"Eijiro you alright?"
He quickly got close and saw that the young man who had been his opponent was not alright, he was knocked out. He quickly checked if there was anything broken but found none so he hoped there was no internal bleeding.
"Phew! Thank god!"
He expressed relief, but unfortunately, relief was quickly overshadowed by the same feeling of disappointment he felt previously.
He reconsidered if UA would actually be as fun as he thought it was going to be. However, the fact that Kirishima's punches hurt was enough to make him hopeful.
Meanwhile, the peanut gallery was experiencing different kinds of emotions. What Taro had demonstrated was a level of power they did not expect.
"Holy crap!"
Denki Kaminari expressed as much while he witnessed Taro punch Eijiro through multiple walls; the punch was so powerful that the moment it made contact, there was a shockwave that messed with the camera feeds, causing them to go out of focus.
Everyone was momentarily stunned at such a display of strength. They had thought this was going to be just a small training exercise to test out their quirks but no, this was where the top of the class in terms of power would be determined.
"Mr Aizawa, is Eijiro alright?!!"
Mina was the first to ask, snapping out of her shock, and Aizawa quickly changed the feed from Taro to where Eijiro ended up and showed the feed of the young man sprawled out, eyes rolled back but no blood or any visible forms of injury.
"Taro's a beast; he said he had super strength, but I didn't expect that. Do you think he didn't hold back because of Kirishima's quirk?"
Ochako asked whilst looking around the room, looking at the other boys, specifically Katsuki and Shoto. From what she knew of their quirks, she figured one of them would have been the strongest in the class.
"I think so, although I've never witnessed his full power before"
Asui concurred with her classmate.
"I can only Imagine the potential he has; if he grows stronger, he might get closer to All Might in terms of power."
Tenya Iida made the assumption and immediately received the attention of everyone in the room barring Aizawa.
"Don't talk out ya ass four eyes; if anyone is going to be close to All Might in strength, it's gonna be me!"
Katsuki declared, not at all amused at the implicit assumption that Taro was stronger than him; however, one thing was certain: the young prodigy had begun to see Taro in a different light.
"Both of you are wrong, All Might is the strongest in the world, none of us in here can ever get close to his strength"
Kyouka contradicted, which caused everyone to look at her now, and she immediately regretted speaking and felt like disappearing out of the room.
"Kyouka is right; All Might can literally change the weather with his punches; no way any of us can come close to that."
Denki immediately came to her rescue and diverted the attention to himself.
"Speak for yourself, dumbass; I'm not just going to get close to his strength; I'm going to eclipse it!"
Katsuki declared loudly and proudly and only got sceptical looks from the rest.
"There's being motivated, and there's being delusional. Know the difference, Bakugou!"
"Oh shut it, see-through girl, I can do it"
He affirmed, but no one believed him; how could they? All Might is the symbol of peace, not just anyone can get that just because they have strong quirks.
"I do not like to tell what people can and cannot do but in this case, All Might is in a class of his own, we can't reach that"
Asui informed the explosive teen but He still seemed unconvinced and sure of his own potential.
"I won't say he can reach All Might's level but as someone who knows Taro better than everyone here, I can't say he will never reach that level but he is my brother so I'm a bit biased"
Momo expressed, although deep down she felt a bit of frustration at her brother, while she wasn't jealous of him, she did think it was a bit unfair to others that he had so much potential but did not want to be a hero at all.
If everyone found that out, they'd probably chew him out and call it unfair.
"Regardless of whether or not you can reach All Might's level of power, it's important to always strive for greater heights so in that regard, Bakugou has the correct mindset"
Aizawa said, before telling the next pair to start preparing for their battle before he whipped out a notepad and began jotting down things he found interesting about the battle.
What Taro just showed was a feat of strength that he didn't expect; super strength usually varies, and since Taro was still a young man, Aizawa didn't expect that much power out of him.
Not only that, but his flight speed was something he didn't expect; with that kind of Speed, the kid could reach hypersonic speeds with more training.
Kirishima also showed great promise, and the fact the punch only knocked him out proved that there was room for improvement in his quirk, but Taro just eclipsed him.
'His potential is immense, this kid just might…'
Aizawa didn't finish that thought, as he was disturbed by the voice of Bakugou.
"Mr Aizawa, I'm next, I'll show you losers that I'm stronger than that guy"
Bakugou announced as he quickly made his way out the door, only to be met by Taro carrying a knocked-out Kirishima on his back.
"Top that"
Taro expressed with a confident smirk on his face, and Bakugou could not help but frown and push him out of the way as he walked out.
"I will!"
Katsuki expressed with a shout as he walked away.
With Taro entering the room, Mina was the first to rush towards him, calling out Eijiro's name, but Taro assured her he was fine.
"Don't sweat it, he's fine, no broken bones or anything, his hardening is quite tough"
He reassured her and set Eijiro down, as Aizawa began to speak.
"Alright Tenya Iida your up against Bakugou"
Tenya gave Aizawa a determined nod and walked out of the room. However, the young man was already thinking of ways to defeat his opponent, who had an incredibly powerful quirk.

The two young men face each other with Katsuki looking extremely motivated, small sparks of explosions rapidly crackling on his palms.
"Four eyes, don't expect mercy from me!"
The blonde teen threatened as a vicious grin showed itself on his face.
"You're the last person I'd expect that from, but I'll return the sentiment"
The two exchanged words briefly before both got in a fight-ready stance; there was no starting sign; a real battle never starts. It just happens.
Iida bursts forth in a sudden movement of speed, using his leg engines to carry him forward, with great speed that normal humans cannot reach.
However, Katsuki was ready; he used an explosion to push himself to the side, allowing him to dodge the attack. However, Iida witnessed this and immediately cut off his engines and slid onto the ground before quickly turning to face Bakugou once again and preparing to use his engines again.
However, there was a split-second opening that Bakugou quickly seized; he turned his body and faced both his open palms towards Iida before unleashing a powerful explosion.
*BOOM!!*
Iida evaded to the side, avoiding the devastating attack that pulverized any nearby objects. The young man ran in an arc as fast as he could in hopes of reaching Bakugou before he could turn his exploding arms towards his direction.
It took little time before he reached his opponent and launched a kick that aimed at Bakugou's torso, the kick's speed was boosted by the engine, making it faster and more powerful.
Bakugou pointed his arms downward and launched himself high in the air using an explosion and easily avoided the kick and landed a few meters away from his opponent.
'I see, I need to be faster'
Iida concluded while Bakugou clenched his fist in frustration over the fact this fight wasn't over already.
