Charleston, West Virginia
Callith lived in a large house. After becoming a soldier after Leon left, he went through a few years of training and soon got married to his lovely wife, Haze Greef. She was very bright, strong and worked as a veterinarian. Haze had discussed many times about having children. Callith didn't ever feel like he would be good enough to raise one of his own. "I don't know Haze, I don't feel like I could take care of children. I still suffer from what I did in the pa-".
She interrupted and hugged him. "Callith, please don't bring any of that up. I know you have changed, and you are very damn well capable of taking care of children. You have a brother…I don't know where he is, but you have him. You are my strong and stubborn man… you're so hot when you're focused, and I like that".
She starts to rub his shoulders and flatters him more, trying to make him feel better. He does change his mood and seems happier now. "Ok, ok, you can stop now, you're making me feel things".
She smiled and his sudden change of mood made her feel like she nailed it. "Yes, it worked, I made you feel better about yourself, didn't I? I know you love attention".
Callith hugs her. "Thank you. Come here and give me a kiss".
She kisses him before he goes. "Try to have a good day. And hey…I love you".
He headed out the door and drove to the airport. Callith worked as a high-tier soldier. He won an award for Bravery after killing A massive creature near an abandoned church. The body was retrieved and sent somewhere only a few people knew about. Callith didn't think it was a very good idea. For example, what if he came back to life, what if he wasn't dead and killed everyone in the facility before finishing his goals?
After driving to the nearest airport, he headed to an elevator that trailed deep below the ground. No one could enter there without special authorization, or if you were forced to be taken there. In the facility resided all sorts of strange supernatural anomalies. There was a witch, Wendigo, shadow people left in dark rooms, a Vampire, etc. If only Callith knew this, he would tell them to inform others about this, so they know what lurks in the world. That was why he could only know so much about what the people in the facility do.
He met at the entrance to the elevator meeting up behind the airport with a guard who let him in somewhere secret from the public. He was in W.V.S.F., which stands for West Virginia Supernatural Facility. The first thing you see when you get in that way is a long carbon steel corridor, secured with several airlocks to prevent anything from getting in or out unauthorized.
The Long Corridor stretched half a kilometer long. You got In a transportation vehicle the get to the other side. Nothing could get out fast enough before they were marked missing.
Callith got in, heading to the core of the facility where he met the leader of the place. He was talking with someone else with the Name tag "Cameron Lammy," who gave Callith the "I want to kill you" type of face. This made him feel slightly uncomfortable.
Callith pulls out a card. "Hello. Your Commander Saquin, right, I am so sorry to interrupt. But I'm here about Ryoth's body, someone wanted a sample of my blood, and I heard I didn't have much of a choice."
He looked at it and led him to the medical area. "Yes, yes. I will send you right to our highly skilled Professor".
Callith-. "Really, who's that? He sounds like your most important doctor".
Saquin-. "He is. Before he came here, he won 2 Nobel prizes after never getting less than an A throughout all of the years he went to school. He passed with a master's degree in biology and chemistry, ahh, here is now".
Prof. Gen-. "Hmm, you're here. My name is Professor Felix Gen. I am here to study your blood. Did you bring the other one?
Cameron Lammy. "Who, the psychotic one? I thought he left you right"?
Callith-. "Hey man, do we have some kind of problem? You can stop being an asshole. That way you are looking at me, you got to stop it".
Saquin steps between the two. "What is going on here? This is a lab, not a rage room".
Cameron-. "I have somewhere I need to attend to. Bye".
Saquin turns to Callith. "He changed since his wife died around 4 years ago. He hasn't told me what happened to her, but I won't force it out of him".
Prof. Gen-. "Can you please sit down? I need to inject this needle into your arm".
Callith-. "Um, I have found out that my skin is very hard to break. A knife can't penetrate it".
Prof. Gen-. "Yes, I am aware of your durability…so that's why I got the pressuring needle, it applies strong force. It has even been pricked into thick Iron".
He injected the syringe into Callith's arm. It takes a few seconds to break through. A vibration sound flows through the tube into the vessel and the blood bag. The Blood was black and let off a black, smoking, dark vapor. After the bag filled up, Prof. Gen took out the syringe and held it in his hands.
Prof. Gen-. "Wow, it's heavy. Like I am holding liquid metal, your body composition is…well, strange".
Saquin-. "We also have extracted the blood from that, Ryoth thing, your blood is so similar to it, I mean, it does make sense because you came from it".
Callith-. "It reminds me of my past. The time I made Leon bleed. His Blood was so similar. He was the first of us to mature into that blood type".
Prof. Gen-. "You mean your boy didn't always have this blood color? Did you grow into it"?
Callith-. "Yes, I got mine at about 17, Leon said he did at 17 too, but just slightly earlier. Though we never saw Callum bleed. He was pretty much the strongest until Leon was resurrected after he died. So, we both concluded that Leon matured faster than any of us. And man was he tall, I think 7 feet 2. He told me of his massive growth spurt and 6. He said he was like a half-foot at that time".
Prof. Gen-. "Well…My time here is over; you may go now. Enjoy your day, Callith.
