The next day***
The sun was out the horizon spreading it's brightness all over as usual. Hannah woke up as early as 8 am in the morning. She stretched her hands muscles before cracking her knuckles.
She got down from the bed and went to the bathroom to have her bath. After her bath, she came out wearing back her pyjamas. Today was her wedding and the thought of it made her swallow hard as she felt her heart tremble lightly. Why? Why she was she suddenly feeling nervous? Isn't she getting married for the benefits of her family?
She will only do her part as her aunt had advised her. She thought. With that, she left the room and was surprised to see lots of packages on the floor.
Oh dear, you are finally awake! Your soon to be husband ordered some ladies to bring your wedding gown and accessories with heels. Her aunt said all smiles.
Are they coming to pick me? She asked in a careful tone as her heart began to race violently.
Yes, even our neighbors are out and In awed. Her aunt said with a bright smile.
Hannah stared long at her aunt happy face so she could imprint the image of her happy aunt at the deepest of her heart. May this smile never die. She prayed in her heart.
So get ready dear, the car will come pick you up by 10. Her aunt said leaving all smiles back to the kitchen to prepare Hannah favorite cake snacks.
Just two hours to prepare? She doesn't even know how to turn herself into a beautiful perfect wife. But she will try!? She will do the little she can do and leave the rest. She thought and went to carry the four packages to her room.
She slowly took off her pyjamas wearing only her short and her bra. She picked the golden shopping bag and slowly removed the huge parcel from the bag. The parcel was quite heavy but she was able to carry it out. She carefully placed it on her bed and opened it as her mouth hung open.
It was a beautiful flawless gown with shiny diamond stones around it.
She didn't touch it and went to call her aunt to assist her to wear it.
Aunty! Please come and help me. The gown is quite heavy. She said standing at the entrance of the kitchen.
Aunt Mary quickly left the onions she was slicing and washed her hands before going to meet Hannah.
I knew you'd need my help. Her aunt laughing heartedly.
Always and forever more aunt. Let's go aunt, it's almost time. She said and with that she and her aunt went back to her room so she can wear the gown cause it was almost time.
Aunt Mary slowly and carefully carried the gown as her mouth formed a round 'o'. She was in awe and purr bliss. She couldn't believe her cousin whom she raise as a child is finally getting married even though it was under circumstances.
She slowly took the gown and made Hannah wore it.
You have to take your bra off as it is cupped with folded bra in it. Her aunt said and Hannah quickly took her bra off. Once she took it off, her aunt helped to fully wear the dress.
And behold, it was more than beautiful and otherworldly exquisite.
"The wedding gown was a masterpiece of elegance and sophistication. The fitted, mermaid silhouette hugged the body perfectly, showcasing Hannah's curves. The gown's main attraction, however, was its exquisite diamond embroidery. The gown was intricately stitched diamonds covered the bodice, sparkling like a thousand tiny stars in the light. The stones graduated in size, with smaller diamonds at the neckline and larger ones at the waist, creating a dazzling display of brilliance and fire.
Delicate, beaded lace adorned the sleeves and hem, adding a touch of whimsy and romance. The lace was so finely crafted that it seemed to shimmer and shine, like the diamonds themselves. The overall effect was one of breathtaking opulence and glamour. The gown's train flowed behind the bride like a river of moonlight, with delicate diamonds scattered along its length, creating a sparkling pathway as she slowly turned to look at the mirror even though the mirror had lots have cracks and quarter of the glass at top is broken.
"This flawless gown is truly an art of work" , Hannah murmered under her breath.
You are right dear, it's a beautiful diamond studded gown. Hwr Aunt commented softly.
Are you also coming for the wedding? Hannah asked staring at the shiny diamonds on the gown, she didn't see the strange look her aunt gave her.
Aunt Mary became speechless and had the look of disbelief before she quickly collected herself.
Uhm, dear I don't think so. But not to worry any events your in laws are going to do next, I will attend. Her aunt said smoothly.
Hannah stared at her aunt for a while as if being suspicious of her words, but she shrugged it off thinking her aunt will want to take care of Elizabeth.
No problem aunt. It's just a wedding, it's not-
Don't say that dear. Her aunt cut her off.
Let's wear your heels. Her aunt said and also helped her wear her heels.
Won't you wear your jewelry? Her aunt asked.
There is no need since I will be wearing lots of them. You can sell it and use it to pay the hospital bills of Elizabeth. Hannah suggested with a smile.
You can wear the silver necklace. Her aunt said and Hannah just nodded as she let her aunt wear it for her. Once they were done.....
"Perfect"! Her aunt complimented.
Natural beauty rocks. Aunt Mary added and Hannah smiled.
Meanwhile, outside their house,
A luxurious Bentley car with about six convoys were parked at the front of the griffins house. Though the road was not quite good.
Some neighbors who were busy rushed to see the luxurious cars parked in front of the Griffins.
Who could have visited the poor wretched Griffins? One lady with green colored hair asked with a hint of jealousy.
Haven't you heard, that whore of a girl is getting married to the most famous and richest billionaire CEO. Another lady spoke and the green haired woman rolled her eyes.
Who knows what that old hag had done to deserve this kind of treatment from the most wealthiest family and high class people. The green haired lady said sharply and angrily went back to what she was doing. If she had known this will have happen, she would have made her daughter friends with the Griffins. She thought coldly. But it was already too late; except it isn't too as Elizabeth is yet to get married. She thought with an evil smile.
Meanwhile, back inside, aunt Mary had seen the trolley of lined up cars that was here to pick Hannah.
Dear, they are around. Her aunt said calmly and the nervous feeling she felt in the morning suddenly returned with so much force that she felt dizzy.
Are you alright dear? Aunt Mary asked.
Hannah slowly nodded.
Let's go then. Her aunt said and Hannah nodded as both of them left the room.
