Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

The hot evening breeze swept across the magical kingdom of Arendelle.

Many eyes turned toward the castle at the center of the kingdom, silently hoping that the kind Queen would make it through the night.

Inside the royal castle, the lights were on, and people were moving around, showing that tonight would be different.

The servants were busy making sure everything went well for the Queen's childbirth.

Outside the room, a handsome and strong man was pacing back and forth, looking inside toward the doorway as if waiting for something… or perhaps worrying something.

"Waaah!"

A baby's cry finally broke the tension of the night.

The door swung open, and a woman emerged holding a newborn in her arms.

The man immediately rushed forward.

"How is she? How is the queen?"

He asked anxiously, his eyes darting past the child and into the room.

Seeing the baby safe brought him some relief, but his heart remained heavy with concern.

He wanted to rush in to see his wife, who had endured so much pain to bring their child into the world, but he knew forcing his way in could lead to regrets.

"It's alright, Your Highness. The Queen is fine—just exhausted and needs rest."

The woman said gently, trying to soothe him as she noticed how tense he was.

"Look! This is your daughter, the baby your wife had. It's a girl. You may take her in so the queen can see her."

She smiled warmly at him and tried to comfort him.

"Good! Good! Wonderful!"

He exclaimed joyfully and gently took the baby into his arms.

"Someone, come quickly. Escort this lady who helped deliver our little princess to receive her reward."

Afterward, He gently pushed open the door, walked quickly to the bed, and looked at his wife, whose face was a little pale.

"My love, how are you feeling?"

"I'm fine—let me see the baby!"

The queen tried to move her mouth, wanting to sit up and see their child.

"Alright, but don't move too much. Let me help you. You need to rest right now,"

King Agnarr said nervously, quickly stepping forward to stop his wife from trying to get up. He gently helped her lie back on the bed and placed their baby into her arms.

As she gazed at the baby's peacefully sleeping face, a gentle smile spread on her face.

"Agnarr, I feel so happy right now. Besides you, I now have another source of happiness in this world."

Queen Iduna said softly, her eyes glowing with warmth.

"And I feel the same."

Agnarr replied, "Besides you, I now have another responsibility—our daughter and you, the two people I love, are the ones I need to protect."

As he looked at his wife's radiant smile, Agnarr was reminded of the young girl she once was—the very girl who had captivated him from the beginning.

"Her eyebrows are like yours, and her eyes are like mine. She's just a little baby—so perfect."

Queen Iduna said, her smile never leaving her face as she cradled the baby lovingly, "What do you think we should name her?"

"My dear wife, didn't we already decide? You got so excited you forgot. If it's a boy, we'll call him Aren, and if it's a girl, we'll call her Elsa."

"Yes, that's right, our daughter's name is Elsa."

Iduna said with a joyful smile, gently kissing little Elsa as she held her close.

At that moment, Elsa had already woken up. She looked up at her parents, and when she heard her mother call her Elsa, she let out a soft, happy giggle.

"Look, Agnarr. She's smiling—she likes the name too, don't you think? Little Elsa."

Iduna said, beaming with delight.

"Of course! She's such a smart child. I'm sure she'll grow up to rule Arendelle wonderfully."

Agnarr said with a smile and excitement as a first-time parent.

"Click"

"What is it?"

Agnarr frowned as he saw the door open, and a soldier appeared.

The soldier saw King Agnarr frown and silently cursed himself.

He could tell at a glance that he had disturbed His Highness, but realizing the urgency of the matter, he knew he couldn't delay.

He gathered his courage and said, "Your Highness, I have urgent news to report."

"Oh?"

Agnarr raised an eyebrow, wondering what could be so urgent that the soldier risked interrupting him.

"First, go outside and bring in the women here to help care for the queen. Then wait for me outside,"

Agnarr instructed. He had carefully planned everything for his wife's safety, and the women outside were part of that plan.

"Agnarr, if there's something urgent, you should go. It must be serious because no one would be coming in at this hour."

Iduna said with a smile as she cradled Elsa. She, too, was involved in the management of Arendelle, and she understood the seriousness of the situation.

"Alright. Once those women come in to take care of you and Elsa, I'll go handle things. You and Elsa must be safe."

Agnarr said, looking deeply into Elsa's eyes as he spoke to his wife.

Then, the door opened again, and three or four women entered. Only then did he feel relieved and leave.

As soon as Agnarr stepped outside, he saw the soldier waiting by the door.

"What's so urgent that it requires a report at this hour?"

He asked with confusion.

"We don't have time to explain, Your Highness, please follow me!"

The soldier quickly turned and ran off.

"What?"

He was still confused, but he followed the soldier outside.

"Your Highness, look!"

The soldier pointed to the sky.

Of course, even without the soldier's gesture, Agnarr had already noticed something was off as soon as he stepped outside.

"What… what is going on here?"

Agnarr furrowed his brow as he looked at the sky.

He saw a blue mist and, in the distance, another white mist, each covering a quarter of Arendelle's sky. They were facing each other.

"Your Highness, look. The two mists are coming closer!"

The soldier shouted, interrupting King Agnarr's thoughts.

"What!?"

He looked on in worry. He didn't know whether this would bring disaster to Arendelle or perhaps... hope?

The people also noticed the strange phenomenon.

Those who had been praying for the Queen's safe delivery opened their doors and stepped outside to look at the strange sight in the sky.

They were all nervous and began guessing what was going on.

Then the mist slowly rose, merged, and finally... they rushed toward Arendelle.
