Smith: "After all, Wu Shi is a weapon of war. If the strength of both sides is fairly equal, Wu Shi has a great chance of winning. Even if it loses, it can still inflict heavy losses and serious injuries on the opposing side."
Keqing: "That's an interesting idea, but it's a pity that it'll be hard to find such an opponent in the future."
Smith: "There are still plenty of strong people in other worlds. Even Tianli is not considered a particularly strong being in the heavens and myriad worlds. We still have a lot of room for improvement."
Zhongli: "In terms of universal rationality, the power of the creator god in the Pokémon world we visited before should be above Tianli."
As someone who witnessed the battle for the throne, Zhongli felt that Arceus should be stronger than Phanes.
"Ding, the dimensional commission from the world of Ultimate Class One has been completed: help Ultimate Class One fight against the Black Dragon, eliminate the biggest demon in Golden Time and Space, and ensure that the combat power index of the good side does not drop."
"President Smith received 6,000 points, member Hu Tao received 6,000 points, and Keqing received 3,000 points."
"The guild received 150 points. Guild members are requested to continue their efforts."
Guild President: Smith
Guild Level: 3 (150/1000)
Guild Members: 7/15
Personal Points: 26,500
Upon hearing the system's prompt, Smith nodded with satisfaction, feeling pleased that he had accumulated more than 20,000 points. Now, even if something valuable appeared in the special mall later, he would be able to afford it. With 20,000 points, he could buy most items.
Keqing: "3,000 points? It seems I have the least, but at least this time, I didn't get points for free."
Hu Tao: "Looks like the guild is happy with my contribution. Can we go back now?"
Smith: "Alright, let's head back."
.........…
When Smith and Keqing returned to Yuehai Pavilion, Ningguang had already left. Smith retrieved a large number of secret books from his Eye of God.
"Are these secret books here?" Smith asked, scanning the collection. "Many of these martial arts look quite interesting."
Keqing picked up one of the books and started flipping through it. "These martial arts are indeed fascinating. The Martial Corps Leader is incredibly powerful. The Ultimate World, despite its challenges, has a very high ceiling."
"Oh, by the way, there are gods in that world as well. The Rock King Emperor probably wouldn't be able to take on the Flame Envoy," Keqing added, though she still held great confidence in the Rock King Emperor.
"If Morax faces weak opponents and smashes through the stars, he could destroy all of humanity, but he can't compare to the Flame Envoy," Smith chuckled. "When you have time, study all these martial arts. Even if you don't use them frequently, they could be helpful to you."
Keqing nodded. "I'll need to spend some time studying these secret books. Once I understand them, I can select some to share with the Qianyan Army." She added, "For now, let's put these books away. When we have time, we can slowly go through them and organize them."
"Alright, that works!" Smith agreed. "Now, it's getting late. Let's go have lunch. I was about to eat, and now it's almost dinner time."
"You didn't eat lunch, and neither did I," Keqing rolled her eyes at Smith. She found it strange that, despite being a god, Smith could feel hunger.
Smith took Keqing's hand and started walking towards the door. "Okay, let's go eat first. I still have some things to take care of later."
"What else do you have to do?" Keqing asked, raising an eyebrow. She had noticed that Smith usually didn't seem very busy, and she often wondered if his mind was preoccupied with trivial matters.
In her battles with him, Smith always tried to take advantage of her, making her lose her temper. If he were a little busier, maybe he wouldn't try to tease her so much, right?
"Some important things," Smith replied, his tone shifting. He suddenly asked, "Keqing, do you want a child?"
"Child...children? Isn't that too early?" Keqing's face turned bright red upon hearing Smith's question, and her voice became shaky. She was still just a child in her eyes; after all, she hadn't even had her coming-of-age ceremony yet.
Though many people married and had children at Keqing's age, she was an ambitious woman, and she believed that having children should wait until at least the age of 25. In fact, even 25 seemed too early for her.
Smith couldn't help but smile when he saw Keqing's reaction. It seemed that she wasn't entirely opposed to the idea of having children. While they might not have children right away, it was a discussion worth having.
"Too early? Actually, I still want to have a child with you, Aqing," Smith said softly, in a voice only the two of them could hear.
Children? Keqing was holding Smith's hand, and her thoughts started to wander. Their children would be incredible, wouldn't they? In the past year or so, Keqing had realized that the ordinary staff at Yujingtai couldn't keep up with her work speed. If those people couldn't handle things, why couldn't she train them herself?
The children of herself and Smith would surely help her and Liyue.
Wait, what am I thinking?
Children are really too early, and judging by Smith's demeanor, it didn't seem like he was pushing for it right now.
.........
In Xumei Jingshan Palace, a place that was originally meant to be the home of gods but had now become a prison for them, Nashida, the small god, stared outside her cage in shock and disbelief. She felt a mix of disappointment and confusion.
"Oh my god, I actually saw another Grass God. The other party is the Grass God, so what am I?" Nashida thought to herself. "Could it be that the Order of the Lord was dissatisfied with me and created a new Grass God?"
But that didn't seem right. Her divine essence was still within her, and this new god didn't seem to have the breath of the Heart of God.
