The atmosphere in the marketing division was tense, especially since this was the first time she had seen Alger come to her department alone. Not just Alger, but also James, followed by Lily, who had just arrived.
As the head of the marketing division, Alexa immediately welcomed Alger and the other superiors. She bowed her head slightly, offering a faint smile.
"It's an honor to have you visit our division, Mr. Alger. But, if I may ask, is there a problem?"
Alger gave Alexa a blank stare before glancing briefly around the marketing department.
"I think you've been a bit careless with someone in your division," he stated.
"What do you mean, sir? I'm sorry, but I don't know anything about that."
"Someone in your division has boldly tampered with the report that James worked on. It seems like they are deliberately trying to provoke me. Do you realize that today's report and launch must be completed on time?"
Alexa briefly glanced at Lily, who gave her a small nod.
