It's pretty much difficult to know the exact number of men I had under my employ. The ones that wanted to fight with me and for me. To defend the name of their pack.
But from the number I saw gathered there that morning, they were a lot. I didn't give numbers neither did I ask for some roll call to be taken so that I could ascertain the exact number of people I had with me.
The one that would glady follow me into the battlefield to defend our honor.
They cheered when I took the stage. I looked at all of their faces, all strong men. They respected me because of the man that I had become.
The man who had single handedly brought honor to the pack. I had given us a name that others were afraid of calling.
A name that others were afraid of fighting against. We didn't have much allies. They were few and far between. But we did have a lot of packs who gave us their fealties. Pledged their support to us.
And for that, we were at the top of the food chain.
