Chapter 27 - 27 pledge some gold for a loan

Aman nodded. "Sounds like a plan."

With that, they had taken their first real step toward turning their vision into reality. The journey ahead was uncertain, but Bani knew one thing for sure—there was no turning back now.

"I've been thinking," she said, breaking the silence. "We need a vehicle. If we can get a small one, even a second-hand van, it'll help us transport goods directly and save on middlemen costs."

Her brother paused, looking up. "A vehicle? That's a big investment, Bani. Where do we get the money?"

She hesitated for a moment before speaking. "If we can keep the budget within two lakhs, we can arrange it. We'll pledge some gold for a loan."

His fingers froze over the worn-out ledger, and he let out a slow breath. "Gold? Are you serious? That's the last bit of security we have left. You know how Appa is—he'll never approve of it."

"I know," she admitted. "But if we plan it right, we can get the gold back within a month or so. The vehicle will help us earn faster. I've already done some calculations. We just need to start searching for the right one."

He ran a hand through his hair, visibly torn. "You really think this will work?"

Bani's gaze was steady. "I don't just think—it has to. If we want to turn things around, we can't afford to hesitate. I'll handle the gold loan. You just focus on finding a good deal for the vehicle." And vehicle should have full body.

Silence stretched between them as he weighed the risk. Finally, he sighed, nodding reluctantly. "Alright. I'll start looking."

But as he stood up, he muttered under his breath, "Just don't ever mention the gold to Appa. He still sees it as the last piece of luxury left in our home."

Bani didn't respond. She didn't need to. She already knew.

And yet, in her heart, she knew this gamble wasn't about luxury. It was about survival.

Aman said, breaking the silence. "We need a vehicle. If we can get a small one, even a second-hand truck it'll help us transport goods directly and save on middlemen costs." for a trip they will thousand five Hundred or take two thousand.
