Eadric's pov
The hair at the back of my neck stood and I knew someone was watching me. From the corner of my eye, I saw the shadow peeking from behind the pillar.
My wolf told me who it was before I had a chance to know, I couldn't see her face from there.
I needed to reprimand her for sneaking out by this time. She wasn't supposed to be outside by this time. It wasn't in the schedule.
I noticed her internal struggle to stick to watching me or just come forward, I didn't want to alarm her. I liked when she watched me and my wolf did too.
That sense of admiration from her made me want to shake out my fur and strut with pride.
My wolf was already prancing around in my head showing off his skills. I smirked.
She finally decided to stop hiding in the shadows and stepped out, her steps hesitant and awkward.
We said nothing to each other and she just stood watching me. When I realized she was never going to say anything, I made the first move.
"How was your class?" I asked.
