Jasmine entered home, greeted her mother and went directly to her bedroom. She was mentally and physically tired, she just wanted to rest and get some sleep.
But as she changed her clothes and got ready for sleep, her mind was still buzzing with thoughts of the dungeon, their skills and keshav. She couldn't get his face out of her head, and she felt a pang of longing in her chest.
Despite her tiredness, she couldn't seem to fall asleep. She tossed and turned in bed, her thoughts swirling around in her head like leaves caught in a storm. Finally, she gave up on trying to sleep. She got out of bed and went to the bathroom, splashing water on her face and looking at herself in the mirror.
She opened her phone and skimmed through the headlines, seeing reports of the dungeon's sudden disappearance and the confusion it had caused. There were speculation as to what had happened, but no one seemed to have any answers. She closed her eyes for a moment, feeling overwhelmed. It was all so surreal, and she still couldn't wrap her head around the fact that they had been the cause of it.
Next day Jasmine woke up feeling exhausted and groggy, as though she hadn't slept at all. She sat up in bed, rubbing her bleary eyes and trying to shake off the feeling of doziness. She checked her phone, and her heart skipped a beat when she saw a message from Keshav.
She quickly opened the message, her heart racing as she read it. Keshav had asked if she was okay and if she wanted to meet him. She typed out a reply, saying that she was fine and yes, she would like to meet him.
After some time Jasmine opened the door to see Keshav standing there, looking sheepish and holding a small bouquet of flowers. "Hey," he said, smiling at her. "Can I come in?"
She smiled back and nodded, stepping aside to let him in. "Of course," she said, taking the flowers from him. "Thanks for these, they're beautiful."
They walked over to the dining table and sat down, the air between them slightly awkward but tinged with excitement. They started eating breakfast in silence, exchanging shy glances every now and then.
Keshav asked "What do you want to do today. Want to relax or go to another dungeon "
Jasmine thought for a moment, considering her options. She was still tired from yesterday, and the thought of going into another dungeon sounded exhausting. "I think I want to relax today," she said, looking at him. "I'm still tired from yesterday, and I don't think I can handle another dungeon right now."
"Alright so what do you want to do." Keshav said
Jasmine thought for a moment. "I don't know..." she said, "Maybe we could go for a walk? Or just hang out at home and watch a movie or something?"
As they had planned to become player they stopped going to school. But their parents still don't know about it.
As the day went on, they found themselves enjoying each other's company more and more. They talked and laughed as if they had never been apart. It was a day filled with easy, effortless companionship, and they both found themselves feeling more and more drawn to each other as the hours slid by.
As the evening approached, they found themselves sitting on the porch, watching the sun set and the stars come out one by one. They talked softly, their voices low and intimate in the growing darkness. The day had been easy and peaceful, and they both felt content with just being together.
They went to bed, feeling a sense of contentment and peace that they hadn't felt in a long time. As they lay in bed, they both felt a sense of comfort and safety in being together. They drifted off to sleep, their dreams filled with visions of each other.
They woke up early the next morning, feeling rested and refreshed after a good night's sleep. They made their way to the bathroom, sharing the space as they washed their faces and brushed their teeth. They then walked into the kitchen and quickly cooked up a simple breakfast together, talking and laughing as they did so.
It was a cosy domestic scene, and they both felt a sense of comfort and familiarity in it. They ate their breakfast in comfortable silence, listening to the morning birdsong and the distant sound of cars passing by.
Once they were both done with breakfast, they tidied up the kitchen, rinsing off the dishes and putting them away. They then stood in the living room, looking at each other, the atmosphere between them charged with a mixture of excitement and anticipation.
Keshav asked "Alright so what do you want to do."
Jasmine replied "lets go to a dungeon today"
Keshav nodded, his eyes lighting up with excitement. "Sounds good to me," he said. "Which dungeon should we go to?"
