"They're not human anymore..…"
Stepping on the gas, Shizuka drove through the horde of zombies dressed in school uniforms, plowing through countless undead before crashing through the iron gate and speeding out of the school.
The bus cruised steadily down the road.
"We finally made it out!" Hayashi exhaled in relief as she gazed at the scenery outside. The other girls, who had been tense all along, also began to relax a little.
"So, where should we go first?" Saya stood up, adjusting her glasses as she voiced her opinion.
"Whoever's home is closest, we go there first," Goku said, glancing at the group of girls.
"I only have my father, but he's at a martial arts dojo overseas, so I don't really have a home to return to," Saeko said calmly.
Shizuka pouted. "Ah~ My parents aren't around either, so I don't really have anywhere to go… But I do have a friend who lives in the city ahead. Still, I doubt she's home."
"My place is not too far ahead on Nakayama Road, but I live alone, so it's not really worth going there," Hayashi said before turning to Saya.
"I… want to check on my mom," Saya said with a complicated expression, as if she wanted to go home but also didn't.
"In that case, since Takagi's home is closer than mine, let's go there first," Rei decided.
"Alright then, Shizuka, take us to Saya's house," Goku said, looking at the driver.
"What about you?" Saya asked curiously.
"I already told you, I'm not from here. So I don't have any family here," Goku said casually, waving his hand dismissively.
The bus continued down the road, encountering many zombies along the way. But Shizuka, in her usual carefree manner, simply ran over any undead in their path, flattening them as they drove on.
Eventually, they reached a quiet side road, where not a single zombie could be seen.
At that moment, Hayashi's face turned slightly red, and she hesitated before speaking. "Uh, Shizuka-sensei, could you stop the bus for a moment?"
"Hm? What's wrong?" Shizuka glanced at her in confusion before suddenly realizing what she meant. "Oh! I get it! Hold on a sec!" She pulled the bus over to the side and gently brought it to a stop.
Hearing Shizuka say that, Hayashi's face turned even redder.
As soon as the doors opened, Hayashi quickly ran outside.
"I'll go too!" Rei followed closely behind.
"I'll come with you!" Saya said, rushing after them.
"Well, since everyone's going, I might as well stretch my legs too," Saeko said as she picked up her wooden sword and stepped off the bus.
"Goku, no peeking, okay?" Shizuka teased before getting off as well.
Watching the five girls disappear around the bend, Goku let out a pervy chuckle.
"Wait, does peeing cause some kind of chain reaction? Should I sneak a peek…? No, I mean—I should follow them to protect them, yeah, that's it!" With that excuse in mind, Goku quietly slipped off the bus and took a different route.
The area was still part of the roadway, but it was quite secluded, and everything was eerily silent. The five girls had found a somewhat concealed spot, pulled down their underwear, and squatted down…
Lying on a raised platform, Goku peered down and caught glimpses of five pale, round butts. The soft, trickling sounds reached his ears, making his heart race. Though his angle only allowed him to see vague outlines, the mystery made it all the more alluring…
Just as Goku was struggling to control himself, the girls finished up and started heading back.
In a swift motion, he jumped down from the platform and flashed back to the bus. Crossing his legs, he whistled nonchalantly as if nothing had happened.
When the girls returned, they each took their seats. Only Shizuka looked at Goku with a knowing smirk.
"Goku, you perv~ You were watching us, weren't you? So, tell me, which one of us do you like the most? Or do you~ like~ all~ five~ of~ us?" she teased.
Goku's heart skipped a beat.
"Crap! Did they catch me?! No way! With my skills, there's no way they could've spotted me… Oh, I see! This ditzy teacher is smarter than she looks—she was just testing me!"
"What? He was spying on us?" Saya's face turned red with anger as she glared at Goku. The other three girls also turned their attention to him.
"Come on! That's impossible! My morals are as solid as a mountain!" Goku declared righteously, though internally, he wiped away cold sweat. He was definitely feeling guilty.
Just as the girls were about to interrogate him further, they saw a bus speeding toward them from the front.
"Ah! A bus is coming!"
"Wait, something's wrong—it's heading straight for us!"
"The bus is full of zombies! Shizuka-sensei, get out of the way!"
As the girls screamed in panic, the bus drew closer at alarming speed.
Shizuka frantically ran toward the driver's seat, but it was too late.
The zombie-infested bus was about to crash into them.
"AAAAAHHHH!!!"
In the midst of the girls' terrified screams, Goku's figure blurred as he shattered the windshield and shot forward.
With both hands, he braced himself against the oncoming vehicle.
BANG!!!
The front of the zombie bus caved in upon impact with Goku's hands, its windshield and doors shattering into pieces.
However, due to the sudden nature of the attack, Goku had been unable to gather his full strength. The force sent him skidding back two meters, causing him to slam into their own bus, denting its front as well. The impact forced their bus several meters back before it finally tipped over and crashed onto its side.
Screams erupted from inside.
"Damn it!" Goku's face darkened in anger.
His power surged, sending a powerful shockwave rippling through the surroundings, lifting dust and debris into the air.
Then, with a mighty kick, he sent the zombie-filled bus flying dozens of meters away, where it crashed onto a mountain road and exploded in a fiery blast.
"Are you all okay?" Goku hurriedly pulled the girls out of the overturned bus one by one. Luckily, none of them were seriously hurt.
They stared blankly at the raging flames in the distance.
It was hard to believe that Goku had just kicked a whole bus that far.
"Wow~ Goku, you're amazing! You really are like a superhero from the movies!" Shizuka said, completely unfazed.
Saeko, however, looked at him with burning admiration. "Goku… is this some kind of secret techniques?"
"Are you even human? Or are you an alien?" Saya adjusted her glasses, studying him with newfound intrigue. Even the normally quiet Hayashi now gazed at him with admiration. A man this strong and heroic—wasn't he the perfect prince charming?
Rei also looked at Goku in awe. His strength was beyond human comprehension.
"There's no point in hiding it anymore," Goku sighed. "I'm not from this world."
"What?!"
The five girls gasped, staring at him in shock.
"I come from a world called Dragon Ball. You could say it's another version of Earth," Goku revealed.
After hearing his story, Saya's analytical mind kicked in. "If we're following scientific theories, this would be considered a parallel world, right?"
"Yeah, you could say that. I came here through something called the 'Dimensional Gate.' Once I make sure you're safe, I'll be leaving. Of course, if you want, you can come with me. It's definitely better than staying in this zombie-infested world."
"Huh? A Dimensional Gate? Don't tell me you're one of those 'Infinite Players' from novels? The kind that gets a system and can travel between different anime and novel worlds? Wow, I love that genre!" Shizuka's eyes sparkled with excitement as she looked at Goku, as if she had just met her idol.
"Uh… I guess you could put it that way. I can indeed travel between different anime worlds, but I'm not exactly an 'Infinite Player,'" Goku replied, a little surprised. He hadn't expected this world to have stories about such things.
Saeko frowned slightly. "So… are you saying that we're just fictional characters from an anime world?"
"Wait… is that really true?" The other four girls were just as shocked.
Goku chuckled. "Don't worry about the details! Think about it—if you had the ability to travel to different worlds, wouldn't the people there seem like fictional characters to you? Who knows? Maybe in my original world, someone else thinks of us as anime characters too!"
"That… actually makes sense." The girls finally stopped overthinking it.
"So, if we go with you, can we come back here later?" Saya asked.
"Yes! As long as you have enough energy points, you can return whenever you want."
Hearing Goku's confirmation, the girls still found it hard to believe, but they weren't ordinary people—they were quick to accept the unbelievable. One by one, they all agreed that after settling things here, they would definitely go to Goku's world to see it for themselves. Just the thought of traveling to another world was exciting.
Since the bus was no longer usable, they had no choice but to walk to Saya's house. Perhaps because they were far from the town center, they didn't encounter any zombies along the way. As they walked, Goku shared stories about his past—his journey from childhood, his battles, and how he defeated King Piccolo. The girls listened in awe, gradually gaining a clearer picture of Goku's world. Their anticipation for the Dragon Ball world only grew stronger.
As the sky darkened, they finally began encountering scattered zombies along the roadside, a sign that they were getting closer to the city. Sure enough, before long, a desolate cityscape appeared before them.
Walking through the streets, Goku and Saeko took the lead, clearing the way, while Rei guarded the rear, keeping Shizuka and the other non-combatants safely in the middle.
