I woke up the next day feeling so much better. I looked out the window and saw My Mother watering the flowers and I knew that my Father actually spoke to her about my discussion with him,that somehow also helped to brighten my day.
I Quickly got dressed,brought out my dirty clothes,made my bed and arranged my room. This has been my routine since the day I was grounded and I honestly enjoy the fact that I can now arrange my stuff the way I like them to be and I can put away stuff that I no longer need. It feels so much exhilarating to be in charge and this life style is what my Mother have denied me for years.
I took the dirty clothes to the laundry room, sorted it out and began to wash.
I have seen others wash their cloths with their bare hands so I was able to navigate through the process smoothly. It was actually not difficult,in other word I wouldn't refer to it as punishment and right now I think I'm grateful to go through this process of self discovery.
I noticed a shadow behind me and looked back to see my Father staring at me.I greeted him without a smile and turned back to continue my task. He stood there for some time and I heard his receding footsteps.
I know he has something to say but I didn't want to engage in any form of conversation with anyone, I just want to finish up with what I'm doing, go to my room and rest then come down to help with making dinner.
I took out my cloth and spread it to sun dry and went back to my room,took my shower, wore my favorite red gown and applied my skin care.
I was about to lay down when I heard a knock on the door. Without asking questions I yanked the door open.
And standing before me is the most handsome human I have ever seen. For a moment I was mesmerized by the sight of his masculinity,I felt a hot liquid run through my spine. I have never felt like this before,the feeling was indescribable.
