Harsh told me that he was setting up a date for me with one of his friends. He is truly my best friend; no one has ever been so caring toward me. I was feeling better, so I decided to visit the library.
The next day, I went to the library and signed my attendance in the register. I grabbed the book that I needed to arrange when I heard a voice calling out to me from behind. "Saru!" It was Abhimanyu. As soon as I saw him, I remembered Harsh telling me that Abhimanyu was looking for me. He came towards me and asked, "Hi, are you feeling better now?" I replied, "Yes, I'm better now." He had a serious expression on his face and continued, "Hmm, Saru, I wanted to talk to you."
I felt a wave of terror wash over me, wondering what he was going to say. He took my hand and said, "Saru, I think I care about you. I worry about you. The day I saw you with your new makeover, I thought it was for me. When you were absent for so many days, I realized that you are the one. Will you marry me?" After hearing this, I felt a knot in my stomach. He was my biggest crush, and I was completely shocked, unable to comprehend what was happening. Just then, my phone started to ring. It was Harsh.
I just asked Abhimanyu for a moment to excuse. I answered the call from Harsh he said with excitement, "Hello! Where are you? Meet me at the canteen!" I told Abhimanyu to wait because I knew he must have felt awkward that I hadn't answered his question.
I went straight to the canteen, where I saw Harsh standing in a black T-shirt, looking handsome as always while checking his phone. I approached him and asked, "What happened?"
He replied, "I told you my friend is visiting you today." As he pressed the elevator button, he continued, "Come on!" He got into the elevator, and I said something that I knew would shock him: "Abhimanyu asked me to marry him. What should I say?"
His expression changed, and in a serious tone, he replied, "Say yes." After saying this, he moved up in the elevator.
