"Selene, how are you? Am worried about you girl" I heard a voice say in my head.
"Who is it?" I remember I asked the voice and suddenly I was brought back to that white place.
This time in front of me was a wolf but it was shaped in the form of water.
"I guess this is your true form," I asked.
"One of them yes but I can be more that this.How are you feeling I have taken care of your uncontrolled heat.Yesterday you nearly made every unmated werewolf claim us.I would be angry if you did that" she complained.
"What happened yesterday? I don't have much memory of what happened" I asked.
"You will when you wake up," she said.
"Wait what do you mean when I wake up?" I asked.
"Listen your body as I said is not yet familiar with the power running inside you.At the mating ceremony you used too much of this power which exhausted your body and you have been in a comma for a week now .Our mate is worried sick about you Selene you have to wake up soon" she said.
" Yes I do remember the Lycan King arriving but from then onwards my memory is fussy," I said and I watched as it jumped up in excitement.
"Yes Selene.He is our mate and I already love his wolf so much.I cant wait to bear his mark" I watched as my consciousness became dreamy waging it's water tail.
"How do you know he also loves you ?" I asked.
"You are oblivious or are you acting as one? When you were under that excruciating pain. His wolf then channeled his energy through the mate bond to you and the heat subsided. He slightly bit you which is not enough to mark us but it was enough to stop you from feeling the heat. He has the greatest control I have ever seen in a man. The way you were rubbing your body around the poor Lycan was too tempting" she said and I could see she was blushing which is nonsense given she was a wolf made out of water.
"What do you mean I was seducing him? Just tell me all the information or just show me " I said my patience running thin.
Suddenly the place changed and I watched as the Lycan King walked towards me and held me in his arms. I was even pressing my body and boobs on his body whilst looking cute. The person I was seeing was far from being me. What was that I was doing? I watched as the Lycan had this pained expression, it seemed like he was fighting with his self-control as he had pure lust in his eyes.
He then took me away from the ceremony and brought me inside a car and the memory closed off.
"What happened next?" I asked the wolf and she grinned looking at me.
"You fell asleep so there is no memory there," she said, " Now you better wake up now or our mate will kill the poor doctors he had brought to cure you," she said and the environment changed.
I opened my eyes to find myself in a strange place and I was sleeping in a very comfortable bed.
I heard a voice that was too loud inside the room and the smashing of things.
"You keep telling me that she will wake up and now it has already been a week.I told you to do whatever is necessary to make sure she wakes up" I heard a strange voice shoutinng at whoever it was because I was still in bed.
"We tried all we could do Alpha but it seemed like we had to leave everything in the hands of the Moon goddess this time. Her body was exhausted from the power she holds and it is slowly recovering so we are only hoping that she will wake up soon" I heard a frightened voice say.
"Hoping she will wake up soon!Do you know how many time you have used this excuse now you have used it up.Tell me another thing , I need specific details like when and the time.I want ot be there when she wakes up" the Alpha as I picke dup from the conversation was truelly losing control as said by the wolf.
'you see I told you. Now save those pack doctors, say something because they might be in trouble. This man has anger issues' I heard the wolf say in my subconscious.
"W..a..t..er.." I said and since my throat was dry it came out hoarse.
After I said this I heard hurried footsteps come towards the bed.The first person to arrive on the bed was a man with well chiseled features.He had broad shoulders and deep blue eyes which exuded a well imposing aura.I guess this was the Lycan King given his speed when he heard my cry.
"Thank theMoongoddess you woke up.I was slowly losing my sanity Selene" he said in a concerned voice with a reduced tone than the one he was using against the other people insdei the room.
"W.." as I tried to talk he covered my mouth.
"You just woke up save your energy .W e have enough time to discuss whatever you want to ask" he said as he helped me sit up straight and poured me a glass of water and I heard my stomach growl .For those week I was out I maybe hungry and this was embarrassing and he heard it .I wished the ground would swallowme at this moment because everyone inside the room might have heard it because it roared like a lion.
"Alice go and get the Luna some food .Make sure it is not heavy and smooth for her to digest " he instructed and he looked at me with those deep blue eyes.
"Now that you are mine I will take care of you and never let people bully you ever again" he kiised my palm nd the moment he did that I felt electric current flow inside my body.
Soon the food arrived and when I wanted to take the utensils to dig into the meal, he started feeding me.This was embarrassing but since I was hungry I had to eat it anyway.I watched as the people inside the room especially one certain person look at me with hatred and animosity.
Her glare was a clear warning that I was trespassing on her territory. Was she the Lycan's concubine? One thing or another am not even in love with this man so I will gladly leave them to it.
After the meal I took a bath in the most luxurious bathroom ever since I was now feeling some strenght.There were maids who were scrubbing me with scented oils and they looked expensive.
I was being treated like a queen but as a woman who values her independence more than anything this seemed like I was being looked as incapale of taking care of my self.
After the shower I was applied so much scented lotions and oils and my hair was styled in a elegant manner.After dressing up I looked on the full length mirror inside the room and the person I saw was far from the person I was.
I wasn't going to accept all of this. Whatever this was , I was grateful for the Lycan king saving me but this was too much and I missedmy small cottage.
"Excuse I want to speak with your King where can I find him?" I asked one of the maids and she politely even voluntereed to escort me to his office.
As we walked inside the palace. I saw several family portraits but all of these had the same person on them. Some looked very old but he was in every portrait. How old was he?
When we arrived the maid slightly knocked on the door and his commanding voice came from within and we pushed the doors open.
Inside was the concubine and he seeming to be having a heated discussion about something. The atmosphere was filled with tension and I saw that his eyes had changed colour from deep blue to gold.
"Who told you to walk around? You just woke up and can't even listen to the doctor's instuctions to at least stay in bed" he siad in a irritated voice.
"Excuse me is that how you plan to speak to me .Remember you might be the Lycan King , these peole's Alpha but you are not awarded the right to boss me around.I came down here to just thank you and I didn't know that my presence will interupt your sweet session with your concubine clearly here" I was angry for no reason.
I knew whatever he said was because he was worried about my safety but maybe the sight of this woman dressed in a very seductive revealing clothes made me get angry.
'Protective of your mate are you' I heard my wolf laughing at me.
"What are you talking about Selene.You are mate and mine alone" he said in a rather maniac proclamation.
"Well I don't want this I will be returning to my home. Thank you for saving me Lycan King Kieran" I said and I exited the room.
I felt this energy coursing inside my body and I sprinted like a released spring from the door in an unknown direction.
I could sense someone following me behind and their speed was closely closing in with me.I ran towards the forest and stopped when I realised I had reached a dead end.
I stopped and looked behind me to see the Lycan King with a pained expression on his face.
"Selene, can we talk this out? Why are you even thinking of rejecting me without even having the chance to know me? Kieran is a jerk but am not" he said and my subconscious told me it was his wolf.
His wolf was a better human than Kieran himself. He walked towards me and grabbed my wrist. The moment he grabbed it I felt the energy inside me randomly flow inside me and a white light blusted him a distance from me.
He stood back to his feet looked at me and said, "What the hell are you?….
