Journey
So the journey begins
As a child first sins
He learns to pray
But the God just won't forgive
And he's afraid
Of the things he can never say
And he's scared
Of the things he can never dare
You could save him
Maybe you could tell him
That it's okay
To be the way he is
There's nothing he can say
Broken dreams are on his lips
It's as clear as day
But life slips through his grips
So he goes on
Moves on with his
Little steps but the fate
Intercepts and he forgets
His name and all his shame
You could save him
You could tell him
That it's okay
And he's afraid
Of the things he can never say
And he's scared
Of the things he can never dare
You could save him
You could tell him
That it's okay
To be the way he is
You could tell him it's okay
It would be a lie
But he may have a better life
So the journey ends
There have been no lovers and friends
All he says in his death bed
Is that he wished he was never born
