"Is it possible to create a khodam that can pass through the Earth's core?" Rai asked.
"It's possible… and I think you already know that. But you came to me because you want to master it faster, didn't you?" Dukun Rosso replied, raising an eyebrow.
"Ah, seems like you saw through me. I brought money," Rai said, grinning.
"Alright then, I'll give you a discount—just five million," Dukun Rosso said with a smirk.
"By the way, now you've seen how dangerous the spirit realm can be… but also, why are your khodam's breasts so huge?" Rosso added, eyeing Rai curiously.
"Yeah… that's the fault of the Eight Milk-Drinking Jinn," Rai sighed. He then explained how he had consumed two milk essences from those jinn.
"Pfft—" Dukun Rosso struggled to hold back his laughter. "You actually got tricked by jinn. Though… I admit, that trick had some benefits. Still, those breasts will stay permanently large."
"Also, why is it that when I check compatibility with male khodams, the result is so low—barely even 10%—but when I try with female khodams, it's extremely high, over 90%? Is my soul actually that of a woman?" Rai asked, clearly depressed.
"You actually believe what that fake khodam seller told you?" Dukun Rosso scoffed.
"At least give me an explanation," Rai replied, annoyed.
"Hahaha, haven't you split your own soul? Tell me—does a soul even have a gender?" Rosso said with a grin.
Rai was stunned. "But… isn't a soul like water, or thick liquid?"
"Exactly. Maybe it's because your first khodam was a woman. Your soul has adapted more to female khodams due to the yin energy," Rosso explained calmly.
"I also saw that brutal match," Rai added, his tone more serious.
"You better not join something like that," Rosso warned. "The loser only wastes their khodam's energy. And the pain? It's very real. If you had been raped back then, it would've felt no different than in the real world."
Rai shuddered in fear. "That's why I came to you. I need your help. By the way, were there really that many shamans there? The market was so crowded."
"Some people use more than one khodam. Also, most shamans live for a long time—they often hide in other dimensions," Rosso answered.
"Another dimension?" Rai asked.
"More precisely, a personal dimension," Dukun Rosso explained. "Some powerful shamans have tricks to hide their physical bodies inside personal dimensions. That's what makes killing a shaman extremely difficult."
"Wow, that's amazing. Sounds incredibly safe."
"Not really," Rosso replied with a smirk. "Personal dimensions can be fragile—lack of oxygen, no food, no sunlight… plenty of flaws. Creating a complete and stable dimension is almost impossible."
"Oh…" Rai murmured, slightly disappointed.
"Why the long face? Learn to be humble and focus on hiding your real body. That's the key to survival in the shaman world," Rosso said, tapping his finger on the table.
"I've also been reading my father and aunt's writings… about how a shaman can advance."
"Alright, then explain. I want to see how much you've understood," said Dukun Rosso, leaning forward with interest.
"First, to level up from Rank 1 to Rank 2—there are two main conditions," Rai began confidently.
"One: Successfully merge with two khodams at once.
Two: Combine those two khodams into a single, Level 2 khodam… which should be around twice the height of a normal human."
"Only then can you be considered a Level 2 shaman."
"Very good. Now, do you know how to actually do it?" asked Dukun Rosso as he took a sip of his tea.
"I only read about it... but when it comes to the actual practice, it's difficult. That's why I need your guidance," Rai replied honestly.
Rosso nodded. "Didn't you just visit the artificial khodam shop? Show me the ones you bought—I want to evaluate your compatibility."
Rai then summoned the three khodams he had recently purchased and explained each of their roles and features.
Dukun Rosso nodded slowly, though his eye twitched a few times as he listened.
"I understand why you bought the black khodam—for infiltration and disguise—and the female khodam with lightning abilities… but why, why did you buy a khodam specifically made for adult purposes?" Rosso said, rubbing his temples.
"I only bought them because they came as a bundle… and there was a discount," Rai said defensively.
Dukun Rosso stared at Rai for a long moment, clearly unsure whether to laugh or cry. His expression said it all: This kid is way too easy to fool...
"Forget it," Rosso finally sighed, rubbing his temples. "So, to reach Dukun Level 2, the first step is to control two khodams at the same time. This is crucial, because merging and fusing khodams requires balance."
Rai nodded and sat down, preparing to summon both khodams.
"Use Lala and the one who can control fire and lightning," Rosso instructed, sipping his tea.
A woman with blazing red hair appeared, her expression stern like an angry princess, but still undeniably beautiful.
"Let's just call her Caca," Rosso said casually.
"What? First Lala, now Caca? Don't you have anything more… aesthetic?" Rai frowned.
"Alright then, you try naming her," Rosso challenged, raising an eyebrow.
Rai thought for a moment, then proudly declared, "Her name shall be... Crimson Infernal Princess Thunderstrike the Third!"
Rosso blinked. "...What?"
Rai nodded seriously. "Or maybe… Blaze Empress Electra Nightshade Flameheart."
Rosso slowly facepalmed. "You're hopeless."
After a long debate, the name of the khodam was reluctantly settled back to "Caca."
"Alright," said Rosso. "Now, let's test your control. Lala, jump. Caca, run."
Even with such simple instructions, the two khodams occasionally moved in opposite directions or stumbled awkwardly. After just thirty minutes, Rai—who was controlling three bodies at once—felt a pounding headache.
"Okay, take a break."
Caca and Lala returned into Rai's body, and Rai collapsed onto the floor, exhausted. Controlling multiple bodies at the same time had taken a toll on him.
"How do you feel?" asked Dukun Rosso.
"It's hard to get used to," Rai replied, wiping sweat from his forehead.
"But did you notice? Besides the khodam energy, there's something else—spiritual energy. That's the power that helps your brain handle multiple khodams. I can already sense your spiritual energy has slightly increased."
