Chapter 6 - Internet and portal

"Lets check news about system and dungeons and governments response" Jasmine suggested.

"Good idea," Keshav nodded, his mind now focusing on the task at hand.

They quickly found a nearby computer and logged onto the internet. The news was ablaze with reports about the system, the dungeons, and the governments' response to it.

They quickly navigated through the various news sites and forums, drinking in all the information they could find. It was overwhelming, with theories, speculation, and even hysteria surrounding the situation.

The media was a mix of fear and excitement, with some people hailing it as a new era of human evolution, while others were gripped with terror over the unknown dangers the system posed.

The government seemed to be scrambling to come up with a cohesive response. There were reports of military mobilization, but also of protests and civil unrest. The world was teetering on the edge of chaos.

"This is insane," Keshav said, his voice tinged with awe and worry. "It's like the world is going mad."

"I know," Jasmine agreed, her eyes scanning the computer screen. "People are freaking out. Some are even saying it's the end of the world. But we will survive. "

Keshav nodded, a resolute expression on his face. "Yeah, we will," he said with certainty.

Jasmine looked at him, her eyes filled with trust. "We have each other," she said softly, "we'll get through this together."

Then something came to Keshav's mind "Jasmine your skill allows you to create objects so couldn't you had created clothes for us in dungeon when we were naked below waist."

Jasmine froze, her eyes widening as she realized the truth of his words. "Oh my god, you're right!" she exclaimed, her cheeks reddening. "I totally forgot about my skill. I could have made us some clothes instead of us just sitting in the bathtub awkwardly naked!"

Keshav chuckled, amused by her reaction. "Well, maybe we were too preoccupied with other things at the time," he said, a sly smile on his face.

Jasmine giggled, feeling embarrassed but also amused by their situation. "Yeah, I guess we were," she admitted, a smile tugging at the corner of her lips. "I suppose naked in the bathtub was more interesting than making clothes out of thin air."

Keshav smirked, raising an eyebrow at her statement. "Interesting, huh? I must say, I never thought I'd find myself saying that being naked in a bathtub with my girlfriend was an interesting situation."

Then they also noticed news that some people disappeared but never returned from dungeon. Maybe they died in it.

Keshav said, his voice grave. "It's risky going into the dungeon."

Jasmine nodded, her expression growing serious. "I heard people can disappear forever if they're not careful. It's like a death sentence if you're not strong enough."

They got another news as well that soon government will establish a new department 'player association' to register manage players.

"Player association," Keshav repeated, a glint of curiosity in his eyes. "I guess they want to keep track of players and manage things."

Jasmine nodded, her mind already starting to consider the implications. "Yeah, it makes sense," she said, her voice thoughtful. "They probably want to know who has skills, who's strong, and who's weak. It could be a way for them to gather information and control us. But we won't let them control us."

Keshav's expression hardened, his determination palpable. "No, we won't," he said, a steely edge to his voice. "We're not going to let anyone control us. We'll do things on our own terms."

Than feeling tired jasmine said "lets go home. Think about other things later"

Keshav nodded, exhaustion starting to take over him as well. "Yeah, that sounds like a good idea," he agreed. "Let's head back home and get some rest. We can figure out the next move tomorrow."

Than keshav said "I cut anything so why don't i try to cut space to open a portal to home."

Jasmine looked at him, her eyes widening with realization. "You're right, Keshav!" she exclaimed. "You have Reality Sundering, which can cut through anything, including space itself. It's worth a try!"

Keshav concentrated, his mind focusing on creating a spatial tear. He visualized a rift in space, a gateway that would take them back to their home. As he did so, a faint glow emanated from his hands, the air around them beginning to ripple with reality.

Keshav closed his eyes, focusing even more. A strange feeling washed over him, as if the very fabric of reality was being pulled apart. He felt a resistance, a push back from the world itself but it was insignificant in front of his skill. He easily pushed through, slicing open a portal through space.

Jasmine watch in awe as a shimmering portal appeared before them, its edges fuzzy and unstable but clearly connecting to their home. "You did it, Keshav!" she exclaimed, her eyes filled with both wonder and excitement.

"Yeah, I did," Keshav said, a hint of pride in his voice. "Come on, let's go."

He took hold of Jasmine's hand, and together they stepped through the portal, disappearing into the shimmering gateway.

The world around them distorted, reality bending to accommodate the portal. They could feel a strange sense of dislocation, as if they were being torn apart and reassembled at the same time. Then, suddenly, their feet touched solid ground once again as they stepped out onto their familiar hallway at home.

They looked at each other, their faces filled with relief and a sense of triumph. They had successfully created a portal to their home using Keshav's unique skill.
