''Mate! Mark mate...'' My wolf was still prancing about in my head, yes, while I was in this strange place. 


''Where am I?'' I mouthed as I shaded my eyes from the extremely lit place. The place was so bright, my eyes needed shielding. 


''Mate, mate! Mark mate...'' My wolf needed to shut up, for crying out loud. 


I held my head as the sound of wolf's voice grew louder. I tried to shut my wolf down, but I realized that I could not. 


''Shut up, Maximus!'' I yelled at my wolf whom I would usually address as Max. But not on this occasion. 


Why was he not quieting down? I tried all the tactics I knew to work on Maximus, including showing him to the back of my mind, but guess what? 


Maximus fought me until his voice continued to be heard. 


''Alpha Prince!'' I heard a voice in the place I was. Yes, the place that seemed like heaven.
