LOCATION: EARTH, AMERICA
January 20, 2024. The world was filled with no good, rotten eggs. Society as a whole had people running around, making the lives of innocent ones be more unfortunate than they need to be.
As such, certain type of people are employed to "clean up" these certain messes and stains in society. One such job was being done currently.
"Get away! Spare m-" The man's voice fell on deaf ear. His body, and bones, crumpled like a piece of paper as his body went through a metal door.
"What the!?" The people inside the building shouted.
The sight of the crumpled man made their stomachs turn in disgust. Their lunches falling to the ground. But, before it could reach the floor, their heads were already upside down, their necks twisted in a 180 degree angle.
"...Eh?" Their last words rang as blood came out of their ears and fell their lifeless body.
From a top the pile of corpses of seemingly ordinaru businessmen, stood a top a relatively lean man, sporting an all black dress pants and blazer, beneathed with a white dress long-sleeved shirt and a black tie.
His blonde hair flows gracefully through the room as he zooms towards another group of 5 men, with them now carrying guns. The front man was first to fall, with his gun dismantled by the Hitman's grip and was finished with a stab to the neck.
His body was used as a shield from the incoming bullets from the men behind, providing cover, all the while, the hitman waited for his turn.
One by one, they all died a gruesome death. The eyes of the dead men all saw and will remember the face of the one who killed them. A face of a man who was finished with his damned job.
Despite the bloody killing, the hitman's expression remained unchanged, as if this was a daily occurence to him, a simple 9-5 job...because it was. And this was just another job he took on...but something was different.
The way he moved, and killed, was unlike any other "cleaning" job he took on. He was more brutal, precise and made sure his kills were confirmed. He wanted to this properly than most of his works. And that reason is because...this is his retirement job.
The hitman continued on with his assigned tasked of destroying and entire organization that went against the rules of the Underworld. "Rule No.1 : Never involved innoncent civilians" was the broken rule of this organization.
'...I want to stop' The hitman thought.
He knew his job was bloody, and his sins will come crawling back to his grave, but this was all he had going. The only thing he had talent it...and it's to kill anyone...with anything.
A proof of this was now. He out a rubber band and flicked it towards the eye of a target, which made it explode due to the sheer and absurd force and speed it flung towards it. To normal people, this would've been superhuman, but to an assassin...it was a normal feat, especially a hitman of his level.
As he continues to go up, further into the upper levels, men with pistols began to rain fire at him from atop the staircase. Seeing this, the hitman rips out a metal railing of the stairs, using it to deflect bullets, with some hitting the heads of the shooters themselves.
"H-His a monster! Go ba-" The man's shout was cut with the ripped off railing thrown through his skull.
Seeing this made the others flee in a panic, however they were all quickly dispatched by the hitman, swiftly with their necks, fully rotated and twisted. The sight itself was enough to make anybody turn their stomach into vomit city.
'...Just a bit more. It'll all be over.' The hitman's thoughts rang through his head.
This was his last mission, the final mission to finally let go of his blood-filled life of killing for money. He continues onward, destroying the people and the building with it.
A grand total of 40 minutes had went by. The entire building was near crumbling due to the damahes sustained because of the Hitman. Blood covered the walls entirely, painting it red. And now...it was time for the final kill. The last man he will kill.
The hitman stared at the so-called "Owner" of this building with a blank and cold expression, not even a smirk or a cure upwards was present on his lips. The hitman sighed and brought out a gun.
His hand was on the trigger, ready to finally leave this life behind, to be able to live normally like he wanted...just one more kill. With that in mind, he pulled the trigger.
As the bullet travelled towards the last victim's head, a circle of light appeared below the hitman, and as soon as the bullet made contact and penetrated his last kill's head. The hitman was gone, along with the circle of light.
LOCATION: URATH, YGDRIS
In a now unknown time, a king and his princess were watching their group of mages, surround the same white circle that was actived below the hitman in earth. The mages were chanting a type of spell that repeated the same chant over and over.
"Father...will this work?"
"It will, my dear. This hero will save us all from those monsters." The king said to the princess.
The king held high hopes for the supposed hero that will be appearing through the teleportation circle. Then, after a about 1 hour of the mages chants, The hitman from earlier appears.
"...Where am I?" The hitman's tone let out coldly.
"Father! His here! A hero has answered our call!" The princess said, making the king smile.
"Indeed! The kingdom is saved!"
The king approached the hitman who was still on the circle as the mage's all remain cautious around the hitman. "Hero, we welcome you to Ygdris."
'...Ygdris?'
"Grand hero. We ask that you help our people, slay the oh so evil creatures who threaten this land. We beseech to yo-"
The hitman had suddenly stepped in front of the king in fast speeds, who was a few feet away from the circle. He held the king at arm's reach and placed his hand on his mouth.
"...No killing."
"Your majesty!" The guards surrounded the hitman.
The hitman looks around the room, his expression remaining to be unchancge and cold. He took the king's crown and held it tightly.
The hitman had an annoyed face. He finally had a chance to stop killing and no longer serve those scum who wanted people killed. Yet now...he was told to kill again.
"I'm tired of killing. I've already paid my debt. This world...really is full of scum"
