Chapter 16 - Heart stones

Jasmine replied "lets go to a dungeon today"

Keshav nodded, his eyes lighting up with excitement. "Sounds good to me," he said. "Which dungeon should we go to?"

" Lets check Player Association form to get info about dungeon" jasmine replied

They both pulled out their phones and logged onto the Player Association website. The website had all sorts of information about dungeons, including their difficulty level, location, and any other important details the players might need to know.

They also saw a notification that government found a stone in hearts of monster bodies brought out of dungeon by players. They are doing more research on it. It can be a valuable resource.

They both stared at the news headline, their eyes widening in surprise. "Stone in the heart of monster bodies...?" Keshav said, his voice laced with astonishment.

Jasmine nodded, her mind already racing with thoughts. "That could be a powerful resource," she said. "If the government can figure out how to harness its power, it could be a game-changer for both players and non-players alike."

But at the same time, they both knew that there was a danger in the government getting their hands on a valuable resource like that. They had no idea what they would do with it, and there was always the possibility that it could be misused or used for nefarious purposes.

One method government did find use of heart stone is to Burn them like coal in thermal power plant.

Heart stones are many times more efficient than coal and higher. The higher level of monster, heart Stone is obtained from more energy does it contain. Government is trying to find a way to use them like batteries. The possibility is great as government of some countries succeded in recruiting scientist or engineers who awakened intelligence or research related skills.

Seeing it as a potential resource, many rich people and multinational corporation decided to invest in dungeons and make guilds.

As they read through the information, Jasmine's mind started to race. "This is huge," she said, her voice low. "If they can figure out how to use these heart stones for batteries, it could completely change the energy game. And if they manage to recruit intelligent players, the possibilities are almost endless."

"But the thought of corporations and rich people getting involved in dungeons... I don't like it." Keshav said, his expression darkening. "It sounds like a recipe for disaster, don't you think?"

Jasmine nodded in agreement, her mouth set in a grim line. "Yeah, I know what you mean," she said. "The idea of these powerful resources being controlled by a handful of people... it's unsettling, to say the least."

"Not to mention the possibility of more dungeons being opened," Keshav said, his voice low and serious. "The more rich people and corps get involved, the more they'll want to open dungeons for resources. And that means more dangerous encounters for us."

Jasmine said "I don't want to join guilds"

Keshav frowned, his forehead creasing. "I don't blame you," he said. "I don't want to join them either. They're just a way for the rich to get richer, and for the rest of us to just become their pawns."

"We can take care of ourselves," Jasmine said, her chin lifting in defiance. "We don't need to rely on guilds or anyone else for our survival. We just need each other."

Keshav asked "Do you want to make one?"

Jasmine cocked her head to the side, considering the idea. "A guild?" she said. "A guild for just us two?"

Keshav nodded, his expression growing more determined. "Yeah, why not?" he said. "We're stronger together than we are alone, right? And if we make our own guild, we don't have to answer to anyone else. We make our own rules, and we do things our way."

Jasmine thought about it for a moment, then slowly nodded her head. "I like the sound of that," she said, her voice growing more confident. "Our own guild, just for us. We can take on anything that comes our way, as long as we're together."

Keshav smiled, feeling his heart swell with emotion at her words. "Exactly," he said, his eyes blazing with determination. "We'll be unstoppable. No one will be able to stand in our way. And we'll always protect each other, no matter what."

Jasmine's heart skipped a beat at the intensity in his eyes. "No matter what," she echoed, her voice soft but firm. "I'll never leave your side, Keshav. You have my word."

Keshav moved closer to her, pulling her into a tight embrace. "You're my everything," he said, his voice hoarse with emotion. "And I'll never let anything hurt you. I promise."

Jasmine wrapped her arms around his neck, burying her face in his chest. "I love you," she said, her words muffled by his shirt.

Then keshav asked "Do you want to recruit people to our guild"

Jasmine pulled back slightly to look at him, her expression contemplative. "I don't know..." she said slowly. "I want to keep it small, you know? Just us. I don't want to risk bringing in someone who might put us in danger or go against us. I want to keep it as safe and secure as possible, and I don't know if we can trust anyone else."

Keshav said "Then it won't be a guild but a team of 2 of us"

Jasmine nodded, feeling relieved that Keshav understood her concerns. "Yeah," she said, her tone final. "A team of two. Just us. We don't need anyone else. We're strong enough on our own."

He kissed the top of her head, holding her close. "You're right," he said, his voice gentle. "We don't need anyone else. We have each other, and that's all that matters. But what if guilds start suppressing non guild members"

Jasmine's face pinched into a frown. "I didn't think about that," she said, her voice low. "But you're right. If guilds start getting more and more powerful, they might start to exert their influence over everyone else. We would be outnumbered and at their mercy."

She shook her head, her expression determined. "We can't let that happen," she said. "We can't let them control us. We have to find a way to push back against them, to stand up for ourselves and others who aren't in guilds."

Keshav nodded, his own resolve hardening. "You're right," he said, his voice firm. "We can't just stand by and let them bully us into submission. But we need to be smart about it. We need to strategize and plan, make sure we're prepared for anything they might throw at us and if they do something unforgivable we will beat them up with our cheat skills."

Jasmine chuckled despite herself, his words injecting some levity into the situation. "Cheat skills, huh?" she said, raising an eyebrow at him. "You really think we're that unbeatable?"

Keshav grinned back at her, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "Damn straight we're unbeatable, babe," he said, puffing out his chest in mock bravado. "With our skills and our determination, we can take on anyone. Don't you remember what happened in dungeon when I tried to cut everything in front of me."

Jasmine rolled her eyes but couldn't help smiling. "Yeah, I remember," she said. "You brought the whole dungeon down on top of us."

Keshav's face turned red, and he sheepishly ran a hand through his hair. "Hey, I was just testing out my abilities," he said, trying to defend himself. "I didn't know it would be that powerful."

Jasmine teased "More like you were afraid of boss monster and used your skill to cut everything in front of you."

Keshav's face reddened even more, and he huffed. "I was not afraid," he protested, his voice defensive. "I was just being cautious. I didn't know what kind of boss monster we were dealing with. It was a smart move."

Keshav said while changingthe topic "Whatever lets find a dungeon on player association form"

Jasmine laughed lightly, shaking her head. "Alright, alright," she said, holding her hands up in surrender. "Let's see what dungeons are available today."

She pulled out her phone and brought up the Player Association form, scrolling through the list of available dungeons. Keshav leaned over her shoulder to look as well, his own expression pensive.

"Looks like there are a few different ones today," Jasmine said, her eyes scanning the list. "We could try a low-level one just for some less but easy experience, or we could go for a harder one if we're feeling brave."

"I vote for a harder one," Keshav said, his competitive streak showing through. "We should push ourselves and see what we're really capable of. Plus, harder dungeons usually have better experience."
