Jasmine said "Stop right there thats too much of work. Why are we hiring a person if it will just increase our work to hide what we want to hide."
Keshav realized his mistake and said, "You're right, Jasmine. We shouldn't be making things more complicated for ourselves. The whole point of hiring someone is to reduce our workload, not increase it. Maybe we should reconsider the idea of hiring anyone at all, at least not yet."
Jasmine said "First lets make a list of all the work we need to do. Right now we are doing whatever pops up. If we organise our work we may not even need to hire someone."
Keshav agreed and said, "You're right, Jasmine. We need to be more organized and systematic in our approach. Let's sit down and make a list of all the work we need to do for the guild. That way we can prioritize what needs to be done and decide if we really need to hire someone to help us."
Jasmine said "Alright, let's start making the list. We can start with the basics like inventory (subspace that Jasmine created) management, dungeon slot booking, and guild advertising. Let's also include long-term goals like improving our guild's reputation and increasing its influence."
Keshav added "And also add some tasks that will directly benefit us like selling heart stones, getting information from other players and guilds. But why do we need to advertise our guild as long as we clear more dungeons our guilds ranking on player association form will increase as all people can see it, it will be automatic advertisement."
Jasmine considered his point and said, "You're right, Keshav. We don't necessarily need to advertise our guild if we continue to clear more dungeons successfully. People will automatically take notice of our guild's progress and ranking. But we should still consider other ways to make our guild stand out, such as forming alliances with other guilds or participating in special events."
Keshav said "We don't need that now as we 2 are enough. Lets consider forming alliance in future. Most importantly most of the guilds forming alliances right now are made by companies and making alliance with guild of other companies."
Jasmine nodded in agreement and said, "You're right, Keshav. We don't need to form alliances right now, we can handle everything ourselves for now. And you're also right that most of the guilds forming alliances right now are made by companies and they tend to form alliances with guilds of other companies. But as our guild grows and matures, we may eventually need to consider forming alliances to expand our network and resources."
Keshav said "Lets consider it then. Right now no one will take a guild of 12 common people seriously and they will give us very bad terms as to them it will look like we are begging for alliance."
Jasmine agreed and said, "You're right, Keshav. It wouldn't be wise right now to approach other guilds to form alliances, as they will likely dismiss us as a guild of 12 common people. We need to first establish ourselves and show our capabilities before other guilds will take us seriously. Right now our main focus should be on increasing our dungeon slots and blood stone supply."
Keshav said "Now that 2 things are out of way lets consider others"
Jasmine nodded and said, "Alright, let's move onto the other tasks on our list. dungeon slot booking."
Keshav said "With our cheat skills we just need a strong dungeon within a reasonable distance and not caring about anything else. Dungeon slot booking can easily be done on our phone using Player association website in just few minutes. We can just pay attention to it for a while everyday and book dungeon for next day."
Jasmine nodded and said, "That's true, we don't need to worry about difficulty of the dungeon. And booking the dungeon slot is easy with our phones and the player association website. We can just check it once a day and book the slot for the next day. What about inventory management?"
Keshav said jealously "Although you created subspace to store things don't keep calling it inventory. I feel like my system is missing inventory."
Jasmine smiled mischievously and said, "Aww, is someone feeling jealous? Well, I guess I can't blame you, my subspace does have the advantage of holding a lot more items than your inventory."
Keshav asked "So what exactly do you need to manage in your subspace. Can a hire even help you manage your subspace?"
Jasmine thought for a moment and said, "You're right, a hire can't really help me manage my subspace since it's an exclusive ability to me. And there's not much to manage anyways, I just have to keep track of all the items I've stored in there and make sure they're organized and easy to find."
Keshav said feeling relieved "Two more things sorted out. So whats left?"
Jasmine looked over the list and said, "There's one more thing left, which is guild advertising. But wait, we just decided not to focus on that for now, right?"
Keshav said "Yes, our guild ranking will advertise our guild. What left is how to sell heart stones"
Jasmine nodded and said, "You're right, we won't advertise the guild for now. We'll rely on our ranking to get the word out about us. As for how to sell heart stones."
Keshav said "As unlike other guilds who need to distribute money from selling heart stones or pay salary, money we get from selling all the heart stones will be for only 2 of us, we don't need to give any to the fakes, we can sell heart stones to a fixed contractor at bit low price than market. It will decrease a lot of our workload."
Jasmine nodded in agreement and said, "That's a good point, Keshav. We don't need to distribute any of the money from selling blood stones, so it's all for us. And selling heart stones to a fixed contractor would definitely reduce our workload. It's better to have a guaranteed sale rather than constantly searching for different buyers."
Keshav said "We were overworked before because we were doing everything haphazardly and trying to sell heart stones at best price possible."
Jasmine nodded and said, "You're right, we were definitely biting off more than we could chew. Trying to get the best price for heart stones was taking up a lot of our time and energy. Selling to a fixed contractor might mean a lower price, but at least it's predictable and consistent."
Keshav "lets contact few of heart stones buyers to decide who offer us best contract."
Jasmine nodded and said, "That's a good idea, Keshav. We should contact a few heart stone buyers and compare their offers to see who offers us the best contract. We need to make sure the contract is fair and beneficial to us."
Keshav said "I'll do it, as most heart stone buyers will not consider a pretty 19 year old girl. They will think this is a joke. I'll message the buyers and get few of the best buyers who always offer the top price."
Then keshav contacted many buyers and made a contract at 92% of market price at the time of selling heart stones.
Jasmine looked at the contract and nodded in approval, saying, "That sounds like a good deal, Keshav. 92% of the market price is a decent price for heart stones. And having a fixed contractor will definitely make things easier for us."
Keshav said "Is there anything left"
Jasmine thought for a moment and then shook her head, "I think we've covered everything now, Keshav. We have a plan to handle inventory management and booking dungeons. We decided not to focus on guild advertising for now, and we found a contractor to sell heart stones to. It looks like we don't need to hire anyone after all."
Keshav said while sighing "Now i understand why mom always said me to organize my room and do my work in organized way"
Jasmine chuckled and said, "Looks like you've finally discovered the wisdom of your mother, Keshav. Organization and planning make things a lot easier."
Keshav said "Lets rest for today. From tomorrow we will dive in dungeon every day."
Jasmine nodded and agreed, "Yeah, let's take a break today. We've been working hard and we deserve it. But tomorrow, we'll be diving into dungeons every day. We need to keep leveling up our skills and abilities."
Keshav said "Lets have dinner"
Jasmine nodded and said, "You're right, we should have dinner. It's already pretty late. I'm feeling a bit hungry as well."
Then they had dinner and went to bed after having sex.
Jasmine snuggled up to Keshav, feeling tired but satisfied. "Thank you for working so hard with me today, Keshav. We're making good progress."
Keshav held Jasmine close, feeling contented. "It was worth it," he said, running his fingers through her hair. "With you by my side, we can accomplish anything."
