Chapter 29 - 29 seeds purchase

The pair moved down the aisle, picking up packet after packet. "Palak, cabbage, cucumber, tomatoes, peas," Bani murmured, each selection bringing them closer to her plan taking shape. They carefully chose the seeds, selecting only the best of what seemed to be normal quality, enough to start without overloading the space.

"Garlic and ginger," Aman added, glancing at the different packets.

Bani nodded in agreement. "We can't forget those."

They continued their search, scanning the rows of seeds, until they finally reached the section with flowers. The marigold seeds were nestled at the end, their bright yellow and orange colors calling out to Bani. She smiled and picked up the packets.

As they made their way to the counter, Bani felt a sense of satisfaction wash over her. The total amount of seeds in their bags didn't exceed 500 grams of each variety, just as they had planned. They paid 5000 to vendor, and Bani carefully tucked the bags into a sturdy basket.

With their mission accomplished, they stepped back outside into the warm afternoon light. The market had been a success, but this was just the beginning. Their next step was to bring these seeds back to the magical space and see how they would grow.

Aman handed her the basket, and the two of them mounted the bike, ready for the next leg of the journey.

"Let's go home," Bani said softly, but with a renewed sense of purpose. The seeds they carried were more than just tools for planting—they were the foundation of a future she was determined to build.

The evening sun cast a golden glow across the dusty roads, marking the end of another long day. Bani and her brother, Aman, made their way home, the small basket of seeds in his hands carrying a quiet sense of responsibility. Bani, lost in thought, barely noticed the familiar sights around her. Her mind was already racing ahead, envisioning the vast, magical space that had become her sanctuary—a place she had come to rely on in the wake of her struggles.

At first, she had hesitated. The ordinary seeds her father had suggested seemed too common, too mundane for a place as extraordinary as hers. But something deep inside her whispered that in this space, it wasn't the quality of the seeds that mattered—it was the belief in their potential. After all, the space had always surprised her. Why would this time be any different?

When they arrived home, Bani excused herself after dinner, taking the basket up to her room.

Standing before the door that led to the magical space, she felt the familiar hum of energy surrounding her, calling to her. Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes and stepped forward, the basket in her hands a tangible reminder of the hope she carried with her.

As she crossed the threshold, the world around her shifted, expanding and transforming in an instant. She blinked and found herself once again in the vast agricultural haven that had become her lifeline.

The air was fresh, the sky endlessly open, and the soil beneath her feet thrummed with life, eager to welcome whatever she chose to plant. Today, it was these seeds that would shape the land.
