Keshav and Jasmine woke up early the next day, feeling refreshed and ready to begin the day. They quickly dressed and prepared for the day ahead.
Keshav said "We need to book dungeon slot." Due to being tired from all the talk yesterday, they forgot to book slot for dungeon yesterday. They sat down at the table and opened up the player phone. they logged in their account and navigated to the dungeon slot booking section.
Jasmine browsed through the list of available dungeons and their time slots, while Keshav looked over her shoulder, offering suggestions. "What about this dungeon?" Keshav asked, pointing to a highly-rated dungeon on the list.
Jasmine looked at the dungeon's details and shook her head. "No, that one's too easy. We need a more challenging dungeon." She continued scrolling through the list, looking for a suitable dungeon.
After a few minutes of searching, Jasmine found a dungeon that caught her eye. "Here's one," she said, tapping on the screen to bring up more details. "It's rated as a high-level dungeon, but the environment in dungeon is disadvantageous. Its desert environment and monsters surprise attack from below sand. So recently players have stopped going in it. And because of this reason till now its not even cleared for once"
Keshav looked at the dungeon's details and nodded in agreement. "That looks like a good choice," he said. "With your barrier we don't have to fear surprise attacks and with our cheat skills we can easily kill the monsters. "
Jasmine navigated to the dungeon schedule and looked at the time slots for the day. "Looks like becauseno one is going in it, all time slots are empty," she said. "We should book one in noon."
Keshav nodded and said, "Go ahead and book the noon time slot. It's a good time."
Jasmine quickly booked the noon time slot and confirmed the booking. "Done," she said, showing Keshav the confirmed booking on the screen.
As Keshav, Jasmine and the fake players approached the dungeon gate, they saw a team of military personnel and various camera crews stationed around the entrance. Jasmine took the lead, using her skill to control the fake players while Keshav followed closely behind.
The military personnel checked their IDs diligently, scanning their faces for verification. Once their identities were confirmed, they were ushered into the dungeon. Cameras tracked their every move, capturing reactions of anticipation and excitement.
The dungeon entrance was a sight to behold, but same as others it was like a portal floating in air a bit above ground. As soon as they stepped into the dungeon, the ambiance shifted dramatically. The sounds of the outside world faded away, replaced by the strong glow of sun and the distant echoes of monsters. The temperature raised creating it a hot place. We were in desert type dungeon.
Keshav checked his level and said, "We have gained a few levels from our last dungeon. I'm at level 84 now and you're at level 81. Lets see how fast we can clear the dungeon."
Jasmine nodded in agreement and said, "Alright, let's see how fast we can clear this dungeon and how many heart stones we can get. But remember, don't take unnecessary risks."
Keshav said "Don't worry, I'm being careful. And with your barrier we are safe."
They pushed on, careful and ready to defend. Jasmine manipulated reality with her skill to fight against the monsters while keshav easily cut the monsters with his skill. Both of them did not need any kind of weapons.
But this dungeon was more troublesome than any they had tried before. Although the monsters were stronger (>level 90) and more numerous killing them was easy with their skills but what was troublesome was finding them. The monsters in this dungeon were hidden under sand. Few times they got quite a scare by monsters sudden appearance, Keshav had to steel his heart to not cut everything in front of him.
Both Jasmine and keshav had a few close calls, coming face-to-face with monsters that materialized from the sand unexpectedly. But they managed to remain calm and fight them off. As they navigated the shifting sands and hidden dangers, they began to notice a pattern in the dungeon's layout.
Jasmine pointed out the layout, "Keshav, I think this dungeon is different from the other. Look at the pattern of the monsters' locations. It seems like they're not randomly placed like before.
Keshav nodded, "You're right. The monsters are arranged strategically, with their locations hinting at some kind of structure or plan."
Jasmine added, "We should tread carefully from here on out. This dungeon may have a hidden trap or mechanism and we need to be prepared for anything."
They continued on, being extra vigilant as they made their way through the dungeon. As they went deeper, they noticed signs of an ancient civilization, the ruins of buildings and artifacts. The atmosphere grew more ominous.
Jasmine said, "Look at the ruins here. It seems like there used to be a civilization here. We need to be extra careful, who knows what kind of traps we may trigger."
Keshav agreed, "You're right. We need to keep an eye out for any potential traps in these ruins. This dungeon seems to have a lot more history than the others we've been in."
They explored the ruins with caution, keeping an eye out for any signs of traps or dangers. Suddenly, they noticed a faint glow coming from a corner of the ruins.
Jasmine said, "Look, there's a faint glow coming from over there. Let's check it out, but be careful."
Keshav nodded and they proceeded toward the glow. As they approached, they saw that it was coming from a small, glowing stone imbedded in the wall. It had a faint inscription on it.
Jasmine examined the stone closely, trying to make out the inscription. "I can't quite make out what this inscription says. It looks like an old and faded language. But I can feel a strange energy coming from this stone."
Then keshav said hesitantly "Didn't system said I can cut anything. So how about i try to cut effect of passage of time on it."
Jasmine looked at Keshav and said, "Hmm...that's an interesting idea. The system did say your skill 'sunder' can cut through anything, including physical objects and even natural laws, physics and rules of the universe. It's worth a try."
Keshav concentrated and used his skill 'sunder' on the effect of passage of time on the stone. The faint inscription on the stone began to glow brighter as the effect of time seemed to reverse, restoring the inscription to its original state. The words became clear and easy to read.
Jasmine exclaimed, "Amazing! Look at the inscription now, it's clear and easy to read! Your skill really worked, Keshav. The inscription seems to hold some kind of knowledge or information."
Keshav studied the inscription intently, "It seems that this stone was used as a record-keeping device for the ancient civilization that used to inhabit this dungeon. It must contain important information about the dungeon and potentially clues to the layout of the dungeon but pity we can't read it."
Jasmine was fascinated by the discovery, "This is incredible. We may have stumbled upon something valuable here. Let's try to translate the inscription and see what we can learn from it."
Keshav spanked her ass "Hold your horses. Do you even know how to translate. We had never seen this language before nor do we have translation skill."
Jasmine blushed at the spanking but composed herself and replied, "You're right. We don't have any translation skills and we've never seen this language before. This could take some time to decipher."
Keshav rolled his eyes "We 2 can never translate it even in years but i can try to concept of language barrier between us and this stone."
Jasmine looked at Keshav curiously, "What do you mean by that?"
Keshav said "Don't forget system said my skill can cut anything including physical, magical, physics, laws, rule of universe and concepts. So i think i should give it a try to concept of language barrier between us and this stone."
Jasmine's eyes widened at the implications. "You're right. If your skill can cut through concepts, then perhaps you can cut through the language barrier that separates us from understanding the inscription. It's worth a try."
Keshav nodded "Alright, here goes nothing." He concentrated and used his skill on the abstract concept of language barrier between them and the inscription. The air around them seemed to shimmer for a moment as the concept of language barrier began to fray.
Jasmine watched in awe as the concept slowly dissolved, and suddenly the inscription made sense to them. The words on the stone seemed to jump off the surface and arrange themselves in a logical order, forming sentences that they could inexplicably understand.
Jasmine exclaimed "Keshav, it worked! We can understand the inscription now! You cut through the language barrier with your skill!"
Keshav looked at the inscription, "It looks like this inscription is a manual of sorts, providing instructions on how to navigate this dungeon. It also mentions something about a special treasure at the deepest point of the dungeon."
