Lily's eyes felt too heavy to open. She had worked overtime until eleven last night. Although the results were satisfying, her body refused to cooperate. She was still lazing around in bed.
But wait! Something felt off about this room. No, not the room—it was her. She sat up, looking around until she smacked her forehead.
"Mr. Alger's room? How did I end up here again? Don't tell me I sleepwalked last night?"
Lily quickly threw off the blanket, and luckily, she was still fully dressed. That meant Alger hadn't done anything weird while she was asleep.

"You're awake?"
