltSans' soul, even without eyes. His upper jaw and skull do not appear anywhere nearby—only the hollow absence where they should be.

His arms are shattered and incomplete, the jagged remains of bone and phantom-like mist where they should be. His body does not seem to move, yet he is never in the same place—his presence flickers, always shifting in a way that defies normal perception.

When UltSans tries to focus on him, the space between them warps—one moment, Papyrus seems miles away, and the next, he is inches from his face, despite never visibly moving. His posture is always the same, staring, watching, existing as a reminder that cannot be ignored.

Just like Toriel, he does not vanish unless UltSans falls asleep or forces himself to ignore them—but that is easier said than done. These phantoms are not just illusions; they are manifestations of something deeper—the kind of memories and regrets that refuse to be forgotten, no matter how much one tries.

'Undyne' (White Phantom, Melting)

A pure white ghoul-like figure, this version of Undyne the Undying is frozen in her final moments from the Genocide route, an eternal specter of defiance. Her right arm is raised, hand open, as if still trying to hold her ground, but the effort is meaningless—her body is melting away, breaking down into an unrecognizable, dripping mass.

Her face is completely erased, an empty white void where her determined expression should be. From her waist down, there is nothing but a melted, liquefied form, pooling into the unseen void beneath her. Her left arm is barely intact, warped and dissolving, the fingers reduced to stretching, sagging shapes as if she's melting away into nothingness.

Despite her slow decay, she never collapses—she simply exists in this suffering state, a constant reminder of defiance turned to despair, standing forever as a symbol of resistance that did not win.

She does not walk, nor does she shift like the others. Instead, she teleports unpredictably, flickering in and out of sight like a memory that UltSans cannot shake. When UltSans moves closer, the distance between them distorts, making it impossible to truly reach her.

'Frisk' (Original One – The True Genocider)

Unlike all the other phantoms, this Frisk is not white but completely black, a solid void in the shape of a human, standing motionless yet terrifyingly present. It holds a knife in its right hand, gripped tightly, ready, yet never needing to swing—it does not have to, because its presence alone is torment enough.

While the other phantoms are static, this one is alive, fully capable of walking, turning its head, and staring directly at UltSans. It has no face, yet somehow, its gaze is unmistakable, an unshakable, suffocating feeling of pure, unrelenting intent. Even without features, the mind interprets it as grinning—"=)"—a smile that isn't really there, but is always felt.

It is more than just a phantom—it is a force, a presence, and it follows UltSans everywhere. Unlike the others, it does not simply appear when he looks at it. It hunts him, teleporting constantly, manifesting in the edges of his vision, lingering in the shadows, warping his mind. At first, it's just a shape, a silhouette that disappears when he turns his head. But over time, it becomes worse—shadows twist into its form, walls seem to move, reflections seem off, and reality itself begins to fracture.

The more UltSans sees it, the lower his sanity drops, the more he feels trapped in an endless cycle of slaughter and consequence. He knows what it represents. He knows why it's there. And no matter how much he tries to block it out, it will always be watching. Always waiting.

Movement & Effect on UltSans

These phantoms do not flicker, do not phase in and out like broken glitches. Instead, their movement is unnatural, bending the logic of space itself. When UltSans tries to approach, they do not retreat or advance—they merely shift, as if the world itself refuses to let him reach them.

This constant displacement messes with his mind, an endless loop of chasing ghosts that cannot be caught, and avoiding ghosts that always find him. They are not aggressive, nor do they attack, yet their presence is far more tormenting than any physical harm.

They are not there to kill him—they are there to remind him of something he desperately wishes he could forget. And the worst part? They never stop watching.

Final Phantom Set & Their Role

Now that all four are detailed, they form a complete psychological torment for UltSans:

Toriel (White Phantom) – Motherly guilt that cannot be confronted.

Papyrus (White Phantom, Headless) – Brotherly loss, a reminder of what was erased.

Undyne (Melting White Phantom) – Defiance turned to despair, showing that no matter how strong one fights, the Genocide never stops.

Frisk (Black Phantom, The True Genocider) – The cause of it all, an unshakable reminder of the cycle that cannot be broken.

Together, they are UltSans' torment, his inescapable hallucinations, and the reason his sanity continues to break.
