The morning started with him searching the net for property in beacons hills that he could buy, after ticking off some that were just too much of a trouble to buy he was left with two.
A mansion that wasn't that far from his house, it was abandoned though and would need renovations and it costed about $450,000 and it would be his, though the renovations would probably another chunk of cash from him.
He liked the mansion, it was big and even had a basement that he could renovate into his needs.
The only problem was that he'd need to go there face to face to sign the deeds over to him, and since he was not even 18 yet and would use a fake identify, that was quickly ticked off too.
The next and last one was a fairly big warehouse that used to make and store car part's.
It costed $920,000.
A large amount to pay, yes, but he'd also be getting a good chunk of land around the warehouse, and since it was quite isolated he wouldn't have to worry about trespassers much and he only needed to send the money to the seller and they would send him the deed.
So this was a good place for his needs, so immediately he paid using an offshore account and winced as a quarter of his cash in that account disappeared.
He was able to trace the cash though to another offshore account, this was technically illegal afterall so he understood the need to not leave any traces.
So now the deed would be sent to post office and he'd only need the code to that locker where his deed would be.
So not even an hour later he had obtained the code and a promise that his package would be there in a few days.
So with that done and his plans furthering along nicely he then went back to the black market.
Here now he'd be buying stolen or illegally owned medical equipment.
He'd have to do some buffer work into fixing some that were broken or outdated though.
Luckily he had an idea on how to do that, his new magic would help in doing that but he'd also need to learn up on mechanical engineering and the sorts.
Then after that he'd delve into genetic engineering and then steamroll from there.
He just hoped that by then he'd have obtained something that would greatly shorten the time it would need to absorb all that knowledge in a short time.
Because without, he'd have to take atleast a year to learn all those things and that's with him cheating.
' Damn, shit keeps piling up.' He thought cupping his face and groaning.
He felt like sleeping as he still hadn't had enough but with how much he had to do, he couldn't.
He just hoped that he wouldn't spread himself thin and burn himself out from all this.
But by the time that he was done with using his illegally gained cash it was almost midday, so he decided to capitalise on his free time on a Saturday on trying to improve his [Mana Control] skill.
He felt that with enough mastery if the skill then he'd be able to do so much more, plus he had an inkling that it would also make using magic easier or atleast allow him better control of his magic.
If he achieved that then he'd be able to open up a lot of possible skills.
So that was why he was sat on his bed, in a meditative pose with his right hand outstretched.
He quickly fell into meditation, finding the process surprisingly easy but he thought it due to his [Genius Comprehension] helping him out clearing his mind.
Then he delved deeper, trying to get a feel for that energy inside him that he felt everytime he used a spell.
He started small at first, just locating the whereabouts of his magic container.
He didn't know how long it took as all outside stimulus was dulled to the maximum, now he was simply in the darkness that he deduced was his mind scape.
There he further pushed himself and managed to view himself on a deeper level.
He had been caught by surprise for a moment when he saw a bright blue light after scouring his dark mindscape.
He quickly found the similarities it had with mana and quickly deduced that this was in fact, mana.
His mana.
He was again surprised when just besides his swirling orb of mana, he found a green flame that seemed to revolve around his very mana.
He watched it for a couple minutes before he realised that this was the manifestation of his aura.
He was confused for a second due to the fact that he thought that aura was just the manifestation of one's mana and he thought that it would be mixed inside his mana.
It seems that he had been wrong.
He studied his aura for couple seconds and even tried controlling it, happily though it seemed that controlling his aura was easy, ridiculously easy.
So he didn't bother much in trying to train his control over it.
His mana though had other ideas.
Controlling his mana was painstakingly slow, he had to churn his [Genius Comprehension] to see where his mistakes lay and quickly fix them but even then, he was slow.
It started with him trying to grab a wisp of his mana before grabbing another and trying to keep both wisps in check, it didn't work so well.
So he tried another idea and that was pull at the mana in a trickle and that surprisingly enough, worked.
So for moments he just trained directing the trickles of his mana in different directions with different amounts of strength.
Then he tried willing that mana outside his body, it hadn't been easy as he was then brought out of his mind palace.
Then he saw himself looking at his body as if in 3rd person.
He saw how the mana howled inside his heart, where it lay and regenerated.
Then after a couple more minutes he was able to control a small trickle into his right hand, then he controlled it outside his own body and watched as blue/greenish orb of mana manifested.
That had been the start of his grueling mana control training that lasted till 6 when his mom came to knock at his door, again.
