Shinn and Lunamaria launch in their suits to attack.

The battle was a intense one neither group got the better of the other but Bogey One was able to get the jump on the Minerva and hit some of the engines and was able to get away.
They called back their suits and left the area quickly.
The Minerva did not have the means to keep up so the Chairman gave the order to end the chase there and they would look into it more later.
He ordered another ship to come towards them to get some repairs and to take Cagalli and Kira back where they could get a shuttle back to Earth.
When Jason got back inside the ship he pulled Kira to the side.
Kira nodded and walked away. A ZAFT ship came a few hours later with supplies and took the Chairman Durandal back to the PLANTs.
Cagalli and Kira was going to stay on board.
The Minerva was stuck where it was at for the next ten hours due to the repairs being done.

The Joule Team was already on the way with the Meteor Breaker equipment to destroy the remains of Junius Seven.
It took another hour to finish the repairs for the Minerva to get on the way to Junius Seven.
When it got close they realize that the Joule Team was in a battle with someone.
Everyone reequip to support them in the battle.
When the Minerva got closer they launched everyone out.
The enemy group was a Ginn unit of about 12 suits.
Yzak, Athrun, Dearka and the rest of their team was trying to use the Meteor Breakers and was being attack so some of them got weapons and was fighting back while the others continue the demolition.
Shortly after they got in the area the Chaos, Gaia, and Abyss showed up.
Shinn, Lunamaria, and Rey took off to battle them.
Jason continue on the Ginns.
A broadcast came over saying "Don't you forget the lives lost here. You guys are just making friends with the ones that cause this. Patrick Zala knew along what needed to be done. My daughter tombstone will fall."
The broadcast got cut off after that when Jason destroy the Ginn that was making it.
Jason finished off the rest of the Ginns and the Joule Team finish setting all the Meteor Breakers and activated them.
Junius Seven broke up in smaller parts but some was still to big.
The Minerva made a broadcast that they would descend and hit it with the Tannhauser to try and break it up more.
All suits was to retreat to the ship.
The Chaos, Gaia, and Abyss was called back a moment before the broadcast came across.
It was getting dangerously low to the Earth's Atmosphere. Everyone return to their ships.
The Minerva went down with Junius Seven and shot the Tannhauser at the bigger piece breaking it more.
It was a massive meteor shower that hit the Earth some pieces burned up in the atmosphere another's that was a little bigger hit the surface.
After serval hours of falling through the atmosphere the Minerva finally reach the surface it took three days to reach ORB Union to drop off Cagalli and Kira.
