The gang was sitting in their current place at the Central Perk, having a discussion about being omnipotent for a day, where they asked each other what they would do.
"How about you, Phoebe?, What would you do?"
" Okay, okay. If I were omnipotent for a day, I would want, um, world peace, no more hunger, good things for the rainforest...And bigger boobs!" Phoebe said.
"You see, you've just taken my wish, what about you, Chandler? Ross said while asking Chandler.
"Uh, if I were omnipotent for a day, I'd.. make myself omnipotent forever." Chandler answered.
"Greedy much, chan-chan man?" Gabe said to Chandler.
"First off, never call me that again. Second, it's being smart about it, how bout you? Gabe, let's hear your wonderful idea," Chandler answered while challenging Gabe to give a more reasonable answer than his.
"Hmmmm, If I would be omnipotent for a day, I'd give myself the ability to always know the solution for something forever, even if I'm not omnipotent, I can always solve my problem that way, Suck on that Bing" Gabe answered, where Chandler just smiled with impressed looked on his face.
"See, that was smart, I wish I thought of that," Monica said while Joey came in.
"Hi guys!" Joey greeted where everyone greeted him back.
"Hey, Joey, what are you gonna do if you were omnipotent?" Ross asked Joey.
"I'll probably kill myself, you know," Joey answered, concerned.
"WHAT?" Ross asked, confused.
"I think he misunderstood the question," Gabe said to Chandler, who just shrugged.
"If little Joey is not working, then I don't see the point of living in this world," Joey added.
"No, OMnipotent," Ross emphasized.
"You are? I'm so sorry," Joey said, making everyone laugh at Ross.
"Maybe that's why Carol became lesbian," Gabe quipped while others just stared at him without laughing. Gabe, who was laughing at first, felt the sudden shift in the atmosphere.
"Dude, not cool," Ross said dejectedly.
"Yeah, not the time," Gabe said.

Gabe was sitting on the Central Perk's sofa with Monica, Rachel, Ross, and Phoebe, when Phoebe's head suddenly fell on his shoulder, he was shocked at the sudden shift but also Phoebe's confidence to sleep on a public place like this, he knows that Phoebe used to be homeless but still.
"How the hell can she sleep in a place like this? It's so noisy here," Gabe said to the others.
"I don't even know, but she just looks at peace there," Monica answered.
"I cannot sleep in a public place," Rachel then said, suddenly Phoebe woke up, realizing that her friends was staring at her, she suddenly sat up straight but doing it so fast that she scared them.
"Oh! What what what! ...Hi." Phoebe then said.
"What's with you? Do you have narcolepsy?" Gabe asked Phoebe.
"What's that?" Phoebe asked.
"You know, suddenly falling asleep at a place like this, you do realize that you just nodded off again," Gabe answered.
"No, it's not that," Phoebe answered.
"Then, what's with you?" Monica asked.
"I got no sleep last night!" Phoebe said.
Ross: Why?
Phoebe : My grandmother has this new boyfriend, and they're both kind of insecure in bed. Oh, and deaf. So they're constantly, like, having to reassure each other that they're having a good time. You have no idea how loud they are!
Gabe: Wow, salute to you being able to stay at that place, I would not be able to handle it if I just heard Ross or Monica is having sex, it would be worse if I suddenly found Mom and Dad having sex.
Ross: Why would you have to see us having sex?
Monica: Well, anyway, you can stay with Rachel and me tonight, Pheebs.
Phoebe: Thanks.
Suddenly, Chandler and Joey walked in while counting,
Joey: ...Ninety-five, ninety-six, ninety-seven. See, I told you! Less than a hundred steps from our place to here.
Chandler: You got waaaay too much free time.
Joey: Alright, you two, whose birthday is coming up soon?
Gabe: That would be me, why?
Joey: Happy birthday, pal, hockey tickets, Rangers-Penguins, tonight at the Garden, and we're taking you.
Gabe: It's still 3 months from now, you know,
"Here's the birthday boy! Ross, what do you say to Hockey?" Chandler said while changing the target to Ross.
"Funny, my birthday was seven months ago," Ross said while taking the ticket.
"I'm guessing that you only had an extra ticket and couldn't decide who to bring as a date?" Ross then added.
"Well, aren't we Mr. Half glass empty?" Chandler said, while Ross began examining the ticket.
"Wait a minute, is it the twentieth of October? Ross noticed on the ticket.
"Oooofff that's rough buddy, you okay?" Gabe said to Ross, comforting him.
"I was hoping you would not notice," Monica added, while Ross just reacted depressively.
Joey: What's wrong with the twentieth?
Chandler: Eleven days before Hallowe'en, all the good costumes are gone?
"Today's the day Carol and I first consummated our physical relationship," Ross said while Joey just looked confused.
"Sex...You know what, I-I'd better pass on the game. I think I'm just gonna go home and think about my ex-wife and her lesbian lover. " Ross said after clearing the confusion in Joey's head.
"The hell with hockey, let's all do that!" Joey said not reading the reaction of Ross clearly.
"C'mon, Ross! You, me, Joey, ice, guys' night out, c'mon, whaddya say, big guy, huh? Huh? huh?" Chandler said to Ross while pretending to punch him in the gut.
"What are you doing?" Ross asked Chandler, confused about the gesture.
"I don't have an idea," Chandler said, stopping what he was doing.
"I think it's a good idea to go on the game, Ross, it will be much better than thinking about something you don't have control over." Gabe offered his advice
"Yeah, come on, Ross," Joey added.
"Alright, but you promise to buy me that big thumb finger?" Ross said.
"You got it," Joey said when Rachel suddenly ran towards them.
"Look look look look look, my first pay check! Look at the window, there's my name! Hi, me!" Rachel said while clearly excited.
"I remember the day I got my first paycheck. There was a cave-in in one of the mines, and eight people were killed." Phoebe said while the others just looked at her, confused
"Wow, you worked in a mine?" Monica then asked to clarify.
Phoebe: I worked in a Dairy Queen, why?
"Why would you say that about the cave-in, then?" Gabe asked her, but she just shrugged.
" God, isn't this exciting? I earned this. I wiped tables for it, I steamed milk for it, and it was totally-" Rachel said while opening the envelope until she was stopped by the numbers she was looking at.
"-not worth it. Who's FICA? Why's he getting all my money? I mean, what- Chandler, look at that." Rachel added, while asking Chandler to look at her paycheck.
Chandler: (LOOKING) Oh, this is not that bad.
Joey: Oh, you're fine, yeah, for a first job.
Ross: You can totally, totally live on this.
Monica: Yeah, yeah.
Gabe: Yeah, it's good, I guess. I don't have much job experience.
"Great service tonight by the way," Ross and the others started giving generous tips, while Gabe just gave her 1000 dollars, which shocked the others.
"Uhmm, Gabe, are you sure you did not put the wrong amount?" Monica asked.
"Yeah, I don't pay rent, I eat with you, I have great job, and I don't need to pay for college since I got full ride for 7 years, I also don't need to buy books since my classmates that I tutor gives me theirs since I will create lesson, anyway I'm set, I just invest my extra money and it's just in the bank, I would rather help a friend in need than hoard wealth, I'm not like that you know," Gabe said to others.
"Thank you, Gabe," Rachel said, considering Gabe was 10 years younger than her but made more money than her and had much more potential to reach in the future while she was just a waitress now.
"Anyway, HOCKEY," the guys said, leaving except for Gabe, who was still sitting, they were about to open the door, but they were blocked by the 3 women, they just looked at them for a while, then continued shouting.
"Rachel?" One woman said.
Rachel: Oh my God!
"I swear I've seen birds do this on Wild Kingdom," Monica said to both Phoebe and Gabe.
"I know,, right, like a basketball game here with their noise, you would thought someone scored," Gabe said to Monica.
"RIGHT," Monica said to Gabe.
Rachel: What are you guys doing here?
Kiki: Well, we were in the city shopping, and your mom said you work here, aaand it's true!
Joanne: Look at you in the apron. You look like you're in a play.
"Look at you, you are so big, I can't believe it!" Rachel said to Leslie, the first lady who greeted her, Clearly pregnant
Leslie: I know. I know! I'm a duplex.
Rachel: So what's going on with you?
"Well, guess who my dad's making partner in his firm?" Leslie said while pointing at herself, and all of them screamed with glee.
"And while we're on the subject of news.. " Kiki said while showing her engagement ring in her hand and all of them screamed again.
"Look, look, I have elbows!" Phoebe imitated their behavior mockingly with Monica and Gabe.
Gabe, after what happened in Central Perk, just went to Uni to meet with his classmates to start the sessions for those with a schedule, considering it's still a weekday, they just don't have classes.
After a brief commute, he met them at their usual spot where they spent the next 6 hours studying and him tutoring and answering all of their questions, after seeing the clock that it was near 10 pm, he decided to not go to Monica's apartment and just went home straight to Ross's apartment, where he found Ross, with a metal brace on his face,
"What the hell just happened in that hockey game?" Gabe asked Ross.
"Just a series of misfortune, but you know I ended up having a good time," Ross said,
"You sure you're okay? Not just the drugs talking?" Gabe asked, knowing that Ross would have to be under pain meds.
"I'm pretty sure it's the drugs, but hey, happiness is happiness," Ross said, while Gabe just smiled.
"Okay, I'll leave you to rest" Gabe said, to give his brother his rest, also for him to start getting ready to go to bed.
