As the meeting adjourned and the last of the board members filed out, Yuna remained seated, her fingers drumming on the conference table. Her mind raced with everything she had learned today—and the betrayals that had just begun.

"Ms. Han," Sooyeon's voice broke through the silence, causing Yuna to look up. Her secretary stood by the door, her expression unreadable.
"Do you have something to report?" Yuna asked, her tone businesslike.
Sooyeon stepped inside and closed the door behind her, a serious look on her face. "The vote. It's happening sooner than expected. Ji Hye and Seok Jin have secured a significant portion of the votes. I don't know who else is in their corner, but... we're losing ground."
Yuna's heart sank. "And you're sure about this?"
"I'm certain. I've been watching the board members' actions closely. They're being manipulated by someone—probably Ji Hye's influence. And I believe Seok Jin is using that to his advantage."
Yuna ran a hand through her hair, frustration bubbling inside her. Her plan had been to rely on the loyalty of her board, but it was clear that loyalty was not something easily trusted in this business.
"Damn it," Yuna muttered, standing up. "What do you suggest we do?"
"We need to act quickly. I've made arrangements for a few key members of the board to meet with you. If you can convince them personally, it might shift the balance back in your favor."
Yuna nodded, grateful for Sooyeon's diligence. "Good. Let's set up those meetings. We can't afford to waste time."
As Sooyeon left
